I am extremely disappointed with the way this incident was handled by the cabin crew. During boarding, I moved to the right-hand side of the queue because passengers seated from row 17 onwards were being directed towards the back and to the right. Another passenger incorrectly assumed that I was cutting the queue and confronted me aggressively. He proceeded to push and pull me and swear at me. What concerns me most is that, when the flight attendant intervened, I was treated as though I was the problem. I explained that I was simply moving to the correct side for my seat, yet there appeared to be far more focus on telling me to stop than on addressing the passenger who had physically pushed, pulled and verbally abused me. That is completely unacceptable. I should not have to defend myself against another passenger’s aggressive behaviour while simultaneously feeling as though I am being reprimanded by the crew. I expect cabin crew to de-escalate situations fairly and, above all, to ensure the safety and dignity of passengers. In this instance, I do not believe that happened. I am therefore very disappointed with the handling of this incident and believe the crew member should reflect on how situations involving passenger aggression are managed in future.
Not always up to date with what’s happening with their flights
I was in a dark about my flight a few times because the App doesn’t have realtime information. Flight changes, or delays are not readily seen on the App.
Apple wallet function gone
I used to be able to add my boarding pass to my apple wallet. That function is not available on your app anymore

Great App however inconsistent functionality. Continuously over the years struggle with simple activities such as adding presaved passengers, always issues with payments from credit cards “We promise we’re busy behind the scenes “ and never gets there.

The worst airline in SA
Honestly the worst airline in South Africa. They will 100% ruin your holiday. Never on time with anything, the plane, the arrival time, the luggage.

Forced upgrade
App forces me to upgrade even when my iphone does not have latest iOS as required. App store allows download of latest compatable version but as soon as app opens it HAS to be upgraded
Forced Updates Painful
This buggy app has got less buggy over time but the forced updates are frustrating. By definition the most common times to use the app would be at the airport / away from home, where you need to find a WiFi connection to make the uodate work/ or burn data for a neglible improvement, If that. You would think with all the updates that if you move a flight you wouldn't have to pay separate payments for booked seats and the difference in flight cost... But no. So nice idea, sadly after a long period of time the execution is still lacking

Room for improvement
It took quite a while for Safair to come up with an app. The app is a good start, however there is quite a bit room for improvement. What about flight or boarding messages to avoid irritating sms. What about boarding passes added to the wallet instead of pictures downloaded to the album?

Impossible to book
Rarely do companies make it so difficult to book. Tried on chrome, safari, desktop, mobile and finally downloaded the app. When I get to the booking page, they have a major issue that prevents entering information. How are you supposed to operate an airline company?

When I booked I reserved the window seat, when I checked in because I had a fragile luggage I was givens a boarding pass with the middle seat

Constant Updates and Poor User-end Functionality
Unfortunately I find this app nonsensical. Every time I need to use it I am required to update the app. When making bookings, I am not able to make payments or amendments to current bookings as the app crashes and I inevitably end up using the WhatsApp service or online website. The only thing this app is useful for is having your boarding pass available which is a service that can be accessed in many different ways. Even in this instance, the app is slow and sometimes crashes. I think FlySafair needs to completely revamp their app and should take advice from other well-functioning airline apps.
