Won't let me register password
I need to understand what's going on medically. I tried to register. I can put in a new password, but then it refuses to let me confirm it. If this is how well your AI works, then I can't trust it! I hope I can cancel the subscription fee!
Support Improved
Edit > Ultimately the support helped to achieve the desired outcome after one week. So I gratefully acknowledge this. I suggest to persist politely if you require support. The app is much better than many others and is cross platform. Previously, totally unresponsive support link. Subscribe only if you don’t expect to contact the developer or require any support. No resolution and reply to repeated requests for log in help during the second year of annual subscription. There is invitations for new subscription even when 10 months are remaining. Better to look for alternatives.
Cannot cancel
I cancelled my subscription back in Nov 2025 but keep getting charged monthly. I’ve tried to reach out for someone to assist but no reply. The lack of action and response is disappointing.

Poor speech recognition, have to type certain medical terms for accuracy, otherwise a helpful tool

I don’t know man… tried this app for like five minutes and was kind of blown away…. I never write reviews but yea. As a PA, this thing is kinda crazy good.

Great adjunct
The app is a great quick reference guide that answer specific questions related to medical concerns. It’s faster than paging through paragraphs when you just need a quick confirmation of information. I appreciate the referencing of data, however, I must admit that I haven’t personally vetted the data sources. The desktop version can sometimes get glitchy and asking follow up questions or stating a new topic doesn’t work. The page needs to be refreshed from time to time on the lap top.
Payment related
For making a payment, it’s not showing any notification in the UPI app, when opened the app it’s showing oops payment failed!! How to proceed?

Purchased and can never sign in
I just did the 3 month subscription with 1 week free trial and when I sign in it just spins. I did a screen record video showing it stalling and it never opens. I’ll be cancelling this.

Solid app. Give it a go. The main gripe is copying an answer with sources easily (mac app haven't tried on mob), which makes it my second go to med app. If this was changed, I would def find myself using it more. But overall, big ups Dr Oracle team.
App is not user friendly
I am on a free trial. So maybe thats it but I cant attach photos or documents and the space for asking your questions is so small. The format or interface is not friendly to use

Unreliable
First of all no way to contact anyone about any problems. Looking for the effects of caffeine on siadh. Found two contradicting articles. Both under review. Since this was made by doctors people are going to take it as reliable and use it. How are you supposed to use this as reliable information when it has articles like that.
Valuable clinical answers
I’m a family doctor in community practice. Simply put, this app provides valuable, fast, and more importantly, reliable clinical answers at my fingertips. I appreciate the fact that it shows up to date citations for the answers provided. I think the user interface can be improved, but no major issues. I totally recommend it.
Cheated me on the trial period!
I signed into Dr Oracle for a 6 day free trial and initiated a 3 month autopay to be activated after the trial period. Almost immediately I get a message saying that my trial period end within 24 hours, even before I started using the application.

The app is never online
I am almost never able to use this app when I need it most because it’s never online. The ask-a-question button is almost always grayed out. Additionally, the GUI is amateurish and just needs a lot of work.
Love it
I'm not a doctor, but I am a professor so I appreciate all of the citations and journals it references. It also has excellent nutritional recommendations for certain medical conditions. I think it's a great app.
Inconsistent Information and Limited Support
The information provided is inconsistent, and follow-up questions do not resolve the discrepancies. Most concerning is the inability to delete chat history and the lack of customer support available to address this issue. I contacted customer support through the Dr. Oracle website but have not received a response, aside from an automated message acknowledging receipt of my inquiry. Not worth the subscription fee in my opinion.

Zero customer service
My experience with the Dr. Oracle app has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the lack of customer service and basic support options. • No Customer Support: There is no visible customer service—no email address or phone number listed anywhere on their website. This makes it virtually impossible to reach out if any issues arise. • Login Issues: After registering online, I found myself unable to log back into the website. Each attempt to reset my password resulted in generic error messages, never offering a real solution. • Unresolved Charges: Despite my inability to access the service, Dr. Oracle continued to charge my account a monthly fee, without delivering any service or offering a way to cancel or get help. • No Communication Options: I searched thoroughly but couldn’t find any way to contact their support. Without even a basic email contact, users are left without recourse if things go wrong. Overall, I am very disappointed. The lack of transparency, continued charges, and non-existent customer service make the Dr. Oracle app a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly caution others to consider these issues before using their services.
Significant hallucinations
The AI acknowledges it provides inaccurate and unreliable information, making up citations with false pubmed IDs. Ask it to provide you with evidence for management of trapped lung and you will see it generates responses citing illegitimate hallucinatory sources. Avoid this app

Excellent quick reference
I’m a 4th year med student soon to be PGY1 and needed something to help me quickly find answers to the basic questions I can’t remember off the top of my head. I feel more confident interacting with my attending based on these answers vs ones from regular Google or ChatGTP.
Not Legitimate
I I subscribed on a whim but quickly realized there’s no customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I can’t access my login details, but it’s been a nightmare. For the past four months, I’ve had to keep calling Chase to dispute the charges. I also tried using the email form on their website, but to this day, I haven’t received any response.
