Very difficult to distinguish some of the colors from one another, but challenging.

Used to love Crowd Express, I’m up to level 1350. Such a fun game. Pretty much unplayable now. I could live with a 30sec ad after completion of each level, but they changed to make it an ad after each attempt as well. Too many ads now. Bye. Time to find something else to play. Shame they got greedy.
Even more ads added between levels
I really enjoy this game. I like that every level is solvable but some are really tricky. I don’t mind the optional ads for higher points or more lives and I often watch them. But now they’ve started ads between levels that are not optional and they frequently crash the game. Makes me just quit playing.

I am very disappointed with your decision to change the countdown from 100 to 1. This puzzle was updated without giving us clear information about what was changed or why. If you are going to make updates, they should be explained clearly and designed with the players’ benefit in mind. We deserve to know what is being changed and how the update is supposed to improve our experience. 🙃😡

I didn't want to write a negative review as i throughly enjoy this game and have been playing for a while now, i've never experienced so many ads in my life from this game, its quite annoying. I used to play this game daily purely because of the fact that there were no ads but its putting me off big time, its just like the other games that have annoying ads constantly every two seconds!

The game in the ad is not the game you get. The ad is moving vehicles from a crowd. The game is the same stupid color match passengers played a hundred times before, if you aren’t proud enough of your game to do an honest ad, maybe learn to create a good enough game to advertise honestly. Delete.

No Response From Customer Support
I’m giving this app one star because customer support has been essentially nonexistent. I have repeatedly tried contacting Rollic through the in-game chat, email, and their website, but have received no meaningful response. If a company provides a customer-support chat and other contact methods, customers should reasonably expect those channels to be monitored and answered—especially when reporting a problem with the game. Updates continue to be released, yet communication with customers who are asking for help appears to be ignored. That is extremely disappointing.
Enjoyable
I like this game but wish there were a couple of additions to make it run more smoothly: 1) One ‘undo’ button per game for people like me with fat fingers who sometimes tap the adjacent bus by mistake 2) Ad options for clues when you’re really stuck….I have twice taken long breaks out of frustration when I just can’t see a clear route through

I deleted this game due to the disgusting ads, the worst part is the fact that there is no warning beforehand and no way of reporting the ad or indicating that you no longer want to see it. Absolutely gross and should come with a warning beforehand as it lowered my vibrational frequency just by seeing it and there is no unseeing it once it has been seen. You really need to vet your ads.

So it’s one game I play every day, but it’s getting to me now when stuck on a level I go on google for help,and try and see the level I’m on,but it’s not the same anymore it’s all different games for the same level and it’s no help tried to email crowd express but with no help email didn’t even go though sort it out please or I will delete thanks .
No way to earn enough to keep playing
I enjoy the game - at level 202 I cannot earn enough to make it possible to pass this level in less than several weeks of playing daily jam. I enjoy this so may continue to play for that alone. Other boarding puzzles reach the same impasse - a pity as I have liked them.

honestly i used to really enjoy this game but i am now at level 1070 and a few levels before this they have started introducing levels which basically have 2 levels in them to pass one level calling it a “challenge” i think this feels like the games cheating me it’s telling me i have to do 2 levels to basically level up only by a number of 1 and the fact that u must re start both levels if u fail one even with purchasing retry current level eventually you would run out of coins if your stuck on one, please change this make it one level per level or at least count it as 2 levels its unfair

The game itself is fun. I understand ads are a part of life now, but when a level ends, your score is totaled up. You are given the option to watch an ad for an increased score OR you can keep your regular score and skip the ad. Of course, this is pointless. Whether you click to watch an ad or not, you're forced to watch an ad. One will increase your score and the other won't, but you will still be watching an ad either way!! Why bother asking if you're just gonna force an ad on us anyway? And then to not even give us the perks of it? It's cheeky as hell
