They robbed me
I have used Darier twice and the second time around. They subscribed me to a Dossier subscription that I did not want that I tried my best to unsubscribe from and they eventually stole $39 for me and now I have to go through this big process just to get that money back I would not suggest using this

Love the scents, hate the app
I love Dossier scents. My whole family does. I do the Dossier+ and save my scents for Christmas and birthday purchases for everyone. However the app never works. It only loads the Home Screen, but anything else you click, doesn’t work. I can’t even view my account or see my last purchases.
Love the Brand/Scents, but..
For some reason, whenever Dossier has sales they don’t seem to apply within the app. Every time there is a sale I have to go to the desktop website to take advantage of it. Also, you may be charged for the “free” perfume/cologne every 3 months which will require a full refund. Why not make the “free” cologne $0, which seems easier for everyone involved?
LOVE
Dossier is literally my favorite brand for fragrances. The scent last all day long, the bottles are simple yet elegant this is gonna be my 4th time getting the floral marshmallow.
The worst
This is the worst company. I got charges for some subscription I didn’t sign up for. I don’t even have an account with them. And now I can’t get in contact with anyone.

Terrible app
Tried numerous times to exchange a recent purchase online and on the app and it won’t go through! So ridiculous!!!!!!!

Its descent for wait you pay for, but it not even close what the real fragrance smell like like 75 to 85% from the opening and to the dry down. Dori and creed Chanel are the best there close to the real fragrance

La peor experiencia
Hice un pedido no sé sin querer me hice miembro me están cobrando casi $50 a mi tarjeta. Entro al website y aplicación para poder detener el pago y desactivar y ellos no te dan la opción de manera que siguen cobrando. No tiene número de teléfono o donde contactar para que puedan devolver el dinero lo que tienen es una dirección de email y pues la queja y nunca responden. Tengan mucho cuidado al dar los datos de tu tarjeta a esta compañía además te hacen otros cargos adicionales que nunca autorizaste o se ven reflejados en tu orden. No compren aquí igual las fragancias no sirven.
The Return Function Stinks
Honestly I have zero issues with this app or the website UNTIL I need to exchange anything. Whoever is writing the code for mobile returns needs to refine their skills. You’re good up until you need to choose an item to exchange and then your choices never populate on the website - forcing you to make a full return or do it on a desktop. On the app it’s even worse because once you hit back after making your selections it goes back to the Home Screen. Wasting my time on what should be a simple five click process.

Disappointed
I had about $23 of credit and wanted to buy a bottle of bright crystal as a late Christmas gift but the app wouldn’t apply my credit which expired December 31st. I’m super disappointed because I had just purchased 6 bottles a few days ago. I earned those credits and it’s unfair that’s I couldn’t use them. I feel ripped off honestly.

I am baffled by this whole experience honestly. I ordered 5 perfumes back in November and it is now the end of December and I have yet to receive them however I reached out on Nov 30th regarding a question and never heard back and then on December 5th about my order and have never heard back. It is now the end of December and I have no items that I paid a lot for but also no one will respond back to me and my order still doesn’t say fulfilled. Like is this a scam and Dossier just took my money?
