Worst company ever
This company sucks. It’s been a year since I’ve been able to loan and all they keep telling me is that the system is governed automatically there is no manual intervention allowed. No other explanation they just keep repeating this over and over again and my information has changed. My salary has increased and I don’t even have the chance to let them know there should’ve been an override built-in so that they would be able to personally look over it rather than have a system look over it. People could really be needing extra money, but they don’t want to help you. I did some research and I think I’ve been benched and it’s unfair because I’ve been paying my loan on time and in full without no problems now to reload again it’s a problem no explanation just because of the system. I don’t recommend this company not one bit they can go to hell.

The company is good with following up with their clients and either calling them or emailing them with the next step for their loan or to offer assistance if they are stuck.

Warning Credit Reports
My friend’s experience who was affected by their unusual process, I would not recommend this company. They listed his measly $100 payday loan as an instalment loan on his credit reports which dropped his credit score. This was not due to non-payment. It’s apparently there standard process to add themselves as a “creditor” to ones reports. This is not standard practice for payday lenders anywhere in Canada. You’re giving them far more access to all your credit information than what’s necessary for this loan type. I’d be skeptic. They do not lend up to amounts typical for payday lenders. Lucky if you get approved for $100-$200 despite he earns $2300. Others do 50%. We found Bree who charges zero $0.00 fees. Their customer service team lacks adequate English communication skills and knowledge to effectively handle issues with their glitchy App and process. There are many other reputable places if you absolutely have no choice for these types of loan sharks who do not affect or even pull your credit file.

What’s the point?
I applied and was denied right away without any questioning at all. I answered a few simple questions at the beginning and then it just shut me right out even though I could still use the app. I was unable to receive a loan. This really sucks!

Bad fake app
No chat support, nobody answers the call. Doesn’t take PDF bank statements even tho it says u had to upload them. It keeps saying upload valid bank statement which I did 1000 times. This app sucks! No support even tho it says there is.

missed payment = no new loans
I missed a payment then eventually paid them back a month later but after when I opened the app to get another reloan it says I can’t apply for another loan, it’s been 3-4 months and I need the money for food
