Worst experience of flight
Worst app, not even the login code is acceptable. Stuck at payment page, tried more than 5 times. Not able to download the boarding pass also. Flight was delayed. Bad service. Not cleaned properly. AC was also not working properly.

I kindly request air India express to please fix the app. The Otp gets generated but shows invalid secret, the same for reset password. It has been like this for a long time
Lots of glitches
In my upcoming trips I’m seeing 9 entries for my single trip. First it showed me 1 entry, then 3, then 6 and now 9. And now it has reached 21 entries. I’m deleting the app because I don’t rely on it. Everytime I click on Manage option it adds few more entries. Now it is showing 45 entries.
Checkin
During checkin process if you need to go back to previous page for some correction then it takes you over the initial page no option to go back kindly update

The interface got stuck. There was no way to refresh or make a payment. Suddenly fare shot up by ₹500. This is a bad experience.

While adding infant ticket for 6months old baby travelling with option shows empty without selection I can’t proceed further and one more issue if I select Trichy airport in flying from and the then selecting flying to then flying from option automatically picks another airport then how will book the ticket

Selecting returns journey
Dear Support Team, Please note the following issues while booking return tickets on your website: 1. While selecting different dates for the return journey, the system automatically switches back to the onward journey option instead of allowing me to continue with the return selection. Kindly check and correct this error. 2. I am also unable to book tickets through the website, as it always shows “No Flights Available” even when flights are available. However, I am able to complete the booking successfully through the mobile application. Please investigate the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Regards, Jayaraj

Very disappointing experience with Air India Express. My flight was delayed initially and then rescheduled, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the ground staff. There was very little care, empathy, or concern for passengers who were already dealing with the disruption. I understand that delays and rescheduling can sometimes happen, but passengers deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, especially during such situations. I honestly had to ask the staff, “Why can’t you behave like other airlines?” Overall, a very frustrating experience. Air India Express needs to seriously improve both its handling of disruptions and the way its ground staff treats passengers

What a junk developer/tester, while login after giving email, it’s not going next to write otp. However I am getting otp in email. If login doesn’t work then what’s point of publishing your app.

Please fix the Update contact feature and storing passport details feature which is currently not working.. Finally AIX have an app to quickly book 👍🏽

You can’t even login into this ridiculous app using your own phone number. It asks you to resend OTP every damn time. I’d rather have an app that says don’t login here instead of asking me to resend OTP every three minutes and still not allowing login

Just wanted to update my worst frustration and lack of bs that i not in my right mind booked the flight 1 month ago for my trip to my parents home and today with sad news it was cancelled as air india and air india had to cancel and tell me today. I dont know what and why this airlines exists. Please guys dont go for the airlines and and they should just remove india from their name
