Not at all user friendly. Paid for annual subscription but waste of money. Think twice before subscribing , you are not getting your money back after cancellation.
Regarding addition of feature
I have used app for good times every is great the latency, user interface, and trade features. I request you to add a quick exit feature in the option trading for open orders in portfolio. If it’s possible it will be great.

Serious Reliability & Transparency Issues
I have been using Stoxkart for almost a month, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. I am sharing this genuine feedback because these issues are especially concerning when real money is involved. 1. Incorrect/inconsistent transaction amounts – The app does not always update the correct transaction amount properly. 2. Lack of transaction transparency – It is difficult to clearly understand the details and status of individual transactions. 3. Ledger vs. actual balance mismatch – The ledger balance and the actual available value do not always sync properly, making it difficult to know the real available funds. 4. Poor GUI/readability – The interface is not very user-friendly, and important financial information is difficult to read or understand quickly. 5. Stop-loss & target reliability issues – I have experienced situations where a stop-loss/target appeared to be hit, but the order was still showing as open. For a trading application, this is a serious concern. 6. Poor customer support – There does not appear to be adequate direct customer support; most issues seem to be routed through FAQs. When money is stuck or an order has an issue, users need proper assistance. 7. Missing/incorrect opening balance – At times, amounts such as ₹10,000 or more may not be reflected correctly in the opening/available balance. This can be extremely frustrating and concerning for a user. 8. Login issues – Today I was unable to log in even with the correct MPIN. I also tried changing the MPIN, but the process itself resulted in a system error. For a trading platform handling customers’ real money, accuracy, transparency, order-status reliability, balance reconciliation, and timely customer support are critical. Stoxkart needs to improve its testing, monitoring, transaction reconciliation, UI, and customer support before releasing/maintaining such functionality in a live trading environment. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, because repeated discrepancies in balances and order status can significantly reduce user confidence in the platform. Adding below 2 more points Again facing login issue again and again on my iPhone , yesterday some system error with correct password, without expire retention asking to change the password, totally unstable features. On 18 September around approx 4000 Rs not yet back. Wrong ledger. Pls check the ledger for details

I am facing issue related withdrawal places order 2-3 time , showing format error , also profit takes time time add in total value , customer is not responding they dont know things and only transfer and hung up call, trying to connect but not connecting.user experience too low.

Overall apka trading platform acha h par isme kuch updates lekr aaaye .. jaise order default Sl or target prices lga ske .. ek trader order lgane ke bad wait na krta rhe
Chart
There is too meny bugs while using the chart even in Trending view also. 1. Not saving the setting of chart every time need to reset again and again which is very pethatic 2. SL and Take profit window need to add on behalf of triger price 3. Need to improve favorite window and setting are save permanently. Dont need to set every time
Not trader friendly at all
The only reason to use stoxkart was zero brokerage if you subscribe to monthly or yearly plan, but they have made trading so hard on the app as well as web, that one has to search how to place basket orders, payoff chart is not easy to find and for knowing the margin requirements you have to go to other trading apps. By the time you place order market has moved beyond your analysis
Dont use this app for trading
Orders will not get executed..can’t exit your position sometimes..reject your orders without any reason..

Totally horrible and worst experience ever instance of saving brokerages it’s okay to give brokerages to avoid confusing 🫤 user interface instances of profit close into losses
Worst trading app
This is worst trading app i have seen. They provide smart plans for trading where no brokerage charges applied if you take monthly membership of 99 rupees. But the app experience is worst, you will loose money due to inability of app to work well. It faces issues most of the time - orders get rejected with no helpful message, takes lot of time to load option chain, no provision to put SL, trailing SL and target during order. You can put SL after buy is successful but then you can’t put limit order and SL is not updatable. Developer must have had weed during building it.
Worst of the worst
I had lost 80 k rs in 2 days due to not able exit my order. again again try to exit my position it’s just rejected my order . Who takes the 80000 rupees responsibility and kindly refund me
Pathetic experience
This app do not perform well when the s is huge fluctuations in market . After 3:00 you can’t place orders or exit from previous orders.
Don’t take
Even if there is half star I’ll give just now I’m trading application hang my strike price got 4 times but I’m still can’t square off . People don’t get trape with his 100 ra smart trader plan . Its happening with me almost 8th time
