This is the best app.
Worst App of kotak
Older version was far better, to see transaction details you need to open that particular transaction earlier this wasn’t the case, anyone can easily see the remark of each transaction in older version but in new version almost all the features of app are hidden. Customer seeks easily accessible app instead of spending significant time just to simply make a payment or to access any service. I suggest to layoff developers who worked on this app, else customer will surely move to another banking apps soon.

Running balance alongside transactions
Hi guys, The app is good. But can you show running balance after each transaction please so it’s easier for record keeping? Most other bank apps already do this.
Old app was better
Old app was better with easy buttons and navigation this app is just build to trap customers into their loan products and charges. I they don’t improve I will soon be changing my bank.

It's trying to send verification code to some India number and fails again and again...I am in USA..I don't know what kind of App kotak develop for NRIs

Being forced to install prompting end of life for old app. This app keeps failing at registration stage with different errors. Please fix the app first and then ask users to migrate.

Added billers can not be deleted. Big Mistake. Confirm and Test and update ASAP.

This app kotak always launch without testing i think Not able to login not able to back, I wanted to repayment of my mid month loan but when I supposed to click asking for new application download and even after downloading not able to login via number , I mean if not working old its ok to build new but same issue with this new one also ? How can i do repayment I today. So smart one day delay charge extra and why this will happen because I didn’t pay ( kotak don’t care Just because of this issue person was not able to pay he will charge extra ) hate this bank
Poor Performance
Poor performance. Can’t use app for more than 2 minutes. Hangs and shuts down. Old app was much smoother. This one has good UI but poor performance.

You can’t even see the family holdings together , you can’t have a proper user interface the way it used to , such difficulty to navigate now. The app newer version is expected to be better than the previous one also the complete family statements including the portfolio don’t come anymore or the option also does not work on this new app

I requested a call back from Kotak for branch related complaint their team never calls me back ,moreover Kolkata Narendrapur branch is most unproffesional Miss Amrita Nandi and miss pragya Singha Roy is most unprofessional they give misleading information and blocked my no which is uttermost disrespectful things happen to a new customer.Pls call me back in my registered mobile no and I wish to close my account pls guide me throughout the process

I’m a Kotak Customer with 1 personal and 3 current accounts there. Always used to recommend this But my experience in the last 2 months has been terrible and disappointing. Never seen lying and excuses at levels of branch managers as well Thinking that customers won’t understand this fake mess? I’m moving all my accounts outside of Kotak now
Needs SIM carrier connection even after authenticated -. Cannot use on multiple devices
This is the only banking app that needs an active Indian SIM card always to access mobile banking. Even on a phone that has registered number and has MPIN activated it insists on an active carrier connection to use mobile banking. This does not work well (why should spend on roaming?) when traveling abroad or NRE banking - why not work with WiFi? Also, app can only be installed on device that has registered mobile number. The online guide says we can install on multiple device but hasn’t worked - checked with RM

My phone is not supporting the new Kotak bank app and iam not able to do any kind of transaction or even open the app. If I try to go back to old version it takes to page to use new app which is like pathetic. Iam not able to use mobile banking now . You should allow people to use old version too, who are not able to upgrade to new one … My account is 18 yrs old with Kotak but now m thinking to close my bank account with Kotak now n switch to some other bank
