If I need to access this app for my insurance slip it keeps making me log in. Every time is like the first time
Speed limit
Following the speed limit on major highways is dangerous, it creates road rage for some drivers, they speed by and cut you off immediately, even from the right side,, not sure how you can monitor that,,
App is down
Your app is down i couldnt log in and they kept sending me message that they cant monitor my trip anymore and might be get an impact to my price renewal. I dont care its getting high anyway even my score is high

Excellent company
I have had nothing but helpful dealings with Belair. They are timely in their response to queries, the staff are helpful in providing options for insurance and the coverage is excellent. Definitely recommend them for auto and home insurance.
Password
I only log into the app when I need to & everytime there are issues. I have to reset my password & re enter my email every time. It’s very frustrating!! Sue Corbett
Auto Tracking comment
It doesn’t correctly identify when I am the driver half the time and there is no obvious way to correct driver status for individual trips.
Where do I go?
I want to remove someone from my auto insurance and I can’t find how to do this. It’s very annoying.
Calls lost
I Called Belairdirect to put insurances to comprehensive, effective Nov 11/24 to April 2025 (in storage) In January 2025 I noticed our monthly payments had not changed. I called them and they claimed we did not call because there was no voice recording on file. They made me feel like a liar and wouldn’t even consider giving me any credit for November and December Beware of this crowd!

Battery sucker
Very poor app and drains your iphone battery like crazy. Also receiving all sorts of notifications unrelated to your insurance or driving. Lots or room for improvement on this app!!

Several times I’ve gone to look a documents and keep getting the “oops something wen’t wrong” message. You can’t rely on it, if it’s not reliable.

Since day one, the customer service has been amazing. They are kind and courteous and seem eager to help. The phone app is easy to understand. Best insurance I’ve had.
Worst Insurance App
Dear product team. Fix this. Absolute worst experience trying to do anything in this app. Logging in is bug infested. Crashes. App permissions are given and app still doesn’t work. Horror show of an app.
Good but...
If they could add some features maybe? For example, License can be on there? Also, if the police pull you over, you can just access all this through a LOCKED screen so they can only have access to the information.

2 stars I’m not driving lots of times and if I’m texting it shows that I’m driving and texting and that’s not true

Awful, don’t think it’s accurate
Tracks every vehicle I’m in which completely skews the score if you aren’t absolutely anal about deleting trips where you don’t drive.
