What people like
- Tables look amazing and premium
- You can play without buying extra tables
- Physics feel realistic and solid
- Great collection of classic pinball machines
What they complain about
- Flipper controls lag and feel slow
- App crashes frequently during gameplay
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Touch area for flippers is too small
Awesome
I LOVE this game so much instead of having to buy the games you can just watch an ad to play every game
Constantly crashes. Deleted my entire history.
App constantly crashes especially when ad plays no way to return back to game but they get the click to the ad. Complete scam!! When it updated it erased my entire history and all my accomplishments WTF!
Nudging needs work
mechanics of this game are pretty good, the animations are OK if not distracting. The nudge mechanism is laggy and compared to other emulators could use some work. Won’t be easily saving a drain using the swipe nudge mechanism this emulator provides.
Desperately needs optimization
I love Williams pinball tables, I have every table on the PC version. I was very happy to see that Zen was finally making a single unified app for all their tables, and it works great on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, when I went to try it on my iPad Pro 12.9in 4th Gen, the game looks and runs horribly. On the iPad, it looks like the game is capped at 30fps all the time. It's hard to scroll through the table list, much less play the game. I loaded up Funhouse (No Williams VFX), as it's my baseline table for trying a new Pin game, and it looked horrible. It honestly looks closer to the Wii version of Williams Pinball Arcade than the same table on Zen Williams Pinball. The resolution is severely cut, the models and lighting look considerably worse, and it's still stuck at 30FPS!!!!! It's a shame, because this same table on this same device on the Zen Williams Pinball app looks incredible, and at 120fps! If the tables on this app ran just as good as the tables in the Zen Williams Pinball app, I'd honestly be tempted to repurchase most of my PC tables on the iPad so I can have them on the go. It's really a shame, because if the iPad performance was as good as their other app, this would be the quintessential mobile pinball app.
Great pinball, decent optimization
Their williams pinball app even tho its older, it plays better and looks better, and is optimized for newer generation ios devices, where as pinball FX Go, even tho it has all pinball machines, it feels like im playing an older android version of zen pinball…
PEAK GAME
NO PURCHASES NEEDED TO HAVE FUN MINIMAL ADDS PLUS DOOM PINBALL
Please fix ST:TNG before you abandon the app
I purchased all of the Williams tables including Star Trek: The Next Generation and it has been broken for months now since one of the app “updates” apparently “fixed” other issues with this table. The ball now gets stuck in the left Probe Launcher causing all sorts of issues that make the game unplayable. I paid $10 for this table and have been unable to complete a single game without running into this Probe Launcher issue. PLEASE fix this before you abandon this app. Thanks
Truly Great Pinball On The Go!
Really love this game. The tables look amazing and I love that you can play and full game in any table by watching a (comparatively) short ad. But the ones you like, or don’t. Great system. My only complaint is that it is on a phone and even with all the different views it can be hard to see all the details. I’m on a Promax and it still kinda hard to see at times. But hey you know it’s still good.
Good But Unsupported
Feels like an unnecessary upgrade from their previous platform Zen Pinball. After only a year Zen Studios announced they aren’t going to support this with new tables (or sales it seems). Good luck with [checks notes] VR instead. Biz stuff aside, solid mobile pinball game. My only complaint is the flipper reaction time when using a controller and mirrored to Apple TV 4K.
Lost interest when new tables stopped
For what was presented & is still available, the content here doesn’t disappoint. However, I have no reason to buy anything since you stopped adding new tables. Especially since the app was still fairly new. I live in hope Zen reverses this decision & I’m not made of stone. I get their thinking on it. But again, pulling the plug on game support so soon after introducing it was a kick in the teeth for folks who were over the moon to have new tables. Especially fans of Williams/Bally games like me.
Amazing Versions of all Tables - classic and new
Upgraded my IPad from 7th gen to 2026 Air for AI? Nope, to run Pinball FX Go as these versions require more speed. Tables are great but feel a little flashier than previous Zen App. Only frustration are increased table prices, and fact that many of my purchased old Zen tables won’t transfer or their aren’t versions on the new App.
Abandonware
They announced that they will no longer work on this game. Star Trek stays broken. No new tables. What a disappointment. Don’t give them a single cent.
Very nice
Missing only rumble support when playing with controller.
Missing tables from previous apps
It's a great pinball app. There seems to be a problem or a bug with trying to integrate previously purchased tables from past apps. Hope it gets cleared up.
Touch controls make me want to scream.
I want to give this five stars, but the tap area is so tiny that controlling the flippers is a nightmare. You’ll lose half the balls in any given game because the flippers didn’t flip. And it’s so much worse now because you can’t just start the game over, you gotta watch a friggin ad. I’ve been a Zen customer for almost a decade now and I know they can do it right, so why is this one so egregious?
Keeps Getting Better
I’ve been playing some version of Zen/Pinball FX for years now. I love their tables and continued dedication. I always look forward to the new Williams tables they come out with. This is such a great collection.
Everyone give this app a 1 star review
They killed support for it after being out for only 1 year. I’m done supporting them.

Pinball lets GO!
Bugs borderline unbearable
A great simulator and fun, but there are so many bugs. About 10% of my launches end in the ap crashing. To make it more frustrating, there are silly bugs that don’t pop up UNTIL you get to some of the wizard modes. (Good luck battling the genie with only your left flipper!)
Great games, rough performance and programming
Its pinball! zen studios is known for solid physics and implementation and they have earned that reputation. most tables are perfect and wonderful to play, though some action buttons are broken and the wizard mode of arabian nights is broken due to the launch system :/. second lost star is from occasional crashes, though performance might have improved with the update
The best
I’ve got all of the pinball games I could find, some are good, some suck, but this one is the best.
Crashes on opening
Deleted.
Real talk
A+ - Emulator B+ - Games F - Ui/Ux
Elvira game
Game is ok but paddles are slow to respond and sound effects are really bad
Keeps Crashing
Game keeps crashing on tables I purchased e.g. Monster Bash. I’m on latest iOS. Seems to happen randomly during play. I’ve seen it many times with monster bash and once in medieval madness. Only started happening after I purchased those tables.
Happy to have it
I hope they keep adding more tables. It’s a bit pricey compared to before but I’m really loving the app design and he star challenges are great
Getting worse over the years
The Star Trek TNG table worked fine for years, now however it’s glitched and broken on iOS, iPad OS, and Mac… nothing I loathe more than when a company takes something that was amazing, ruins it, then leaves it broken like it’s the users fault, seriously you guys, what a ROTTEN thing to do. 1 star until you fix what I paid for and then you broke, tired of this 0 accountability screw the customer world we live in now days.
very entertaining
this game is fun other then ads in the games its dope
Crashes A LOT
Don’t worry it waits till your on a really good run before it crashes..
Good old school pinball games
Too many ads and commercials
Great Game
Fun to play, easy to understand, helps me learn how to play these machines for when I go to the arcade.
eh
can’t download any tables. they all glitch and restart at 1%
Fun but flawed
Overall a pretty good game. Good physics, but it lags, crashes and glitches too often.
Lag and Slow Down Ruin It
This is an awesome collection of classic pinball tables and it is completely undone by the flipper lag and slowdown that plagues most of the tables, rendering them unplayable. This is unacceptable given that there were no such problems on previous pinball apps, including previous Zen apps. Fix this!!!!!
App is crashing immediately after some brief static/popping sounds are heard 😩
I truly enjoy Zen Pinball World. But lately the app will crash on me during heavy on-screen action. "Attack From Mars" crashes EVERY TIME I play it. There's a quick static/popping sound right before the crashes. Then, the app's loading screen appears. The game I had been playing is lost forever. Very frustrating when you've got a good score going.
Decent Digital Pinball
I love these tables and the presentation is slick, very premium feeling. Nice job, Zen.
Terrible graphics
Huge let down from previous versions. Much worse than Williams pinball. Horrible product. Request a refund and get one!
IPHONE CONTROLS & STAR TREK NEED FIX!!
I want to buy the Star Trek table, but it is consistently malfunctioning. It works initially, but then it starts to not work because the ball will get stuck in one of those big gun things and won’t come out. On IPHONE ON IOS, the controls need to be fixed because players only have a VERY small area that they must tap in order to move the flippers. You should be able to tap ANY AREA on either side to move the flippers. That’s how it was on the old original IOS Star Wars pinball app. You could tap anywhere to move the flippers. As WE ALL KNOW, our thumbs move while we are playing, and if you don’t tap that small area, the ball will drain! I’ve missed out on high scores because of this ABSURDLY small area I must tap. PLEASE MAKE TOUCH CONTROLS like they were in the original Zen Star Wars app! Please listen to my comment because I’ve been a LOYAL Zen customer for years. I’ve spent a lot of money on Zen Pinball over the years, so please listen to my CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Overall, I LOVE Zen Pinball World, but please fix this on IOS for iPhone gamers. Your games are beautiful.
Unrealistic
Compared to Williams pinball, this one feels too animated and unrealistic, I feel like it ruins the fun a bit. The pinball machines are hard to navigate to too, you have to swipe past every machine till you find the one you’re looking for; well it’s not obvious anyway if there is a menu system.
Failed Migration.
Wont let me migrate my Williams Pinball app to Zen World using my ID. It says Migration Failed.
Pretty Darn Good!
This is a really good version of all the machines provided. Love it. Will be buying some but love the option to watch videos also for those tables I only want to play every once in a long while. Love this!
Privacy policy
Get real nobody wants to be spied on and have all their data tracked and sold to the highest bids just to play a game.
Knight Rider
Worth it for me just for the Knight Rider table!! Amazing work, Zen. Update: the lag on the flippers is kinda unforgivable but I learn to adapt. Choose a better platform next time? Or write your own!! The older games were much more responsive. It feels like ages from the time I tap to the time the flipper completes its movement. This is an issue across all devices/consoles with World/FX. FX 3 and earlier iOS Zen Pinball were more responsive.
Could be great
I own many of the tables on PC, PS5 and Switch. Some multiple times over on the same platform… I didn’t think that iOS would have the worst pricing tbh and the clunky ads make me close the app altogether. Mediocre, Zen
Good but
The graphics are amazing but perspective way to small compared to your other app. on the iPad 13’ is too small.
Love it! (And a suggestion)
Absolutely love these pinball selections, especially the Jurassic Park one! If I may suggest, any way you guys could do a virtual version of the “Twister” pinball machine from SEGA? Mainly because I’m a big fan of the film and would love to see that one make it into virtual form!
Static Sound then Crash
On all tables there will be a static noise interference while playing a few minutes in and then the app crashes. Happens all the time now. On IOS26.0.1 iPhone 17 Pro Max. Please help fix this. My progress is always ruined by this.
Super cool!
Amazing! Please add vibrate/rumble and it’s perfect!
Could be good but currently unplayable.
I own over 30 tables in the Zen pinball so was excited for this but, and its a big but, the lag on my iPad makes it impossible to play. Its not my iPad as its great on the original zen pinball. Please remove this delay in the flippers moving otherwise it’ll be dead in the water. Tables look good though apart from not having a big enough view.
Zen
No option to buy tables. Trying to play ST: TNG table and the right side is constantly blocked by the launch button. A definite downgrade from Zen pinball. No option to skip ads?!
