Super glitchy,
app barely is working, bluetooth does not connect, these lights just decided to glitch out on it’s own
why are there ads
why am i forced to watch ads before i can use the product i already purchased
Super
Eh
I like it nice colors makes my room look good but man this Bluetooth sucks I’ve had this light before never had an issue then bought it again I can only use it one time on my phone and the Bluetooth no longer wants to connect it just says failed to connect I’m not far from it so not sure what the problem is this is a huge turn off for me
Werbeanzeigen
Fixed it dumb
Thank you I’ll be nice I was always dumb. I love the music function. Especially red but that’s embarrassing
ADS
It’s a cool light. Opting for using the remote because playing constant ads on an app to turn the lights on/off is crazy work.
Good app for the lights
The lights are amazing and app is straight forward but trying to make your own sequence of lights is very complicated adding a tutorial would make this app 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bluetooth not working
After I changed the lamp beads on the app, the device bluetooth disconnected to my phone, the light turn off and can not turn on 🥲
Poor logistics
Apps fine, but to set the time on/off, the light needs to be on. If I want it to turn off at a certain time it works beautifully, but the light won’t turn back on unless manually done so. I wanted this to simulate morning in a room that gets little light. :(
Neon rope lights
These lights are really good quality and i recommend them to people that arnt on getting them
watch ads to use your lights
in what universe is it acceptable to force people to watch ads in order to use a lamp that they paid for? i would have ignored it if they were simple banner ads but they take up the entire screen and force you to sit there and wait before you can turn your lights on. incredibly greedy and i will not be buying any more products from this company.
Bad app
Makes you watch an ad if you want to turn your lights on or off.
Ok
Topissime
Mon fils adore pour son bureau gaming
This is so bad
This is useless like if get in the app, it’s trying to pair my hexagon lights. I’m giving this a 1 Star Rating! Do you hear me!!
Decent app-need a few more options!
This app connected to the lights really easily. Lots of settings for custom light displays etc. My one problem is the timer. You can only have one on/off. *User request* I’d like to be able to set different times for different days, not just the same on/off time for every day. Apart from that, app is great! 👍🏻
Too many bugs
Easy to setup but then it’s downhill. If you leave the app open, it’s impossible reconnect the light to Bluetooth. You have to close it out and open back up for it to connect. This could have been Alexa compatible and instead give us a weak app. They just want to be able to show you a bunch of ads instead of being a really functional app.
VERY inappropriate ads.
One of the ads was literally PORN. Imagine a young kid had this ?? Insane. Anyway I don’t really use any features on the app besides just changing the color of the lights sometimes it doesn’t connect right away, but otherwise there’s not really any issues. The ads are a little annoying though.
These are amazing lights :)
These lights are cool and colorful and grate to lighten any of your rooms . Great for kids rooms.
App sucks
The app is horrible to use, I can’t connect to my actual lamp 9/10.
Nearly perfect
I’d add an extra star if you could control the speed of transitions. Other than that it does what I need it to do
App Speed is very poor
App takes so long to load and connect EVERY time you open in that you might as well do it manually, works when it finally loads though.
Needs more customization.
We need to be able to set speed for animations and save presets. Siri functionality also needs to be implemented. Please, please please.
Very easy to set up and navigate
I have two devices that use this app and overall very happy. Easy to set up and navigate with options to choose a solid colour or choose from what feels like an endless array of scenes. Always connects fast to my devices and responds instantly when I change the colour or scene. A great, fast, easy to use app that doesn’t crash and always works. Can’t really fault it.
Purchased lamp and it has ADs???
How is it I buy a product that comes with this app and it has ads before I can actually turn the lamp on and off. Poor poor design for this.
ad
app itself is fine, but I’m an getting inappropriate, sexual ad pop up a lot of the time when I’m opening the app now.
Functional
It’s a nice app and the options are already pretty many but I do have to agree with the other user, it’s still missing the option of editing the diy and a turn off timer.
Perfekt!
Popup Ads!
Every time you want to adjust your light, boom pop up add and need to wait five seconds to skip. I already paid for the lamp, and the app requires no servers that would cost money. Unfortunately if you made it this far you probably already bought the lamp, but hopefully not too late to return it.
Allows disgusting, inappropriate ads
The lamp & light works fine, but every time I open the app, I have to see some inappropriate, lewd ad. It’s disturbing. This app shouldn’t have ads anyways since we already paid for the product. Save yourself the trouble & just get a lamp with remote so that you can save time turning off your lights wo having to watch some weird 🌽o ad,
Move speed
I do like the creative aspects of the app. However, please could you make an update to the app, especially under the DIY move option and the speed. Could you add Work on a slower version of the move because I’m trying to create a relaxing environment and unfortunately the speed is insanely fast.
Excellent
Ads
Why are there ads on an app for a product that I already paid for… I don’t want to have to watch an ad while I’m changing my lights to red to get spicy
Little Functionality
You can pick a color and schedule it to turn on or off. Doesn’t do much else. If you could adjust brightness in app or the scenes simulated brightening or dimming light, it would at least meet the minimum description that goes with the devices that use this.
So many features!
This app has literally everything that I wanted and loved, though I’m still not quite sure how the dynamics work, it’s still awesome. Thank you :)
Extremely disappointed
Lights’ connection to WiFi immediately fails and cannot reconnect. I’m extremely upset I wasted my money on these lights.
Glitchy and Doesn’t Connect!!
Can we get an update to Fox how laggy and glitchy and unable to connect to the lamp this app is?
Works well off the app..
Works well off the app. Remote comes with it but unclear as to how it is connected to the light if you don’t want to run it off the app. Tried changing the batteries without getting any results from using the given remote.
Nice product, nice app
I really like it!
Why
Why do we even have to connect to these stupid things the other apps that I download do not have to connect they should make it like this so I don’t spend 30 minutes of my life trying to connect the stupid hexagon lights to my phone in reality. It just turns back off and I have to do it again.
Awful app, good lamp
lamp works fine, the app is the problem there are ads when i already paid for the product? slow and bulky to use, overall good product, awful app
