New package
Before i travelled to france i bought the e-sim and i could start it and use it without any issues. When the day that my internet ran out before the date which was i think 30 days, i bought 50 GB, i bought a new package called 30 days 20 GB. After i bought it, i clicked on see details on the old packet which still says active maybe probably because the 30 days havent ended yet, it showed the new package i bought. It said the package will be automatically activated in case there is a delay you can use the activate now button, so i clicked on activate now, but no matter what I did, I even downloaded the new e sim once beforehand, the button redirected me to the page where it asks what country do i like to buy an esim for. I also tried downloading the new e sim multiple times after again but it said the e sim was already downloaded so i couldnt get it to work. Hopefully the problem gets fixed soon and for the users reading about the app, I hope this helps

This eSIM so bad
I was travelling in Peru, and there are 50% of the time has no signal. Even in the core area, signal is jumping from 3G to 4G all the time. I delete this APP immediately after the trip.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS
HORRIBLE CONSISTENCY KEEPS DISCONNECTING EVEN WHEN IT SHOWS THERE IS SIGNAL, we all fell for it!!
Her daim kullanacağım uygulama. En kısa zamanda görüşmek üzere..
Registrierung klappt schon gar nicht. Toll!
1. Versuch der Registrierung endete im Fehler (Nachname zu kurz). Jetzt sagt die App beim Registrieren „E-mail schon vergeben“ und beim Versuch sich anzumelden „Email nicht bekannt.“ Geiles Konzept!
Northern cyprus
Great for northern cyprus
Worst E Sim I ever had
Was two weeks in north Cyprus and I can count on one hand on how often the E-Sim actually worked. It always had full coverage and it even showed me LTE but never actually granted me internet at all The support is never available. It just shows me I’m number one in the queue for ages without any progress Save your money, don’t use em
Works well.
Nice E-Sim provider, simple, easy, works good.
Doesn’t work
Don’t get this SIM card. I got it for Asia and it was working in South Korea but when I landed in Japan it stopped working. Support was prompt but weren’t able to give me solutions. I had gone two days in Japan with no sim and no answers and they wouldn’t issue me a refund and kept leaving my messages on opened when they had no more solutions. Use Airalo if you need a good sim for either of these places, it worked great, had great prices and most importantly I had no issues
