Customer service non existent; technology does NOT work (when it issues loans, it doesn’t know how to recalculate your limit after you’ve paid it back); how did a company in Australia get licenses to operate anywhere in Canada? Absolute trash. Just doesn’t work. Choose a local lender.

Said i was approved for $200, tried to withdraw and it said request denied after review No customer service besides an ai chatbot that doesn’t understand your qeustions

I had a good start with this company , 2 separate advances both I paid on time. Then I get another text saying I’m eligible, I go apply says I’m not eligible and to wait another week; once again another text stating I can get an advance and once again I apply and they say wait another week. I make good money and have a great full time job, yet I’m turned down time and time again. This company needs to change its ways.

Very fast process, specially after you get the first loan, after everything just take less than 5 min
Not for the self employed
It might give you an option to select self employed, but because payments change job to job, the automation does not recognize the e-transfers or cheque deposits unless you get paid the same days month after month… which for every self employed person, we know that’s not how it works. Had a few technical issues with the app during application process, so a bit glitchy imo, needs work… and updating to actually be efficient for self employed people too.

Would be negative -10000 if there was a bottom, no phone number, only email contact , when you email expect a response back in 5 days by automated email services that tell you nothing or answer your questions . Oh ! When they take the money out to repay the loan you then have to wait 5 business days to re-loan. Horrible business, zero costumer service

Still not working in Canada a year later…
This app doesn’t work in Canada. I get rejected even prior to being able to submit an application and I’m immediately promoted I have to wait seven days to try again, and then the same thing occurs? Why can’t I apply?

Doesn’t connect. I waited over 30 mins for it to connect to my bank and it did nothing, but also won’t let me check the info or change anything. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s a no from me as of right now. Will update if it changes.
