Great new look
I love the new look. All the important information now readily available on the dashboard. And much easier to navigate too.
App is now worse for tracking flights
You need to keep the percentage bar to track our status, how are we supposed to know our progress.
Best ever
I managed to see my miles on here and my god it was the best but all you need to do is update it a bit
Tricky
I find the app very confusing and difficult to use.
Prof
Terrible app. Why can't I see my star gold status. Where is my voyager card
Dysfunctional app
This app needs to be redesigned It’s not logging in It looks outdated It’s slow and dysfunctional
App Needs UPDATE
App is not designed for latest IOS software and has a lot of bugs
Disgraceful
SAA Voyager app is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve encountered it almost never works, the difficulty just to see or claim missed miles is insane Please whoever your developer is fire them hire someone new and show them how LATAM Airlines app works by far the most reliable and easy to use app from a lot of airlines they are so good by the time you’re airplane touches down your information is updated. Come on SAA you can’t be lagging like this !!!!!!
Terrible App
Never worked
Nothing works Login constantly fails even after pin reset
The app is probably abandoned and not usable at all. The website login will only work once or twice before locking customers out permanently. The contact details are not a valid email address. What is the point?
Deeply Frustrating
This app need to be redesigned for the purposes and intentions of what an airlines miles app should be. Everything that is explained Ito what one can do with the miles doesn’t feature on the app. In fact, I “login failed” is the almost permanent message I get, particularly after I travel when I want to check my miles. This is how one forfeits miles because of technical glitches like this. Please fix this, it’s highly frustrating as you NEVER respond to emails.
Fails at the basics
Unfortunately, the app fails to open. Like its service, the App is from the 80’s.
Pathetic app
Worst app I’ve ever used. Totally useless, cannot redeem miles, cannot book flights.
