Works fine
I liked it better when it opened to the groupings rather than needing to select a favorite account. I miss seeing the groups when I select see all accounts. Otherwise, it works great.
We need to be able to resize it
I’ve used a lot of apps and this one seems rather primitive. More time needs to be taken to make it a more robust and user-friendly experience. The fact that the type is so small and that we have to run for our reader classes or a magnifying glass just to read the home screen seems like a non-starter for an app.

Issues on Mobile Device
The app is intuitive, which is very helpful. Unfortunately, the bill pay is very difficult to navigate on a mobile device. Additionally, you can’t see your total amount in your account, including anticipated payments that are pending. The old app allowed you to see that information.

It’s too bad that it isn’t responsive when doing bill pay.
Burdensome
If you have to reset your password, you have to receive a call with your two factor authentication code. You can’t receive a text message. It is not convenient in quiet locations to receive a phone call and have to audibly listen - possibly on speaker — while you look at your phone to type the code. Sometimes you have to listen twice if you don’t switch fast enough between the phone app and the bank app.

I’ve been dreading this software change for a long time now. As if the problems I was having before weren’t bad enough. Things are way more confusing now. Problems: — Mobile Deposit Issues — Loss of card controls — Confusing interface — Stupid login info changes I’m sorry to whoever designed this…but have you even tried using your own software? Try again! Or not — I can’t take this again

Not accurate
I seem to get different amounts available and non pending and then I get many pending items and I am overdrawn. It doesn’t make any sense to me. How can I be fine one time I look and completely different the next time I look sometimes in the same hour.

This change over has been terrible. The delay to see recent transactions is sometimes days, not allowing customers to have an accurate picture of their account balance.

Worst banking app ever
App used to be great and notify you whenever a transaction occurred. Ever since the major “update” it takes nearly a week to see a transaction in an account. The interface is worse than it was and the app is much more difficult to use. There is really no point in using it because I have to sum up my transactions myself and guess which ones processed. Genuinely a terrible app for banking. They need to bring back the pre existing version. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I have been extremely disappointed with this app.

Inefficient the old app is better
This app has so many redundancies. It’s inefficient and slow and the features don’t open properly on the app screen, making it almost impossible to do things effectively. It’s so much slower to pay bills and to look up transactions and it used to be.

This new app they switched to is horrible. You don’t see transactions being taken out of your account for 3-5 days making it extremely difficult to figure out the balance in your account. It’s nearly 2025, this is unacceptable & I’m seriously considering changing banks because of this.

This new banking app is like the old one with less convenience. People would like to see what’s coming in and out of their accounts without a 3 day delay like the old app did. Read the all of the reviews and you’ll see everyone hates its. The handful of 5 star reviews are not genuine and probably company plants attached to making the terrible decision of switching to this new app, most like to save money.

Why fix what wasn’t broken? This new app is horrible. Doesn’t alert when you make a transaction, doesn’t show transactions day by day on account and only shows transactions on a weekly basis. Not great for security. Absolutely the worst. Got nowhere with the bank.
