Bad product
Paid for a month before I realized it would charge me per team member or $149 / year with no trial for multiple
Some things need to be improved
Hello Devs! Cool app, but for the apple wallet you need to fix the fact that my full name does not show in its entirety. For example, David Johnson will show up as David John….. the same applies for the company name. In your templates, the logo is too small and for the price I paid for 1 year, I should be able to customize it better to my needs. I did appreciate the feature of fetching the logo from my website the moment I put my email in. I think if these points are improved, I will renew my subscription for the second year but with the current state I don’t think I would. Hoping for more improvements!
Confused
Downloaded the app. Don't know how to use it. Got email from them asking why I cancelled my subscription. Wrote to them a lengthy email. No response. Disappointing!
Charge Amount
Your app says it’s going to charge $34.99 but then I see a $50 charge on my account. I want to cancel my subscription and I want my money back. It’s a great app but I’m not paying $50 for it. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!
Great app
Everything I’ve been looking for making cards
Brutal
$45 / year to make a business card or display a bunch of sponsored logos if you don’t buy into premium?. Unless junk.
Great digital business card app
I’ve tested a few digital business cards apps lately. Hey! Is a pretty new app but comes with a very good mix of features both free and paid version. I decided to go with the paid version to obtain additional customization. What I like: - all essentials are there : - multiple profiles - majority of fields are supported - share and save contact - automatic branding - QR code - custom https links for your business card - name of the App - UI/UX It lacks some nice to have features. I raised the feedback to the developer and received an immediate response and support for the recommendations. .
Great product
I was searching for digital business card options has having NFC card is options but want to get rid of the excess card. So while searching I came across “HeyDrop Business Card”. So I start with the standard version & player around to upload logo / images, it has the ability toto add personal as well as business details along website 🔗, social media link 🔗, you can use different templates / themes & after purchasing / going subscription services I have the option to change / modify colors. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. What made be there subscribers was the convenience of saving the digital card in Apple 🍏 Wallet 🪪 as QR code to scan and share the card.
Gotta pay!
Gotta pay to add it to apple wallet.
Brilliant, just brilliant!
Came across these virtual cards by accident and absolutely love them! They look sleek on my phone and the fact I can do 5 is fantastic. Clients love them!
Only apple wallet feature works
It doesn’t show the card for browser options, it doesnt work if i want to send it on sms.
Saves me a ton of time with after event follow up
Handy tool. I ve used several others but I like this one the best. It makes it easy for me to get the other persons information as well. I can then follow up easily and also add in notes in the moment.
Do not recommend - Save your money
I purchased the lifetime plan. After doing that, I was able to design my card. Weeks later the app signed out and when I signed in again, it is back to the basic plan. I tried to contact the customer service but they advised me to sign out and sign in again. Which did not help. Later they started ignoring me after securing the money. Unacceptable. Please be aware.
Innovative
Great app for the industry I’m in. 10/10
Misguiding
They make us enter all details and finally when trying to add card. Last step, they wont let you and ask for huge money for any option to save. Literally you cannot have any option without paying. In-app purchase is for all options and I believe you wont even get anyone. Very Good Idea But Very Bad way of execution and treating customers.
Super App for cards
The best and easy to use.
Super easy!
Best business card replacement out there. It just sits in my Apple wallet so super easy to access, absolutely love it!
Need ability to save contacts to phone
Will update once this is available.
Good for business networking
It’s been a practical addition to my networking routine. Good value for money compared to printed business cards. I recommend it for making business connections.
