Had a very excellent experience doing my laundry in this place for 3 times while I was in the area. Customer service was amazing! User friendly machines and app! Clean and organized!
Won’t work
Never works on the washing machines, dryer only. I’d love a refund but don’t see an option for that !!!

Prices could be a little lower, but the location i go to is actually clean. I had an issue with the machines not working and email/ employee number actually responded fast and did an amazing job! been going here for years, i always recommend the location i go to, to everyone!

I got a few dollars in speed queen rewards in the beginning, I’ve since spent hundreds of dollars and not received anything. So what goes on there??
First laundromat app, very nice
I’ve never used a laundry app before but this one is very easy and intuitive. I also like that every time I do my laundry it asks me if I want a text notification or not. I’m not a fan of invasive notifications and so I like that this app leaves it as a choice each time I wash my stuff.
wont let me sign up
wouldve loved to use this app. i filled in every part of the form, but the “sign up” button was still gray. tried multiple times

Un lugar muy limpio, atención agradable por parte de las encargadas, máquinas siempre funcionan- solo una detalle los clientes (algunos) se sientan en las mesas donde se dobla la ropa limpia ha pintarse las uñas a comer a jugar cartas etc, eso deberían prohibir ya que ahí ponemos la ropa limpia.
Need to fix this
Hey im your user. I use the iphone 16 pro. When i wanted to top up the money on that app. I saw the "Add credit to my account" is slightly overlapped into "done" button and I cannot top up any money to my account. Im new around my place so it very difficult for me to find any coins to get my cloth wash. Please FUX IT

L'applicazione funziona bene però non capisco perché non posso trasferire il credito residuo da una lavanderia ad un altra. Purtroppo viaggiando parecchio, mi ritrovo a dover caricare il credito senza poi poterlo usare. Non riesco a trovare un call center o contatto per richiedere assistenza.

Couldn’t even make an account
I want to preface this with saying I have no clue how the app actually is, because I couldn’t even access it. Signing up, I made a silly mistake by entering my email wrong. That being said, I never got a confirmation email to complete the account, so I went to the app again to change my email, but all that did was send me to the beginning of the process. “Alright” I said, so I put my name in again, fixed my email, made my password again then put my phone number… But then I got a notification saying I couldn’t move forward because my phone number was already used and I have to use another phone number or contact customer service (there’s no customer service option, most likely will have to go to a website or something I’m guessing) and I don’t think it’s shocking that I only have the one phone number. Essentially, I have been barred from creating an account because my phone number was used for an account that was never fully made, completed, or registered. So far, 0/5 experience this is so stupid I genuinely can’t comprehend this, someone help me.
Little York Speed Queen
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly really do love Speed Queen. The laundromat is clean, the machines are great, and the customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back. It’s actually hard to find a laundry place that checks all those boxes. BUT… the rewards program? 😅 We need to talk about that. I genuinely don’t understand why I can spend my hard-earned money at Speed Queen and not even earn at least $1.25 or $2 in rewards or credits. If I’m going to keep spending money here, I would love to actually feel like I’m being rewarded for being a loyal customer. What really gets me is that you’re promoting the rewards and credits in the app. So naturally, as a customer, I expect to actually receive something meaningful from the money I’m spending. If the rewards aren’t really going to reward customers, then honestly, take that feature off the app or change it so it actually benefits the people who are using it. 😂 Sometimes I remember this and think, “Okay… maybe I need to find another laundromat.” But then I remember how hard it is to find somewhere that is clean, has good machines, AND provides great customer service. That’s honestly why I’m still here. I really do like Speed Queen, and I WANT to keep coming back. I just think the rewards program needs to match the quality of everything else. If you’re going to promote it, make it worth something. Otherwise, please don’t advertise it like customers are getting a benefit when they really aren’t. I’m not asking for free laundry every time I come in 😂—just a rewards program that actually feels like a reward for being a loyal customer. 😉

I NEGOZI NON POSSONO ESSERE AGGIUNTI MANUALMENTE ALLA APP E NEGLI SHOP I QR CODE (O I CODICI PIN) sono nascosti, li puoi trovare solo dopo aver fatto una caccia al tesoro. Inoltre nella app il credito caricato vale solo per un singolo negozio. Per finire: la app non fa vedere chiaramente solo le macchine che hai avviato, ma tutte quelle nel punto vendita selezionato, rendndondondiffdicoltoso vedere il tempo rimasto ecc ecc

Muy buenas lavadoras. Solo deberían estar numeradas para no confundirlas al realizar el cargo y usarlas. En mi edificio se descomponen frecuentemente de tres las mayoría de las veces solo sirve una o a veces ninguna.
Can’t verify email
Can’t comment on the app because I can signup. Can’t get passed email verification due to an error with the way the email confirmation is formatted. iPhone 12 shows message in Apple Mail app: “This message cannot be displayed because of the way it is formatted. Ask the sender to send it again using a different format or email program”

Super fácil y intuitiva de usar. Seria bueno que te indique donde colocar el jabón o/y el suavizante en las máquinas. Les comento que una vez finalizado el secado si abro la puerta y noto que la ropa sigue mojada, no hay forma de agregar más minutos tiene que ser antes de abrir la puerta lo cuál es muy difícil adelantar si va a estar seca.

Didn’t work
I couldn’t get the app to work at the laundromat in Lake Placid. Wasted a lot of time trying to get it set up.
Expensive but very effective
The washing machines are way too expensive @ $7 for the smallest wash.. However that is my only complaint. The Dryer is more affordable at $5 and dries a whole load in 25 mins! The app makes everything easier, including seeing how many machines are in use before you even leave home! That way you can tell exactly how busy it is. The Machines work great, they both clean and dry in a quick and efficient matter.

Easy to use and very convenient instead of having to change dollar bills for quarters. Very easy to recharge your profile with money I usually do Apple Pay.
New Update Sucks
Requires the CVV everytime I use a card, Apple Pay doesn’t work and it won’t connect to the machines 85% of the time. Fix it.

Not working anymore
The app seem to get stuck on an infinite loop when proceeding to wash. And shows already occupied washers as available when they are clearly not. The situation keeps occurring and wasting time of people. The app used to work well till last month (May, 2019) Location: Brainwashed Laundrette, Burwood
