LOVE
I can listen to Colleen for hours! I love that she incorporates biological needs along with scientific facts. I am in the processing of learning to live with no food rules and am extremely grateful to have Colleen guiding me on this journey.
Cost is ridiculous
I understand that people need to be paid, but payment is not an option for a large number of people, myself included. If you’re going to give your app a price, don't list it as free on the App Store! Don't let people answer questions about their goals and then tell them to pay afterwards! Create a free version of the app with some ads and a few less features! So many better options. None were followed.
Subscription price
I recently downloaded the app from the owner because I have followed her for a very long time & I enjoy her no food rules. But when needing to access more stuff in the app you have to pay the subscription either monthly or yearly, I’m from Australia & the $59.99 subscription which makes it $60 monthly I feel like a price a bit lower would be more suitable for people wanting to purchase monthly & international customers. Because I’m currently trying to start my own weight loss journey & I don’t know any good place to start.
Not a great onboarding
Curious about this app but I find a lot of the text is way too small to comfortably read. Also not sure why the pricing is so high. App Store says you can subscribe for as low as $12.99 a month but in app it says $39.99, that’s crazy

Like it but there is a learning curve. Hate you can’t filter the recipes as I’m a vegetarian. Please update that :)

It had me create a log in and answer questions. Then I could either pay or log out. No other options.

Wonderful App, But The Payment Options
I am so excited to begin this journey and to have an app to help me, especially one that is more focused on intuitive eating rather than stressful calorie counting. I’d love to subscribe for a year, but up 200 bucks at once up front is a lot and it doesn’t make sense to pay, $39 a month (it is better savings to do a yearly subscription - just all at once is too tight for me).
Super helpful & encouraging!!
This app has MANY useful tools to help me achieve food freedom. For the first time I have hope to live not worrying/ stressing about what I eat, how much, what it will do to my body and the GUILT I used to feel is lessening with time. I’m so, SO grateful!! Also the community group is extremely helpful & supportive! It is filled with kind & encouraging people to help you through❤️
Not worth the money
This program is fine enough for giving information on beginning intuitive eating, but not worth the money for what it offers. The information is given in small slides that are easily absorbed, and sectioned to be read daily. I appreciate this part of the program. That being said, much of the information is repetitive and already generally available. The information is almost exclusively written for people who deal with restrictive eating patterns and not overeating patterns such as emotional eating, stress eating, or eating past fullness despite being advertised for both types of people. You gain access to a Facebook community which is built mostly of women ranting and raving, which is a great tool for some, but not something I’d pay for given the choice. What interested me the most in this program is the promise of recovering your hunger cues. This is the most useful information I’ve gained from the program are the two things you must do to accomplish this, and they are as follows: 1. Eat every four hours 2. Include fat carbs and protein in each meal, maybe two in each snack Everything else can be found online or in books, even Colleen’s instagram. Another thing I quite appreciated about this program is the delivery of information is bite sized information, so practicing this on your own by reading one chapter, one article, one video, and taking notes will accomplish what this program has for me. This is a great program for what it offers, but if you don’t want to pay what you would for subscriptions that offer much more, I would not recommend this program.
The best journal you’ll find! ✨
I love the Journal on this app! It is great not just for intuitive eating, but for reflecting on movement, self care, sleep, etc. It’s easy to use but also visually appealing (& nothing like tracking in a calorie app or symptom tracker. This one is intuitive, fun, & pretty!) The Recipe database is second to none! I have a big family and was looking for nourishing + satisfying ideas from an IE dietitian that didn’t require a lot of time, money, or obscure ingredients. I’ve found it!!! 👏🏼👍🏼 Those 2 things alone are worth the membership. That said, there are tons of videos (great education & coaching) as well as access to a fun community of like minded women! Here for it! 👍🏼👏🏼
All the features I was looking for!
I love this app so much. It deals with everything, from emotional management tips to affirmations, to learning about your own eating habits and creating a better relationship with food and yourself. There are even recipes! I found Colleen on Instagram and love the tips she shares. This app is truly amazing.
Best Intuitive Eating Guide- Simple and full of value
After years of yo-yo dieting and learning how badly I messed up my metabolism and bodies natural way to care for itself, it is good to be getting back to healthy behavior. I tried doing this on my own for over a year, but it is a struggle to remove all that diet mindset that has been drilled in my brain for 20+ years. This app is simple to use, encouraging and helps guide you through the steps to get back to well being. No body shaming, no weigh ins, no crazy contests. Just real support and encouragement. Oh and the recipes are awesome!

ADHD friendly
I’ve been trying to eat intuitively for a while, but wasn’t making much progress. I got stuck in the not dieting phase and still had a weird relationship with food. So I finally decided to subscribe to this app and it’s only been a week and I feel a difference in my confidence- since my biggest struggle is body image. I really like the journaling portion of the app because it makes it so easy to see what’s working for me and what isn’t. Having ADHD means that I struggle with awareness, and the app helps with that. I also appreciate the mini daily lessons. They are very ADHD friendly. And, as a person who doesn’t like to spend time on Facebook, I appreciate that I can click on the community link and it takes me directly to the group on Facebook so I don’t have to get distracted and forget why I’m on there in the first place. Another ADHD friendly feature! I look forward to spending more time in the app and learning all that I can. I was in the membership a few years ago, but had to quit for financial reasons- and it was good, but the app is a game changer! I love the improvements!
Amazing
I found Colleen on IG and followed along for awhile before diving into the app that is filled with great information, an amazing journal function, and delicious (and easy) recipes. I love the journal function that helps me track how I’m feeling, not what I’m eating. This app is easy to use and so positive, it just makes me smile! All of this coupled with the tons of information makes this a great investment!!
Not being dramatic - this has made a HUGE impact on my life!
There are so many features I LOVE about this app - I can track what I eat without calculating calories. The reflection of how I felt while eating and the reflections at the be of the day have made my self-awareness sky rocket. That’s how things change and you get in tune with what your body needs! I love this so much. Everything about it healthy and encouraging. I 10/10 recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
