Love real pinball?
Download this app. I’m a recent enthusiast. I search for bars and establishments with pinball machines. There’s a great collection of real pinball machines. There are challenges that allow you to upgrade machines at an economical rate where you don’t feel like you have to buy upgrades. Overall 5*
Great Gameplay, terrible app
The pinball game play is fantastic, lots of choices, smooth gameplay. But that doesn’t make up for the terrible app and user interface. This app must connect to game servers to work, it constantly fails at that. And if it disconnected from the server while you’re playing the game, then you won’t get your rewards for the hard fought game you just won. There are lots of game pauses during times challenges, which is a good thing so the machine can play through its animations and you won’t lose any time. However there isn’t always a pause when there should be, and this timed task is applied to every game which can make it difficult depending on how the scoring of that game works, while not impossible it is annoying and tasks should be tailored to each game. The user interface is annoying, when in arcade mode and after selecting a game if you hit the back button it takes you back to the main menu and not back one page as it should.
Great Game
Lots of fun and really well done. Lost one star for a few reasons: - One ball challenge forces you to watch match animations; no option to disable match - Some tables will send your ball right down the centre when they are automatically shot out, often with no ability to hit it with the paddles before its lost (notably fish tales)
No audio
Very few worthwhile boards to play. Audio also doesn’t work which is like 80% the game so can’t recommend. Gameplay does seem solid though.
The Get Away
Honestly game is fun but The Get Away pinball machine absolutely blows. Hogs the pinball and runs the timer down practically the entire time. I would very much like a feature to where I can scrap a pinball machine and get something else out of it because I really don’t like The Get Away at all in anyway not even a little bit. Everything else is fun
Ballz Out Vintage Fun
This game takes me back to the days of my arcade youth, spending my change on the real classic Williams machines. This is a great pinball game for your phone. Easy to use and artfully recreated. Classic fun for days! Get ya pull in this silver ball battle! CoopDaKill
Bizarre Paywall
It’s sad to see a clearly amazing game locked behind either a paywall or an insane grind. Luckily I chose Medieval Madness as my first game which I love, but it’s becoming clear the only legit way to unlock another table is to grind for a few weeks or pay like $10+. I collected mystery parts for a table to unlock it but then it said that I can’t play the table until I upgrade it to level TWO! What was the point of spending money on the zen coins. The games look amazing and really feel like the legit ones, disappointing to see this structure here that ruins it.
Great game, with some room for improvement
I’ve played this game when it was Originally released, and you could change the playfield angle, the Nudge was an area just above the flippers so you didn’t need to move your hand, and you could play it in Portrait or Landscape mode. Still the same great game but with fewer options. I’ve had no adds getting to level 3 , so not sure what people Are talking about with Adds ?

Great game. I’ve spent a lot of time and money collecting all the tables and maxing them out doing challenges.
Bug fixes needed
Challenge collectibles like tickets are not added to total immediately after collecting but waits until the next round, the math is way off. i.e i started with 2,755 tickets earned 35 tickets and the games total for this was 2,770 not the 2,790 it should be. On the last round no tickets earned are added to the total at all. Going in and out of leader boards cause an error time total for challenges screen shot (I have) shows it added 4,721 days of waiting time. No good goffers has bounding box issues (upper right flipper) as well as the challenge mode launch issues there are a handful of full of other tables where the ball at launch will remain in the shooter lane. The only option is to exit out and try again. This seems to happen when timers in the background (for challenges) finishes a cycle.

I enjoy the app and the tables. I got the red paddles with the lightning bolt, but it won’t let me select it when I try to customize, before play. It let me change the ball but not the paddles??
Just “Wow”
Love Pinball, played physical games across the northeastern states, thought this would be a great app to build skills and play games without the use of 4 quarters. For awhile the game was great, however left and right I can’t even load into the game, when trying to play on data for the free sessions, it asks if I want to download the 15mb of data, sure not a problem I say, then the game tells me there’s an error… every single time, and yes data is turned on to be used for this game. Then came my breaking point, I know I have a flight coming up, “wonderful” I think to myself, “I’ll have tables unlocked so I can play on the plane!”. So there I go playing, unlocking tables getting prepped for my flight. Then the worst imaginable thing happens, in airplane mode you can not play any of the arcade play tables that you have unlocked. This event ruined any respect I had left for the game. Great concept, games felt great to play on, but when you make your entire game based on having an internet connection constantly, lines were crossed. Do better

not a ‘walk-up’ experience, Pinball FX Go for that.
For the walk up experience the Devs advised to get Pinball FX go, which is another Zen Studios title, which is what i’m after. This game wants me to progress to ‘achieve’ it and play daily challenges. This is set up for what Apple wants in Apple Arcade, similar to the Retro Arcade. I’m not interested in that kind of ‘engagement’. Just wanted to play Arabian Nights, Funhouse, and even TAF (RIP, Raul Julia). Didn’t try long enough to see if it has ads. The physics are more realistic than the old Farsight Pinball Arcade, so that’s nice, and worth playing where real machines aren’t available.

Customer Service
Ok the tables are great and this is a great app. However, don’t waste your money on zen coins buying table parts. I purchased some table parts and they didn’t credit to my account. I emailed customer service and they pretty much said we couldn’t verify any issues on our end. So the customer service and purchase of table parts isn’t that great. Very disappointed in the customer service response.
Addicting!
After installing and playing just the one table, I have found myself wanting to play more tables. The daily challenges are a lot of fun and just like a physical machine you want to get that high score. If you love pinball this game is a must and take a walk down memory lane.
Wasn’t worth the download
Too many hoops to jump through just to play a pinball game, it was easier to delete it.
Internal error with iOS 18
This is a fun game on the iPad, good physics and sound. Sadly, there have been no updates for a very long time and after installing iOS 18, it no longer connects to the servers with an ‘internal error’. This means you can no longer collect parts, tickets or gems; this means you can no longer update any of the tables.

Missing quite a few classic Williams tables, including the pinpot series. No real discussion of the history of any of the tables, which skew heavily toward mid-late 90’s. Also has some obnoxious animations and visual flourishes that are distracting but luckily can be turned off. Also an irksome combination of “tickets,” “zen coins,” and “table parts” instead of just letting us purchase the tables we want. Some of us just want to play pinball.

Took away watching ads to gain rewards!
Like some of the tables they’re great until recently ! Now they took away watching an ad to get the third reward when you complete a challenge! This really slows down upgrading tables! If I have to grind that much more to upgrade tables I might just be done!

Allow yourself to simply just play pinball without needing to cripple your bank account or grind like a season pass and then it can be 5 stars

Brings back so many memories!
Have been playing this for a few years. It’s so much fun and incredibly like the real tables, but takes a very long time to unlock anything. Would give 5 stars but the cost is quite high. Who realistically would pay 100 and still not unlock everything?! Otherwise, apart from the eternity that it takes to unlock stuff, it’s really good!!!
Prices are ridiculous
You get one table, have to watch ads + so hard to ‘earn’ tables it doesn’t even make sense. To expensive while other apps have similar/same tables for free (with ads)
Free to play is very limited
Very annoying that you only have access to Fish Tales when you start unless you complete a million challenges. It feels limited. I wanna plan other machines but it seems the only way is to spend money

Crashing after last update
Ever since the last update the game crashes constantly. Super frustrating. Crashes on both personal and work iPhone. Can you please fix this.

Terrible!!!! Too many achievements to open tables but not enough opportunities! This is obviously for the money
Very good, with some faults
The selection of tables is excellent, some true classics. Most of the tables work correctly but there are some game breaking bugs, most notably on No Good Gofers and its ball save. Unlocking tables without spending money takes some effort, but the key is the daily challenges and paying tickets to refresh them quicker, you’ll always make a profit on the tickets spent. I would recommend choosing Medieval Madness or Theatre of Magic as your staring table - both excellent with achievable daily challenges.

How do you expect me to pay 15 dollars for my first game before even trying the game! I Litteraly downloaded the app and deleted within 10 minutes. I couldn’t play a game without the app sending to the shop to unlock levels.
Not bad
Overall not bad wouldn’t mind seeing other tables added in the near future such as Star Trek The Next Generation at least to start with. If you have to pay for said table like on PC and Console, I think I still would get it.
Table sounds are choppy
After reinstalling any table other than mars attacks are extremely choppy and you don’t want to play those tables anymore. Can’t contact their support even though I’ve signed up. Play the free don’t spend money on tables which break on their sound

Seems to take FOREVER to earn credits to upgrade tables. Every ad pops you out to the App Store. Plus all the time spent waiting for the ads to finish. The “five minute challenge” can be really short sometimes, so not a chance you’ll make the target score. The ads will freeze up the app regularly.
