So I have my capture card and this is worked since the start of today basically what I had to do is plug-in my capture card via USB-C first and plug in the HMDI then turn on the PS5 with the Nintendo switch two and it actually worked!! 1000/10!!

Randomly does not work.
Feed works fine on my M1 iPad Pro running 18.7.2 but does not work on my iPad Mini 6 running the latest iPadOS. It did at one point! Is it about iOS26?
Working good so far
Great app, does what I need, display my Switch screen with audio, thank you. Good to see it’s not a subscription too like all the other greedy developers, I bought it mainly to support the devs, don’t really need the pro features, though the 4K upscaling does improve the video a little which is nice… One feature request, could you please add code to hide the home indicator bar at the bottom as it’s distracting when using the app? Also, sometimes when switching between apps the audio stops being captured and I have to disconnect and reconnect the usb-c cable, can this be fixed? Fives stars if you can fix these two things….

Great with Concerns
The app is exactly what I needed. I can output my consoles and use my iPad as an external OLED monitor. My only concern is that the app seems to require camera and microphone control. I normally wouldn’t mind this, but the camera and microphone seem to be on at all times when I’m using the app. Is there a reason for this and can this be turned off. My iPad seems to drain battery very quick when using this app as well, I assume because of the camera and microphone being on at all times. I hope I can get more info about this. Thank you.
Retro feel is fun until it isn’t
Initially I liked all the retro look and cheeky stuff, but it gets annoying when they are loading. Don’t give me all these options that don’t exist and send me on a loop of slow animations. When I’m actually using this thing I don’t want to know it is there. And if I hit an option on accident I don’t want to wait for another animation to finish before I can get back to my screen. It’s only cool the first time, and exponentially decays from there.

The app does exactly what is says, and it does it well! I purchased the one time payment because it’s exactly what is says it is! I do wish they would make a version comparable with Mac as well, that would be the only improvement that could be made for this app!

I just got it. Great app. I use it to send my iPhone screen to my iPad Pro. Is there a way to get full screen? There is the huge black bar on the top and bottom of the feed that I can’t get rid of.
Doesn’t play Blu-rays
Doesn’t play Blu-ray’s on Blu-ray player even with hdmi cable and video capture card.
No sound since ipados 18.6
Edit: I deleted the app and reinstall it. Everything work find for the sound. But the advance settings still don’t work. It was working great until ipados updated to 18.6. Now I get no sound and the advance settings reset as soon as I exit the settings window.
Amazing with Switch 2
I have two different types of video capture cards: one with just HDMI to USB-C and the other HDMI to USB-C with PD. Having a capture card with PD just looks amazing on the iPad Pro. 😍

I was super excited to try this, so I bought the video capture card, and watch tons of tutorials. It works perfectly fine, smooth gameplay, zero lag. But 5 minutes later my gameplay paused and wanted me to pay more money just to keep the gameplay going.

The app works for me but the crt filters are very lacking there should be more options for higher quality bvm style filters

Works great right out of the box. No latency issues either. Tried it with a ps5 and a desktop computer with a cheap usbc hdmi capture dongle, no problems. 10 stars.

Poor picture
It works but the quality is poor and the 4k upscaling doesn’t appear to do anything. The lag is also pretty bad
Screen tearing, but it still works
This app is good, since I can finally record my gameplay. However, (i don’t know if it’s the app or my capture card) there had been some slight screen tearing, which only lasts around a second. Is there a way to fix this issue, or do I have to live with it?

So if you want to screen record with the microphone this in an awful choice because though you can hear the game, you cannot use the microphone.

… you need to give Camera and Microphone permission. Could not get it to play audio from FireTv Stick (as a workaround: connect FireTv to a Bluetooth Audio System) You will see just a black screen without Camera permission ;-\

Worth the upgrade
After using the app as a secondary monitor for my streams for a few months. i decided to upgrade to pro if for no other reason than to thank the developers for an app that works phenomenally and as described. Keep up the good work.
Doesn’t work with the recommended capture card

Nice made, needs improvements
The app does well, but I want to use it as an external monitor on the go. Thus I‘d like to choose an 3:4 aspect ratio, but the app letterboxes the 3:4 picture in a 16:9 container on a 3:4 screen. -So black bars everywhere. Otherwise very nicely made. The 4K upscale function is not optimized for text work e.g. MS Office, but playing switch games is very nice.

Why such bad lag?
My 1st test was with my laptop in Photoshop and Premiere Pro. If you’re using the iPad as just a display it’s fine, but if you try and work from that display the lag is just too much! 2nd Test was with the Nintendo Switch. Again the lag was just too much to play anything for a long period of time! I thought maybe it was just the cheap £12 3ft hdmi cable that I’d brought, but after trying a couple of other apps that do the same the lag on those was tiny! It’s a shame as the this app is nicely presented. To the developer. Why is the lag so bad? Is this something you’ll fix?

Orion rules. I was a little concerned about reviews mentioning latency, but decided to give it a try anyway since I’m only using this for a temporary display on a headless server. I used the Guermok capture card recommended on their website and actually had no latency at all. It worked great! I don't know what Orion Pro gets me but since the app was free and worked so well I wanted to support the team behind it. Great stuff!

Works almost perfectly
Hi Guys! Thanks for this amazing app, there is only one small issue which i have observed with my limited testing. While connecting the ipad 11 inch M1 model to the PlayStation 5 HDMI output there is an interlacing effect observed. I checked the playstation output just to be sure it was outputting in 1080p and not 1080i format. Hope it’s not the issue with the capture card.
Does not work if you have two end usb c port
In my laptop I do not have hdmi so to connect I need to buy a hdmi adapter and again an adapter to the iPad

Half the time it doesn’t recognise that there is an input, and I don’t know how much the AI is actually doing to upscale my Switch input

Nice concept and works for the most part but tons of input lag on games.
So useful
As an IT guy I find this to be incredibly useful, allowing me to always have a small lightweight monitor with me, but not adding to my overall gear load since I carry my iPad for multiple other purposes. The hardware add-on are inexpensive, and it’s just a reliable and useful tool.
Constant crashing
The app constantly crashes, and if you want to use it, you have to buy their products to do anything
