Add woolworths
Please add Woolworths to the dining options. Woolies is landside and we would like to get a quick coffee there before we go to check in instead of the lounge. Thanks
Terrible
Investec is a good bank but this is without doubt the worst part of it. Clumsy, hard to use, unnecessarily complicated and generally fustrating. Every other SA bank has figured out how to do it. Investec should do better…
Designed by engineers
Terrible working app. Clearly designed by engineers and not tested by actual travelers. Very user unfriendly and you get logged out all the time.
Needs a fix
The login with Face ID functionality does not work.
Simple and easy
Easy to load memberships and the app is simple to use especially if you are in a rush at the airport.
Mostly Useless
Slow to update visits, visits are not unlimited, only allowed into lounges 2 hours before departure which is not useful on a 6-4 hour layover, cannot purchase more vouchers the app freezes, cannot load default card the app erases details, just awful. Really Investec can and should do better than this afterthought of an app.
Can’t change and update password.
I can’t update my password. All the “forgot password” steps work fine until I press the save password button. The app doesn’t respond at all. So I’m locked out of the app and ergo the lounge. Not great.

Garbage!
What a load of garbage this app is. Cannot reset password, no option to reset via account, otp doesn’t arrive on sms or email. Frustratingly useless experience. There is no point in trying to have this app.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Genuinely nothing works. Can’t use FaceID, can’t use my password. Then when I go to reset the password it says I can’t use existing password. Good idea but shocking app.
Embarrassing
Terrible app from a bank that is world class at service. Crashes. Logs you out all the time. Get rid of it Investec.
Login not working
It’s giving me a data parse error.
Clunky , frustrating app
Switch between memberships doesn’t work at all . Cannot access local lounges. You have to log in again each time visiting the app. Like someone else said, it was much better just scanning your card for lounge access. Dear Investec please take note of how much everyone hates this app
Unfunctional App
This app is so frustrating in comparison to the credit card - I am going to change Banks just to be free of this unnecessary frustration
Adds no value!
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. It requires me to download it every single time I use it - never had this happen with any other apps. Why this can’t been done on your Investec app is beyond me - makes absolutely no sense to have to log into a completely different app to get a code to access a lounge.
Cannot login in after update
I haven't used the app in a while, and when I received the Investec email with member number and activation code, it promopted me to look at the app. Did the update on the app, now it doesn't recognise my member number, cannot update PW becuase I am regarded as inactive. Loging in is always a challenge. Poor app
