What people like
- Easy to follow instructions
- Gentle enough for seniors
- Short sessions are perfect
What they complain about
- They charged me without warning
- Same trainer shown every time
- App freezes during workouts
Perfect for the good little sheep! (Me) If I have someone to show me what to do, I’m good!
Perfect home exercise for someone with long-term [5Yrs] Long COVID. Primary symptoms dizziness/shortness of breath keeping me from regular exercise.
A big scam
Its not really free (only for 7 days) then it switches to subscription service. Later they explain it takes 21 days to see results. So, give 21 days free!
Yoga
Day one. Feeling good
Same exercises
Same exercises and trainer no matter what plan you pick
Bon et en douceur
Mais, pouvez-vous me faire savoir comment changer la silhouette de la femme qui me montre les exercices à exécuter? Merci beaucoup,
Last chance
Great
Tried this app
Was very confusing just trying to make the app work… very sketchy IMO…
Whoooeeee!
First session was killer! Can’t wait for the next one!!
Mecano
I pass
Tired
I’ve been doing this on and off for 6 months and I’m really, really tired of looking at the same woman every time. Do you think you could toss in a couple different people to demonstrate the workouts?
Good workout for seniors
Good exercises, nice core workout!
Rien est gratuit……
Pourquoi on ne précise pas que cela ce paye 80€
Good while it lasted
I like the exercises on this app, they are easy to follow and well explained. I was not happy when I went to do the day 6 program and it won’t let me do anything unless I do the “free trial” or premium which I don’t want to do. I do not want the hassle of cancelling and/or forgetting to cancel. Why do the “free” apps always come with a catch?
Chair yoga for seniors
Easy to follow instructions. It would be nice to have “seniors and others with disabilities “.
Chair Yoga for Seniors at Home
This is not free!
Download sessions
Regularly the app “hangs” when the daily download reaches 80%. Even during the exercises the app hangs whilst the daily cession was downloaded 100%. Beginning to regret me subscription.
Wow
Great workouts!
Subscription not honored
I purchased an annual subscription in March 2025 that expires in March 2026. The app worked well for two months. Now the app is locked and asking me to purchase a subscription. Not impressed. Please refund my subscription.
Challenge
2ème jour, un peu trop tôt pour vraiment évaluer. J’attends d’avoir effectué au moins une semaine.
So far so good.
Easy enough, and I like the fact that they tell you how much time is left in each exercise.
SCAM
went in to have a look, next thing $31.43 had been taken out of our account DON’T even bother
Nice workout
Chair exercise
Day 2
After day 2 I am feeling great about moving my body
Scam
Be careful. I signed up for the 7 day trial and they charged me the full yearly amount immediately. So far request for the refund has been declined.
Good
Nice gentle stretching
Chair Yoga review
This is one exercise. I’m actually sticking with. I can’t believe it.
