Poor Audio.
Works very bad after every 2 days it’s voice/audio is gone , then I’ve to uninstall and reinstall it again. Plus there’s no solution given for this issue. It was good at first but now it’s just pissing me off as it wastes my time and how is it possible for me to first uninstall then reinstall EVERY TIME I USE.
iOS bug
On my iPhone 13 , the audio form the lectures do not work , I have to connect my AirPods to attend classes and every other application works just fine .

Too Many Glitches, Needs Improvement
I am facing many glitches in the Nexttopper app. The app often freezes, loads slowly, and sometimes crashes while using lessons or tests. Videos occasionally buffer even with a good internet connection. These issues affect the learning experience and make it difficult to study smoothly. Please fix these bugs and improve the app’s performance.
About app
Very helpful
Inconsistent. No schedule. No after sales support.
Hardly any class will be taken as per the schedule. The time table says two classes initials days of the week, but there will always be only one class taken. No information about the one was not taken. Trying to contact support is difficult. All agents are always busy, doesn't matter how many times you try calling them.
Bugs
The app is no doubt the best ad we all know the three legends teaching u. But a major problem of the app is that every day the app gets logged out from my device. If this gets fixed for m it would be definitely a 5 star app .
