Delightfully challenging
Puzzles are challenging, but not ridiculous. Characters and voice actors are quality and well done.
Obnoxious
Cool story graphics are ok. Puzzles are too difficult and time consuming. Challenge is good but its obnoxious to play for so long unwinding some frustrating back and forth arrangement. Its not creative kind of challenge it just hard for the sake of being hard. 20 dollars is too much for the CE. Especially when the puzzles are not engaging -its like a frustrating gray school math book of endless long division. Like sure i can do it but why would i when there are better games just as challenging but actually … fun
1 Star Deducted
Great game as with all their games, except when I replay it I do not have any morphing objects, collectibles or manuscripts I can collect as it continues to say they’re all complete. Why doesn’t this reset as with other your games? I fix for this would be appreciated.
Too hard
The first two games were fun but the puzzles in 3 are just too hard and back to back. Took all the fun out of it. They need lower difficulty option for those who don’t want to spend an hour on each puzzle
Glitches
You try and get coins and it only gives you a few. You want 10 to solve puzzles and 5 to find what to do next. You only give 3 coins after watching a minute video. Give more coins and less time on videos. 10 seconds would be plenty of time. The game would be so much better to play
Fun!
I just read a first time user struggling with the first scene. Newbies, it was hard, but there are several ways to learn. There are hints. We are given 5 hints to start. You then can opt to purchase more or watch an ad for another free hint. It helps in areas that stump me. I am playing through again after a year or so, and the beginning of this game is tough. It is also worth it! The people who make this game produce a remarkable experience. Great stories, fun puzzles, hidden objects have purpose (not repetitive find over and over, but find it to use it), wonderful animation, and beautiful graphics.
Impossible past Chapter 2 totem line puzzle
I usually love these ones but as others have said there are too many lines. 2 of my tokens have 7 lines whereas in the walkthroughs they only have max 5. Ugh won’t bother with the rest of the series and as dvpr has clearly ignored reports I have to assume it is either intentional to get players to buy tokens or they don’t care. Either way I will be avoiding this dvpr as it’s not worth the risk of having to abandon the game midway. Just be honest and charge an upfront fee if you insist on compulsory purchase.

Enjoying so far
Fun, but…..
I enjoyed 1 and 2 in this series. However, I’ve noticed in this one that some of the puzzles have been changed, made much more difficult (impossible in a couple I have had on the version I played). They do not match any of the walkthroughs or YouTube videos. So no help. I actually counted the pieces in one puzzle that was impossible. There were 9 pieces on the walkthrough puzzle, 12 on the puzzle I got. It was impossible and beyond annoying. I think they have done this to try to force people to buy the hints in order to skip the changed puzzles. Instead I think I will just skip this game and future games too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these games!!!
These games are amazing. Very interactive not so hard that they’ll frustrate you but hard enough. The only thing I ask of the developers is that some of the mini games are too close to the draw down on an iPhone making it very frustrating when the game keeps going off screen and back to the scene and you have to start all over again. May I suggest that you move the games down or up and make it so that if you go back to the scene that you don’t lose your place in the Mini game. I will be looking forward to playing all of your games!

Another pay to win game
The game looks good, starts good, then at 1% into the game, I hit a puzzle I could not figure out but to advance, I would have to pay several bucks to buy game money to buy the solution. I’m not going down that rat hole. No visible option for watching an ad. I’m deleting the game.

Love these games
I don’t think it can really be put into words how much i love and value these games. Outside of the puzzles you all have great storylines and the fact you have actual voice overs is incredible. Ive waited for new games to be released and so glad i did because i have plenty of new games to play. My main point is….thank you all for creating games that remind me of playing PC games when i was a kid without waiting on lives to fill back up or paying for the full version. You all made me love playing games again. Thank you!!
Stopped at First Puzzle
I couldn’t solve the first puzzle so the game was deleted. I saw no point in going on as I was probably missing out on a key step.

Chapter 5 fail
I usually love these games but this one has an animal switch puzzle at the end of chapter 5 that is an absolute nightmare. After a week of attempts I resorted to looking for a solution online. There are numerous walkthroughs but none had the same starting point as me. In the comments I realised that lots of people had the same problem. Several had said that, like me, they experienced dizziness and nausea from the way that the puzzle pieces switched. I’ve now given up and deleted the game, hence the 2 star review.
A bit frustrated
I have been working on the first puzzle which is the move the animal to the right slot puzzle and there is no way to complete it. I have also checked on YouTube for walk throughs and in every walk through the puzzle starts off different. I finally got frustrated enough that I decided to skip it but the first puddle should not be that hard to complete.
These games are so addicting!
The art work and imagination that go into these games are incredible. I love them!
Spider missing!
I’ve reset a few times but can only get 9 spiders. The one that should be on the rocks is not there! On the way to grandmas place through the snow left, left, left and left again. No spider.
Unused coins
I finished the game but have 21 coin’s left how do carry them over to the next game
Hab mich so gefreut
.. und war begeistert. So viele Kapitel, aber der Spielspaß geht total flöten. Kapitel 5 besteht NUR NOCH aus Minispielen, eins schwerer als das nächste. Und nachdem ich mich durch Lost Chronicles von 5BN gequält triggern mich die Wimmelbildspiele so hart. Bitte macht doch wieder Spiele, die auch etwas Freude bereiten und nicht nur den Eindruck erwecken möglichst viel Asche aus Münzkäufen zu generieren.
Too short for price
I love these games and have no problem paying when games are good. However, it’s a very short game even with the the bonus game. I find the free ones offer a longer game play. Slightly disappointed with this one.

Super awesome like when Corporal Kirchner won that flag match at Wrestlemania 2. Or the Executioners only appearance at Wrestlemania 1. Wow!

Another great game
Another great game from this company I found a couple of the mini games impossible and had to skip which was disappointing as I like to complete the entire game and there have been a couple of items which I have clicked on which were weren’t responsive but otherwise it’s been another fantastic gaming experience

I really love five-been games but this version (legendary tales3) there’s no suitable ads all the time so so can’t add coins for free.
A GREAT Adventure!!
Another point and click, non linear game from old school mid 90’s to the mid 2000!! I paid 19.99 back then for computer games like this. A combination of 1st and 3rd point of view is great! 6 games in 1!! Most of the puzzles were too hard, (not as smart as the developers) so I love the option to skip so it doesn’t ruin the play experience for me. Play BN’S Mystery Detective, a great game too. Developers, please continue to make these types of games for the iPad!!

Stuck
I agree with many reviewers..Lost Chronicles was a disaster..round and round in circles. Glad to see back to normal with Legendary Tales...BUT..OH DEAR..some challenges too hard. I am now on chapter 6, and stuck for weeks on the impossible challenge, getting triangles in correct places. No, not spending any money to skip...its just too hard. Sorry, impossible! Even tried walkthroughs... nope. Deleting as cannot be bothered with last chapter. Life too short. Would have been 5 stars but you blew it.

Difficult but if you persist doable
Excellent graphics, I could see the weave in the clothing. The puzzles are tough but once you discover the pattern you have the solution. Many of the scenes are difficult to see because of the gloom.
Love Developer - Despise F2P
I’ve loved all of the games this developer has put out, but I’ll not waste 1 second or $1 on F2P games.
Great game but bug with mini games
Love this game as always but there seems to be a bug within some of the mini games/tasks where if you click on the ? It just exits the modal to the main environment so it can be really tricky to work out what you need to do for some of them. A bit frustrating, but still good (may just need a little more walkthrough help than usual!)
Game is great but app crashes when opened
I really like your games, they’re great. This one isn’t an exception. I finished the first chapter last night and everything was great but today the app won’t open and it’s really frustrating cuz i don’t want to play the chapter once again if I try to reinstall it
Episode 2
So I love these games and can’t wait for them to come out.. but I got to the 2nd chapter on this game and there is a laser light puzzle where you can’t cross the lasers. It is impossible and I just thought oh maybe it’s just me but looking at the walkthrough/tips online the puzzle I have has the lights in different places to the walkthroughs and there are a few comments from others to say.. this puzzle doesn’t match mine etc.. so I was intrigued, restarted and the puzzle hasn’t changed.. Not sure whether it’s been updated or why mines different but I can’t get to the next stage let alone the next puzzle so no it’s a no from me on this game!

Chapter 5 bonus game.
So when starting to do the puzzle that will give me the third rune ,the numbers are not correct and don’t match the walkthrough which is supposed to help. Therefore it is impossible to continue and complete.
Intriguing Format
I’m always excited when this developer comes out with new games, they are some of the best in the genre. This one is still a bit buggy, the instruction button for some of the puzzles don’t always work, for example, but I trust that this will be remedied in updates
