I really like this game but the option for 5 minutes or less doesn’t work on anything. The only options that do work is pay cash or watch a video to speed up crops and tasks. I signed into google, cleared the cache and it still doesn’t work. Please help Uninstalled game and reinstalled. Backed up
Not the same
7/28/2026 yet an update…no more friends, no more anything really. No update either. This was a great game but now it is just a time waster. There are much better games out there which is a shame it was one of the best games before. am writing another review. Half the things do not open up like the plane and the temple. I can not do anything because nothing works now. If I could take the star away I would. No way to contact. do not know what happened but it is a terrible game now nothing opens. I can not get anything from the island, the market does not open, nothing works. I do not know what happened but it is terrible. Not to mention there is nothing new to buy or get.

Please fix the game. It’s impossible to play. I purchased the golden ticket, but I can’t play because I’m unable to enter the Ancient City and complete the task. I’m spending money, but the game isn’t working.

Since your latest update I can no longer open my barn. So I can not delete stuff upgrade it or anything, my husband and daughter are having the same issue and I’ve read a few others too. Please fix this as it’s getting impossible to play now, and we really love the game..

I’ve been playing this game for years and now it’s got too many issues. Not able to use the airport, the mine doesn’t work,and can’t help friend. I already closed the game once and started over from the beginning only to have the same problem. Please fix these issues.

Gitchy buggy game
This game is LOADED with bugs, glitches, errors, etc. You work and work to achieve a goal, and it doesn’t credit you for achieving the goal. Players finish tasks and they still show as active for that task, along with 5 or 6 others, seeming like they are doing six tasks. But it just didn’t clear OR credit the task when it was clear. REPEATED emails to player support with absolutely no response. Download and play this game ONLY if you enjoy playing games full of errors, glitches, bugs, and BOT PLAYERS.
Love it but….
Very fun app, it doesn’t take too long to get the farm built up. Most fun I’ve had with a game. However, sometimes I’ll make an item to fulfill orders on the boats, I click on them and they disappear, don’t show up in the barn. So I have to do it again and wait. Keep up the creativity!
Glitch
I wish you would fix the glitch that is going on. I can’t access my plane, my mine, or visit my friends. Very annoying. It’s been 2 weeks now.
Glitches make it hard to fully enjoy.
This is a game that mimics classic Township. However, it has its problems. For one if you ever accidentally take it off your phone and reinstall it you will find that you have to start all over again. Today I opened my game only to discover that my airport and the Ancient City will not open. Other problems are fake accounts that are most likely bots join the co-ops and never play. I have been unable to see other people’s towns but the fake ones open. They all look the same, so if you have seen one, you have seen them all. I hope these glitches get fixed because this game has potential to be a very fun game.

Why has my game not been loading since yesterday?

The airplane button,pyramid and academy do not work and you can’t visit other players towns and you can’t help your teammates…….. so don’t bother playing the game

Good game a lot like the others such as township however they need to fix the glitches. Unable to get to co op and plane. This has been going on for awhile. If this gets fixed I would give it 4 stars
Okay for now
I downloaded this game because it is so similar to township which I left due to their update which screwed everyone. So it was a nice breath of fresh air to play this game. But there are some glitches that really need fixing asap. My friends aren’t all showing, I can’t visit a lot of my friends farms, and when making items in the shops they either don’t show up right away or the box is empty. Also on the screw game it is so hard to differentiate the colors of purple they chose! Pick different colors that aren’t so similar would ya? Also, how can I invite people into my co-op? So many things could be upgraded for sure. But I do enjoy playing this game so it’ll do for now.

What would make this game better is if you would let the player actually play the game I’m on level seven and I yet to be able to play by myself because you guys think that your players are not capable of playing the game. let me make it very clear maybe telling us what to do up until level seven that’s where you lose players maybe just tell the players how to play at level one or two that’s good enough. you’re going to lose players please fix it because this is a good game if not for this one little problem…
Mini game won’t load
Cannot load mini games for last few days and it is almost impossible to report problems with game if mini games was fixed the I would give 5 stars but as problem still not fixed only giving 3 still not loading and unless prepared to give full name, email address, telephone number, and Skype you cannot contact support to get game fixed,don’t know why you have to give all of these as other games I play DO NOT NEED ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO FIX PROBLEMS IN GAME

I lost my game at level 63 and lost a bunch of real money I used to play the game … I tried messenger to contact them and they never answered me … I started over .. got to level 17 and the game froze up .. again no help … don’t waste your time ..

Fun/Bugs
This is fun like Township. It has bugs to work out. It freezes now and then. I can’t figure out how to search for people to recruit for my co op like in Township. Very limited. Hopefully things will expand.
Needs upgrade
When I try to move buildings in the storage, it makes a white square but the building stay as well. Also when movie the objects the way you like to be arranged, sections of the objects are overlapping each other and its hard to know what is what and not so realistic.

Oh how I wish I could give this wonderful game the five stars it so richly deserves, but alas seeing as it’s just suddenly taken to crashing on me several times in a row when I started using ads to complete orders needed for the plane quickly I cannot. Also following the last crash it also lost me some small amount of progress, thankfully however very little much to my relief. I love this game so much and play it every day, these are only small bugs so take little away from my enjoyment. But are still with mentioning in the hopes they can be fixed, then I will more than happily add the fifth star to my review. I am happily now replaying this wonderful game and happy to add the fifth star. I’d like to make one suggestion that I feel would really enhance this game in a big way, please introduce a world map so players can go on adventures away from the Home Screen. Giving them something to do whilst things are being produced on the farm, as well as a way to gain more resources and money.
Glitch after update?
Really love this game. Nice daily relaxer. But after recent update can’t open the plane, ancient city, upgrade levels or visit other islands. Playing on apple ipad

I do love the game though there are quite a few bugs in the game. 1) need to know who is actively playing 2) the white font in the chat box needs to be a different colour. 3) a global chat added would be useful to recruit new players, All the above would add to our play in the game to keep players playing and happier. I LOVED this app….literally like therapy for me, but has been glitching so bad for the past 2 weeks and basically has stopped working all together. So bummed, PLEASE FIX/UPDATE OR ANYTHING!!!!

i loved this game .. i payed for all the events .. i got as far as level 63 .. then due to in game error that i could not resolve .. and support was not answering i had not alternative but to delete the game and reinstall it . big mistake as when started playing again it put me back to the beginning .. once again no reply from support / app developers .. shame i loved the game but im not prepared to start all over again

Thanks so much for fixing the issue with the latest 4.6.0 update. I’m able to open the game again and play it as normal, and the graphics are looking new and improved. I love this game!!
What is the difference between the two golden passes?
What is the difference between the two golden passes offered? One says $4.99 and the other one says $9.99 and just says +10 levels what does that mean? I’ve searched everywhere and cannot find an explanation on either

I’ve haven’t been playing for long. But wow what an awesome fun game. Will be even better if we could save our gaming progress so can play on multiple devices. This will be my recommendation & replacement game from township. 😊
Was enjoyable
Update: Have played further now and building as I would prefer is limited by what is made available, and now some building times is up to 24 hours. Just not fun now. But Thanks for trying. I just downloaded the game and there was a glitch from collecting from the cargo ships, when I went to the barn it would show two Items but go to build would say I only have 1 item. Why does some building take 12 hours to build? That seems excessive. I’m enjoying the game otherwise. Thank you.
Recent faults
I love this game and I’m totally addicted. Having said that recent issues every time there is an update are spoiling my game play. First it was trees appearing in the middle of my land that I can’t move. Then the massive rocks near my barn that cover items I’ve bought (with in game coins not real cash). Then the last update meant I couldn’t help other players fill their boats unless they are my friend. Now todays update has really annoyed me because I CAN’T access my barn. So I can’t see how much stuff I have or sell goods I have to much of. If the problem isn’t sorted soon I will sadly have to delete as the barn is a main part of the game. 😢
