Very bad user experience
Have purchased a 2k rupee lecture, not able to take screenshots so i can gpt and clear my doubt. Lectures don’t resume from where you left. Pdf, notes also im not able to download as they don’t allow to use them as well. Finding very difficult to make notes, also many lectures don’t have web access only app access. Very very bad and frustrating User experience won’t recommend.

Waste of money
I took a paid subscription from this institute to learn YouTube. My experience was very disappointing. Their service is very poor. They don't solve any problems or clear any doubts. After taking payment, there is zero support. They only respond fast before you pay. Complete waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Poor App Store response
Too bad interface and no support. Getting the error 13296, poor interface with zoom for apple users. Even the support is on telegram, which is ban in india. I am surprised, how your able to get 5 star paid raiting, inspite of such poor app.

How to access courses on different organizations?
I am a student of two different organizations. I have MyInstitute set up for one with org code. I have joined another organization that uses MyInstitute app. How do I add a second org code to access their courses ?

Great app
The Udaan course is great! I would really appreciate it if we can use the app in landscape mode (on iPad) because I find it quite uncomfortable navigating through the app in portrait mode. Hopefully this feature is implemented in the next update. Edit: app frequently crashes and no landscape mode yet.

I would like to thank Vrajangna mam for her valuable inputs. She has helped me a lot to understand resin and create various art pieces from resin. Her course has been designed in a user friendly manner teaching different types of techniques to master resin art. She has been very patient throughout the journey.
Issue with the institution
I cannot recommend this app based on my experience. I faced repeated issues accessing the video classes, and despite contacting support many times, I kept receiving promises that access would be restored “today” or “tomorrow” without a timely resolution. The lack of reliable support caused unnecessary delays during my exam preparation. I hope the team improves both customer support and access management for future students.

Unnecessary content upload
I purchase MGVCL batch at 199. I saw the upload recording videos and review that uploaded video. Except reasoning nd maths. All the upload videos are out of syllabus for MGVCL exam.

One of the best teachers I have ever learned from. Sir explains every topic in a simple and easy-to-understand way, making even difficult concepts clear. He is patient, supportive, and always motivates students to do their best. His classes are engaging, well-organized, and very helpful for exam preparation. I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work. Highly recommended to anyone who wants quality learning!
