I subscribed for a month specifically to use the app frequently for various questions, but I am still facing limited access and usage restrictions despite my subscription. I am very disappointed with this experience.
It comes with a limited number of answers
Subscribed for a month. It was great, all the resources are laid out and reliable. But i was unaware that it has a limit?! Apparently i can only ask 120 questions and would wait for a month to reset. Ive only used it for a week. It was good but i just wasted money if i cant use it every single day
Reliable and fast for clinical questions
This app has been really helpful for quick, evidence-based answers to clinical questions. It pulls from up-to-date guidelines instead of just giving generic info, which makes me trust the results more. The chat interface is simple and easy to use, even on the go. Citations are clear so I can double check sources when needed. Highly recommend for anyone who needs fast, reliable medical info backed by real evidence.
Waste of money
Paying £14.99 a month for this app and being capped on how many questions I can ask is ridiculous. What makes it worse is that once you hit the limit, you’re locked out for 15 days before you can ask anything again. At that point the app is completely unusable. A paid subscription shouldn’t come with arbitrary question limits and enforced waiting periods. Good idea, poor execution. Until this restriction is removed, the subscription simply isn’t worth the money.
