I have one problem with the game and that is once you get the bank to one star you stop getting the “bank” stuff to spawn please fix it so we can get all 5 stars

Good but there are progress stopping bugs
I love this game! Just have been stopped with a bug on the activation of the pet assistance. It disconnects and restarts the game every time so I can’t upgrade it… other than that it’s a fun game to pass the time. I do wish they would have weekly events to spice the game up a bit

Can’t log on like I use too.
Ever since you guys did maintenance I haven’t been able to log on like I did before. It says not a good connection but simply isn’t true. My internet is working properly for everything else that I do. Fix this, I loved playing for all of the years that I have played but now i hate fighting with it every time I get on it. I do believe you fixed my problem. All day today it worked like it use to so thank you. I enjoyed playing again and I am an old grandma so I need my games to make me happy.

I absolutely love this game! when I first tried it, I thought I wouldn’t like it based on the graphics. However, over a year later and I play every single day, sometimes Several times a day! I love every aspect of this game. It is now the only game I play. My only “issues”: I SO wish that the developers were more communicative. When I have had (very few) issues in the game, I haven’t gotten any assistance.. That’s quite frustrating. I also wish they offered deals on gems, at least sometimes. Those things being said, the positives Way outweigh the negatives. This game is really great. I really do love it.

My game has been frozen- no matter what I do or restart or reinstall it remains frozen. So very frustrating- I’ve spent real money on this- plus I can’t find a link for customer support. Takes me to a website but there’s no link for this game.

Don’t waste your time
This game was good before the summer update. They have made it to where you cannot advance anymore. I was hoping when I got the notification that they changed their name back that some gameplay would return as well but no. They had a good good thing going for a bit then went and greedy.

Started playing this game about a month ago reaching level 23 they had an update on the 14th October 24 and since I’ve not been able to play..I’ve tried contacting support and have got nowhere.. I have deleted it twice and started the game again in case there was a glitch it keeps telling me no network connection but my internet is fine as all my other games are working perfectly.. I have now downloaded this game again maybe support has fixed whatever was wrong with it. Fingers crossed

This is the best game on the platform turn to the worst game on the platform. I have never seen anything like this before they change the name of the game and I tried my best to enjoy it but it’s just not fun anymore. Developers you should be ashamed of yourselves. This new version is trash. Bring back the old version and people will spend money again. Don’t ask me how to improve your game. You had the game already but then you ruined it.

I’ve just started playing this game but I’m enjoying it so far. I look forward to working my way threw and collecting new animals. The graphics are really cute too.

Very upset .
I love this game. But after this last update to the app. I had to delete it to connect to the server. Still not working. Then when I reset my iPad it forced me to delete and readd the app. Now I have lost all my levels and items wanting me to start over from the beginning..not fair. In order to get all my stuff back I should be able to connect to Facebook to get my saved games. When I click on Facebook the app closes. I would love to keep playing, but not if I have to start over. I have put a lot of money into this app The admin needs to help..

The company doesn’t seem to take players concerns seriously. Not sure if things get lost in translation but they tend to reply to comments with jokes or emojis. They have changed the times for crop growth a few times, can’t decide how to make the animals look, and ignore glitches. Currently they have it set so that drops for already built and upgraded buildings fall instead of only drops for buildings needing upgraded. Those award pets and such so they don’t want you getting only pieces for them.Used to get drops for buildings to get head start on building them. No longer. The battle portion of the game is not worth buying into. The prosperity rank rewards are a bit of a joke after a certain point as are the battles.The battles have fake players on there that will beat you every time (and have even upgraded animals magically from one battle to the next. It’s a fun game that has a lot of potential if they fixed the bugs and stuck with the rules of how to play but save your money.
