Nice glasses but this app sucks
Still buggy.
Every so often I come back to see if Viture have gotten their act together. I remain disappointed. Software is impossible to use on either MacOS or iOS. The Immersive 3-D is a hot mess. Not worth the inconvenience for just a screen. I hope one day to enjoy my purchase, but for now I don’t.

Can no longer load Pluto TV to stream
I can load Pluto TV using a web browser on my iPhone, but when using the app on SpaceWalker, I get an error message, in the 3000 range. There is definitely no VPN or proxy and nothing is blocking any form of communication the problem only occurs in SpaceWalker has there been a recent update that couldn’t inhibit Pluto TV from streaming in the UK?
Can’t get Netflix to work

Is this a beta release?
I downloaded the app after buying the Pro 2 and USB-C XR Charging Adapter Ultra. The head tracking crashes and greys out after a couple of minutes, the trackpad is clunky and doesn’t seem to have a simple pinch-zoom feature in the browser, a couple of times it failed to see my glasses or adapter and was stuck at the connect your device screen until I restarted my iPad. Please update.

Xreal is better
Super disappointing. The whole experience sucks. Cant get a good screen size. Anchor mode is super shaky, moves and changes size on its own. To make any of the features work you have to log into all your streaming services on the app. Which is almost impossible. Not a good experience at all..
Finicky
When it works it is a great addition to the glasses. It will disconnect when initially plugged in and then it works fine mostly. Lately I have been unable to control the volume which has been frustrating as I am constantly sent to the website to upgrade everytime I click the volume button.
Great for smart glasses
Downloaded it because I bought the new RayNeo Air 4 Pro and it works perfectly. I didn't even know my phone could do such a thing.
Poorly vibecoded software
The 3d function opens two images , and they don't allow youmto setup. Garbage.

横屏适配太拉了，和你家产品太不匹配了，太 拉跨了，13 寸的 ipad 字体小，大黑边，完全也没有适配最新的系统，液态玻璃效果也没有，最起码和市面上好用的串流软件一个水平吧，这界面打开感觉就像第三方盗版一样，完全配不上自己家产品的形象，期待官方优化适配下！！！！感谢
It’s a work in progress
Title says it all. Half the time I can’t get the sound to work, or it doesn’t save my settings for each mode I switch to, or it randomly disconnects. I do like the app and hope it gets better in time but it does get extremely frustrating at the moment. Using it with the cities beast which only just came out this year so maybe it’s a growing pain.
Sounds cool, but it’s not working right.

Horrible App Amazing XR Glasses
If ur an iPhone user this app is useless. Can’t watch any of my current Apple movie library in this app. When trying to watch movies without the SpaceWalker app through TV the screen just mirroring basically the glasses go black every few minutes. I invested a lot of money into the Beast XR glasses plus all of the accessories. Its time the Devs recognized the constant problems regarding iOS. I don’t hear these complaints from android users. Please update the app so it is as perfect as the android users walker app. Over the last yr there have been constant issues for iPhone or iPad users. It’s time the Dev team work these out. Or these are just expensive annoying bricks that look like AR glasses. Also if ur a Mac or iPhone user don’t buy the neckband another item that was really only intended for Android users. I’m not switching to Android I have poured too much money into IOS and I’m stuck in this ecosystem. The advertising for this feels so false when it comes to IOS users. It’s extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend any of ur line up of glasses to any IOS user told all my friends hold off until they fix the app. I will continue to do so until u guys take IOS users seriously. Also will be posting all over social media. Everyone needs to do the same seems the only way to get these Devs to listen is to have the cash stop rolling in.
Immersive 3D!
I primarily use this app for the Immersive 3D feature. I enjoy it most with YouTube, but have started using it more with the built in Media Player and Photos to play content I load into my device's files. Developer Suggestions: Can the Play/Forward/Backward Media Buttons be LARGER? They are so small on an iPad screen. Actually almost all the buttons on the host device's screen are way too small. They need to be much bigger, because your users are wearing the glasses which may be dimmed or even wearing the clip on blinder, so it is hard to see the tiny space we're supposed to tap. It'd be great if the Media Player could remember the playback position. It'd be great to have an in-app photo gallery where we could copy our Photo library photos for quick viewing which making an album in our libraries for this purpose.
Glass Control using Apps
The glass is cool but please make it possible for the App to be used to control the glass settings when connected using the USB, the controls using the glass frame side buttons are too complicated.
色々足りないようです
LUMA urtla XR を購入し、その画質の綺麗さに非常に驚きました。ただ当然あると思っていた３ｄｏｆに対応しておらず、充電アダプターが必要とのこと。しかしながらファームウエアアップデートもしたのに３ｄｏｆにはならない。よーく調べるとurtlaXRはまだ対応していないらしく。また本アプリでNetflixにログインしようとすると不明なエラーが起きて接続出来ない。色々宿題が残っているようでこれからのアップデートに期待します。

It actually is a very good app
Awful
Unusable everywhere, ambient mode does not exist despite clearly stating it does exist on the Luma pro Edit: after an hour of searching I’ve found it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all and buffers permanently. My review will stay at 1 star. The hardware for the device is so impressive, I’d have thought that the app would be somewhat up to the same level. It’s not. I’m going to return my product and never touch this app nor anything made by this company again. Massive let down
Completely useless on iPad
Updating review as the latest update brought landscape mode which greatly improves the usefulness of this app. I would still caution against purchasing the USB-C adapter if you’re hoping to use it as a productivity boost, that promise is still only a marketing dream.
Superfluous, gimmicky, poorly designed
Spacewalker app currently does not support copy/ paste which is a major oversight. I have long passwords and typing them into the app is impossible because closing the app to consult my password manager via multitasking undoes my progress typing the password in the app. The feedback page in the spacewalker app on ios also doesn’t allow me to submit feedback, because the keyboard covers the “submit feedback” button, and there’s no way to close the keyboard without leaving the page. The text is not saved. So the feedback tab is essentially worthless.
Good, but changes to 3D
Overall, this is a pretty cool app! However, I’ve run into an issue where it automatically changes to 3-D mode. When I hold the mode button to change it back, it works for a second and then reverts to 3-D again. I’ve updated the firmware on the glasses, calibrated them, and it worked fine for a while, but then did the weird thing where it would change the 3-D. I’ve unplugged the glasses, plugged them back in, restarted the app, changed settings, deleted the app, unplugged different things in With the special USB – C connector and I’m still having issues. If anybody knows a fix, let me know!

Amazing app interface and use of upscaling! makes movies and shows absolutely pop. the experimental features are also a nice touch, but still need work
The App Privacy Report is a Lie
The App Store claims that this app does not collect any data, but the privacy statement shows that this thing is a telemetry-hungry beast. They not only track all interactions with the app, they even go as far as tracking browsing history, and more. And all of that data is theirs to disclose to whomever in the event of acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, etc. Viture makes good hardware, but stay away from their software. Apple should really force them to update their App Privacy Report.

Bitte bringt die App endlich auf deutsch raus. Ich würde gerne deutsche News sehen können und Apps anpassen wollen, wie bei anderen Herstellern. Für den Preis sollte die Funktion schon lange integriert sein.
Not working with USB-C XR charging adapter for iPhone
I am not getting any of the added features for using the USB-C XR charging adapter for iPhones. Can’t pin anything, use 3DOF or head tracking. I am using my Viture Luma Ultra glasses on IPhone 16 pro.
Nothing like the space walker app on Mac
I really do like the glasses however the app needs a tremendous amount of love. It has great possibilities but just not there. The immersive 3d should have an option for its own App like on Mac, but I struggle with the 3d on this with the iPhone, any time i try to do 3D my screen always goes black and stays black, sometimes I need to turn on 3d and other times I don’t, if you can make the immersive app part better that could potentially help solve some of the issues. I would like to change the home page to something other than just news. I need more consistency through out the app. Now if I am doing something wrong and can supply. Full complete walkthrough to correct my viewing experience I would rate this a bit higher. I do hope a good healthy app update is coming.

Some problems
Got the XR iPhone adapter to be able to use the special features mentioned for this app. Everything is up-to-date and compatible yet for some strange reason I’m still not able to use its functions. The 2-D to 3-D videos do work, but the AR and VR functions do not. The app provides sample videos to try and use and currently I still can’t get them to work. Even though I have the adapter, it’s still trying to tell me to buy one to unlock. It’s potential as if I bought the base model charger adapter instead of the XR. Still unsure if it’s a defective hardware or buggy software.
Need in 3d for any iPhone
I’m stressed out that everytime I’m trying to press 3d mode it’s not working. It’s a iPhone 13 and it’s don’t work.
Awesome Utility
It is somewhat intimidating at first because there is so much that it does. It only takes a few minutes to get a good understanding what this ap can do. It is very intuitive to use. I am having some issues signing into some streaming services but I have no doubt it is either something I am doing wrong or issues with the content providers. There are some minor annoyances when viewing 2d content in 3d. Content that is of high video quality has fewer visual aberrations. Overall it is a very welcome addition to the Viture glasses.

Who developed this? So many bugs in just about every feature. Too many to list.

2D转3D收费也就算了，以为是一次性收费，结果今天又弹出一个空间视频收费，还那么贵，我真的呆住了。本身眼镜就那么贵了，app还要按功能一项一项收费？
XR软件功能最强，但是所有功能都需要解锁
Xreal，雷鸟和Viture都有在用。Viture 的优势很明显，不仅可以看空间视频，还可以看空间照片和左右3d照片。照片2D转3D效果也更自然，针对iphone照片功能的优化也最好，可以看到分类照片，便于快速查找。对比Xreal,只能看空间视频。雷鸟可以看空间视频，照片2D转3D，但是效果太假。 不过Viture app劣势也很明显——即所有功能都需要花钱解锁。所有是指iphone本身默认能拍摄的空间照片和视频也需要解锁才能看。个人感觉这点有些过分了。设备都买了，还要另外消费才能看已有的功能。 就我接触到的XR软件中这款做的确实不错。如果是有新功能需要消费，而且本来也是一次性消费，我还是有兴趣去解锁的。不过基础功能都要收费，真是觉得吃相难看了些

iPhone側のアプリでは縦での使用が主なので、現状で問題ないのですが、 iPad側のアプリでは横側での使用も頻繁にするので、iPad側で縦でも横でも操作がしやすいようにして欲しい。 欲を言うならば、Split ViewやSlide Overが使えると、なおのこと作業性が上がると思います。
3d movies GONE
I used the apkaptplay 3d movies and with the last update it is just gone!!!!!spacewalker app does not really convert anything to 3d now - i dont know what happened - this stinks . You cant 3d netflix or hulu or tv - whats the point - i am going to return. These glasses
Spatial videoには良いが、今一歩
iPhoneのspatial videoを視聴するには唯一無二のアプリだと思います。しかし、他の機能はまだまだ改善が必要です。 例えば、Prime Videoは.comにつながるので日本のアカウント認識しません。ブックマークをして日本のアカウントにログインしても、ブラウザのアップデートが必要とのことで視聴できません。 Netflixにしても、クリックしても、まともに反応せず、3Dofとはいっても、スペースウォーカーの中での話なので、意味がありません。しかも反応がすごく悪いので、使う気になりません。 Xrealから買い替えましたが、このソフトは大幅な改善が必要だと思います。

Unusable. Despite looking like it should work, 17e is not supported. A black screen is all the action you’ll get.

タイトルの通りAmazon prime Video のプレイヤーが対応しなくなっています。2024年10月ぐらいまでは再生できていたのですが、2024年11月ごろから再生できなくなっています。
keeps putting a different image in each eye
no matter how many times I plug and unplug it or press the 3d button the screen will show up correctly and then disconnect and put a different part of the screen in each eye. it’s like purposely messing it’s self up every time I try and get it working.
播放2D转3D视频卡死
使用AI功能播放大容量电影时不能快进，一块进就会卡死。如果是容量比较小的视频没事。比如5个G的电影，就不能快进。这样这个新功能就太鸡肋了。希望可以尽快改进。
