This app is completely garbage. Have submitted several claims for same provider over the past five months. The app never adds the provider it has to be re-entered every time for a claim. this company is garbage. Sept. 2 update still previously used provider not appearing and has to fully entered each time causing delay in claim processing
The app has improved
The app works much better than when they first updated it. It would be great if it could save my log in like almost any other app. It’s annoying having to type in the email and password every single time having other apps remembering that and even using the face feature for sign in juts like the banks app.

Je me suis rendu compte que certaines réclamations dûment entrées ne sont tout simplement pas ajoutées à la liste "en traitement". How convenient. En plus d'une interface qui sautille sur l'iPhone. Je recommande d'utiliser le site Web.
Can’t view recent claims
Tapping on View All recent claims brings me to the Coverage tab. No way to see past your three most recent claims from the home page.

When I open the app and sign in to freezes on the home page… I cannot use the app at all!
Updating Review because they fixed their app
The app is okay, albeit a bit clunky, when it works. Updating my review to reflect that they fixed the I/O issue on iOS. They still lose a star for a somewhat awkward interface and for allowing those last few updates (that broke the app for Apple Users) to go through QC.

Although it’s good that there’s an app for Greenshield I find that it is hard to navigate and not user friendly.
Latest update causes it to freeze
Not able to file a simple claim, despite trying to login multiple times after you select the claimant’s name it freezes.

Never works. Miss the old app
The app no matter how many times I sign in the next time I open it even a minute later will say “You haven’t signed in in 15 days session expired sign in again” every time. I tell it to save with Face ID etc doesn’t matter it just doesn’t work and does not retain info. Impossible to use, they used to have an old app before transitioning to this new one that never had an issue, now this app is completely unusable. For the prices of your insurance you should be able to afford to create a consistently functional app for your customers.
Doctors offices
Great App frustrating to have to look up doctors offices for claims when I have already submitted a claim before from that doctor.

UI is a joke.
Who created this UI ? Too many steps to check total coverage. Have to go through so eligibility claim to see how much coverage is remaining. Small view all hyperlink is given instead of a large button to view all Services. Haven’t seen this level of bad UI and UX ever.

Can't make a claim...won't load properly...won't allow photos to upload. Thanks for making it more difficult and frustrating to access our benefits than it already is 🤬
Greenshield is the Best!
Greenshield’s app makes it very easy to make your claim. My recent claim was for a custom knee brace. The app is programmed so when it comes to where you purchased the brace it provided the exact Business name. In my case it was OneBrace at its Victoria BC location. I could site other instances of how great GreenShield and their app are great however for brevity I will stop now

Streamlined Convenience
The Greenshield app makes claims submission quick and convenient. Hats off to the app development team, they did an outstanding job!
I don’t know how this app is rated so high
App constantly crashes no errors or anything just crashes. Requiring logging in and entering any information previously entered. Honestly I don’t know why they replaced the last app. It was pretty rubbish from a UX standpoint but at least it was stable.

Cannot login after the update
The apps repeatedly asked to update the apps even though the apps has been updated. Cannot bypass this to start login. Pls fix this asap
