This is a very well made game.
Addams Family Unplayable
From the irritable plunge to the awkward flipper play, this attempt to simulate the actual table is so dismal that only the Addams would enjoy it.
Enjoyable; Steady Crashes
I really enjoy this game. There is a subtlety to the flippers that does a decent job emulating real pinball. The app does steadily crash, though. I’ve noticed it’s more probable when running a multi ball on the tables.
Gameplay
Camera angles are buns. Ball moves extremely fast, and goes to the areas that it’s untouchable too often.
Can we get some new themes please

Low frame rates
The low frame rate can’t keep up with the ball movement and makes the game unplayable.

Most of the machines are very dark. Hard to see the playfield

The ball returns to the paddles like the game was vertically inclined. Too small a view to see what was happening or what to shoot at. Basically just a shoot and hope game.

This game is smooth and everything I look for in a digital pinball game. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the paltry number of tables available.

The ball moves too fast, and the game frequently goes into standby mode, requiring a count of 3 to resume, which is totally annoying

Playing on iPad Pro but it won’t play sound.

Great game, but unable to play with a Bluetooth controller. Please use the left trigger and right trigger to control the plungers.

I am a big fan of classical pin ball. This one is really well done. The physics engine is just awesome.
Hello Zen are you there?
I’ve been a massive supporter of Zen over the last 10 years and have purchased dozens of tables on iOS and my switch. I got really excited when I stumbled over this in the Netflix app. I can’t believe this is the same company? The graphics look like they are from 2010, low res and no shading / depth and a huge step down from Zen pinball (created so many years ago now..). The balls are much more “floaty” that Zen pinball, the bumpers are very slow, and it feels incredibly easy like I’m playing in slow motion. But the absolute worst part is the camera situation. I can HARDLY read ANYTHING on the tables because there’s no zoom whatsoever, not even the camera angles that zoomed on different parts of the table from THEIR OTHER APP were incorporated. I seriously cannot read anything on these tables no matter how much I flipper-hold the ball and squint. Naturally this would be forgiven if there was landscape mode right? Like on THEIR OTHER APP? Unfortunately portrait only. How do you leave that off? Especially when so many are complaining about it? I see the Devs responding to reviews but why not incorporate even the most QOL complaint such as flipping the screen? I know yall went through severe restructuring and all but abandoned FX series and Zen Pinball (which I am immediately going back to and uninstalling this unfortunately). And that’s a shame because yall are the goats for digital pinball. But this app is just not it, these tables look really rough compared to your other tables from even 8+ years ago, and the UI is a bit of a mess. I wish it made sense that this didn’t utilize the exact same ball and table physics, fps rate, graphics, and camera modes (and portrait - landscape modes for God’s sake it’s 2025 lol) as the iOS Zen Pinball, but it just doesn’t. I know that this isn’t something that is “purchased” and since I’m assuming Zen already got their check, (and “responds” to reviews with ‘we will definitely consider that going forward!’ about landscape mode and 60fps mode a YEAR ago and crickets since, I won’t be expecting and updates or reason to come back anytime soon. Too bad.

Worse ball launch
Just updated this week and found that the ball launch strength in the Addams Family table has been vastly reduced! Previously it was possible to send the ball right around the top of the table like in the original table, but now, I can hardly ever launch as far as Thing to get the bonus points that go with that. Why would you change that?

Choppy and blurry on iPad Air with m3 chip.

Hard to see
The game is fun and why you would expect, but the ball is hard to see on my tablet screen.
Ok, Not Great
The display needs work. The scoreboard takes up a lot of room and the pinball part sacrifices critical thumb space. I don’t need to see my score that much. Would be great if it was just a pinball machine with the score tallied at the top in 8-bit; no need for the extras. Lighting and colour are a bit dim and dark, too. Otherwise, great mechanics, and I really love the multi-ball feature!

Love it except on an iOS device it’s easy to pause the game repeatedly while playing due to the flippers being very close to the bottom of the screen, which may cause a slight swiping up motion.

I did enjoy this
Game plays really well on my I Pad pro but I can no longer put up with the game kicking me out & sending me back to the Home Screen. This is random when it happens but extremely frustrating especially if I’m on a big score
Great roster of films
Every film here is really cool and the stories that are told with them while playing pinball are ones that are intriguing. The animation and level progression makes me want to get better at the game to see more and more of them.. I appreciate that a Netflix subscription would come with a game that’s cool. Thank you to everyone involved!
Problem
The flippers are flipping 1 time out of 3 with the IPad Pro. Not only the game doesn’t work properly, each time I played I had to restart my IPad cause the functions were all FU. Good job Netflix. How’s the gaming market working for you?
Super Fun with lots of variation
This is super fun with lots of variation. Probably one of the best Netflix sub titles. Only gripe is it wipes your scores occasionally which is pretty disheartening when you’re working toward high scores and 3 stars on every table.
Cool tables, but laggy
FPS feels really low on iPad compared to other Zen pinball games. Ruins the experience.
More Classic Tables in Future Updates Please
As far as gameplay and physics go, Pinball Masters is on point. No complaints whatsoever on that front. However, I only really found 3 games to be enjoyable out of what’s presently available: Addams Family, Pinball Noir, and Wrath of the Elder Gods. The rest feel lifeless and dull. If the collection of tables is going to expand in future updates, please add more Williams machines.

Appalling graphics
Not Zen pinballs usual high standard, I’m playing on an iPad Pro & the graphics are low res blurry & basic.

The ball is too small to see well. Other than that, the game is very good.
Terrible visuals, fun tables
While I appreciate that as a Netflix subscriber I can play awesome tables like The Addams Family on the go, this is nearly unplayable for me. It feels like it’s running at 480p at 20 fps, it is very hard to follow the ball, even with ball trails turned off. Having played Pinball Party on Apple Arcade, as well as Zen’s native Pinball FX3 on the exact same device, I know that these tables can look and play a lot better. Hoping that The developer that Netflix hired to port this can get this running a whole lot better!
Great Tables, oof Graphics
Zen makes some great tables but the resolution and frame rate are pretty painful in this port. I imagine Netflix has some rules about what devices they want their games to be available on, but it’s hurting this game if so. The arcade port is preferable.
