Brokerage and Charges
Very disappointing experience with Lemonn. I was charged ₹30 per lot for brokerage on both buying and selling after being told that my account was onboarded through an affiliate partner. I was not clearly informed beforehand that being onboarded through an affiliate would result in a different brokerage structure.

Please fix the screen size on iPad
Hi,Lemonn is doing well but the problem is I am using this app on iPad and the screen is not fit properly on iPad . The left and right size is blank and only the middle portion is showing . Please fix the issues and do the needful .This is happening only on iPad
Not fast enough for fando scalping
The thing is for example you saw 5k profit on your account at opening bell of 0915 in option buying,the moment you click exit,price changed a lot,it means execution is not fast enough and there is lag.Please work on this feature ad there are faster apps available in market now,🙏

Worst Service Experience – Extra Amount Deducted
Worst experience with Lemonn! They deducted an extra amount from my account, and despite that, the service experience was extremely poor. The service was not up to the mark at all, and I felt completely dissatisfied with the way the issue was handled. Unexpected charges without proper clarification and poor customer service are very disappointing. I expected much better from Lemonn. Definitely not a good experience, and I would not recommend their service based on my experience.

I’m using iphone,i didn’t find bolt feature in the application,i opened the demat account in lemonn for exclusively bolt feature, which is not available in my lastest iPhone Waste app,waste service

Useless app ever you cant even cancel tour withdrawals and how do they counting trade charges very disappointed
Premium charts not update when market open at 9:15 am
Biggest disadvantage or defect in the Lemonn is when you trading from the computer / laptop, and you have btst position or already opened the premium pyt or call chart then the moment market open those charts will bot update so you will be in big loss as you will not know where ur position is after opening market. This single disadvantage enough to not open lemonn account I believe. For me i hve missed various big profirable moves due to this flaw. :(

Repeated KYC Verification and Inability to Withdraw Funds – Account Activation Issues
I am being asked to complete KYC verification every time I try to log in to the app, which raises serious concerns about the app's reliability and legitimacy. I completed the KYC process during my initial registration and subsequently deposited money into my account. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the app displayed a message stating that my account was not activated and required me to restart the KYC process from the beginning. It is extremely frustrating to repeat the same verification process multiple times, especially when I have already completed it and deposited funds into the account. This experience raises concerns about the app's transparency, security practices, and ability to provide access to users' funds. I request that the issue be resolved immediately and that my deposited funds be made available for withdrawal without unnecessary, repeated KYC verification. I urge the app's team to address this issue and provide a clear explanation for repeatedly requesting KYC verification and preventing users from accessing their own money

Mismatch index chat
When I checked the index charts on Angel One, Groww, and Dhan, they were all identical; they are showing a 'Call' setup, whereas you are showing a 'Put' setup. Please clarify why your index chart is displaying this differently—you should compare it with the others. I feel your chart might be incorrect; you should check it again.

Ak dam third class kam he backed m Bhai ager koi new account open kar rahe ho to koi dusra broker dekh lena or in logo time period par koi bharosa mat karna.15 day ho gy but abhi tak y log mera demet nahi open kar paye h.

Please manage your broker in contact us option there is not a single select button will be working. One month and still I am not able to verify my future and options, Very poor management
