Very disappointing experience with Doctutorials NEET SS Surgical Group App- Qbank & GTs
There are multiple incorrect questions/answers and mismatched explanations in both the QBank and GTs. Even after reporting these errors, there is little to no proper rectification or follow-up. The lack of a proper doubt-clearing mechanism makes things worse. Students end up wasting valuable preparation time cross-checking questions with textbooks and standard references. For a high-stakes exam like NEET SS, accuracy, quality control and timely correction of reported errors are essential. The content may be extensive, but reliability matters more than quantity. Hope the team takes these concerns seriously and works on them.

Notes dispatching
Such a irresponsible behaviour by them i got my notes 1.5 months later and that too residency notes after that they said they will be dispatching ss notes and that i will be getting in September like after 3 months of purchasing doc tutorials and when they dispatched it it was again residency notes not even the ss notes saying sorry we have dispatched it wrongly…total mismanagement

Full screen mode problem
Kindly fix the screen …while using split screen in apple ipad I’m not able to make the video full screen and also the quality of recorded lecture goes down during split screen ….there is no full screen mode during split screen learning…basically we use split screen for simultaneous note taking…kindly fix as soon as possible. Worst Notes for NEETSS surgery
I have taken the doctutorials platform for NEETSS SURGERY plan for 2 years. I have recieved the notes(Edition 3.0) in the first week of August,and these are the worst hand made notes one can imagine,its a nightmare to watch the videos along with the notes(latest recorded videos with the notes delivered)as half of the contents are missing in the notes and there are a lot of mistakes in the notes,i can say it with guarantee that you have asked a non medico to makes the notes for you.These are the worst notes,i feel completely struck at this point of time as i have already paid amount for a 2 year subscription.It would have been better if i had brought some other platform like marrow or something.

I enrolled in the Residency Program at Doc Tutorials after being assured that the study notes would be provided within two weeks. However, it has now been over six months, and I still have not received the promised notes despite repeated follow-ups. The study notes are a key component of the program, and without them, the residency course loses much of its value. It is disappointing that the commitments made at the time of enrollment have not been fulfilled. I request Doc Tutorials to provide the promised study materials immediately and address this issue responsibly. Until this is resolved, I would advise prospective students to verify that all promised resources are actually available before enrolling, so they can make an informed decision.
