The update genuinely put more glitches for iPad
First of all,no matter how hard I try i can’t mark some lectures as complete, plus the no of lectures or dpps done is shown wrong, also whenever I open the app some other batch opens other than the batch I primarily study from, pls fix these bugs for iOS as I only use my iPad for studying and it is the primary source for many other students…also make the digital books app available on AppStore….pw is awesome but its harder to study on iPad..pls make changes as soon as possible ❤️also it can’t track how much lecture is done,so when I open a lecture it starts from the first instead of resuming from where I left it,terrible app ui

It is incomplete. Its my humble request with pw team to resolve this problem
Issue with recorded lecture
have been using the PW app for my NEET preparation, and overall it has been very useful. The lectures, DPPs, notes, tests, and batch structure make it possible to study almost everything in one place. The quality of teaching is also good, especially for building concepts from the basics. However, the app still has some issues. Sometimes the interface can be confusing, certain options are difficult to find, and occasional glitches with lectures or batch navigation make the experience frustrating. Managing backlogs can also become difficult when you are following multiple subjects simultaneously. Overall, PW is a strong platform for NEET preparation, but improving app stability, navigation, and the overall user experience would make it considerably better. I would recommend it to serious aspirants, especially those who want structured preparation at a reasonable price.
Late features optimisation
Late features optimisation as compared to android please fixed it early update same as android…..
Pw is the best

Multiple issues
It still not showing all classes and all chapter videos even the app is currently updated. I’m neet aspirant and I bought a course but in my iPad some recorded videos and some pdf are not showing but same account when I logged in into my android phone all videos and all pdf are show and they are available that’s I facing It was not resolved till now. My all subject chapter are not showing after 20th chapter and even max pdf are not showing in pdf section I contacted with customer support multiple times nothing was resolved And raising many ticket on this problem but there nothing happened
XP issue
PW is an excellent platform for JEE preparation, with high-quality lectures, study material, and a very useful learning ecosystem. However, the iPad version currently appears to have some feature limitations compared to the mobile/Android experience. One feature that I would particularly like to see on iPad is the XP dashboard and XP leaderboard. Although XP can be earned through studying and completing activities, there does not appear to be an option on the iPad to view the XP I have accumulated or compare my progress on the leaderboard. The XP system is a great concept for encouraging consistency and healthy competition among students. Having access to the complete XP system on iPad would make the experience much more engaging and would also bring the iPad version closer to feature parity with other platforms. I hope the PW team considers adding these features in a future update. Thank you.
Issues
It’s very frustrating that the app itself switches from 27 batch to 24 batch of yakeen , idk why, secondly I was exploring last year batch and was unable to see lectures of certain chapters in physics after magnetism to be exact .
Autoback
Whenever I was doing downloaded classes, which I downloaded from my batch. It always back down from the class and the sound is still playing. However, I can’t see the classes and when I entered the classes, it will play two sounds which cause problems. I am frustrated with this. And I would like developers, so they can fix it.

Feature issue for long time
Most of the study features is not working on ipad
Problems
Dear PW team. I am an iPad user. Whenever I try to open the app, instead of my current batch, a random batch gets opened up every time, and I need to load into the required batch again. It’s quite frustrating. Also the live classes do not come up at the home screen and I need to go to weekly schedule to see them. Also the notes section doesn’t work which prohibits me from accessing class notes later in a documented format. The notes tab doesn’t open due to which we need to view the lecture again for making notes in Arjuna JEE 2027
Issue
I have been the student of Physics Wallah from past two years, but the fact is, when I brought my iPad, my PW app is not working very well. It is not showing me XP rewards, it's not showing me test series, I cannot attend the live battlegrounds. And the fact is that I cannot ask the doubts. When the class is over, I watch recorded lectures, and there is an option, ask doubt. Whenever I ask doubt, it says that ask doubt is unavailable, which really confuses me. Like, my confusions remain there, and I was not expecting this from PW. It's really, like, not helping me, and I tried to contact through emails, but response came, but the action is not being taken. Batch is yakeen neet 2.0 2026
Old version of app in ios
I can’t open pdf of notes on my iPad, it’s very frustrating and also in Yakeen 2.0 2026 all the chapters are not visible. I don’t know what to do. Pls update the version in ios

Unhappy with the current situation of app
My sister’s account is not working properly. Whenever she tries to log in, the screen shows that her account is blocked. I also tried logging in from my device, but the issue is still the same. She has already contacted support, and they said it may take up to one week to resolve the issue. Could you please let me know how we can trust that the issue will actually be resolved within that timeframe?
Something is good and something is bad
Only thing that whenever I update to new version of the app, the app is unable to open, even if I restart my device and it get open after one more new update
