I just received my initial assessment from Brain Fit Life, and I think the app is a great idea. No dark mode available (not ideal for sleep)
Hey, I just got this app and I’m actually very excited to use it and it seems like just based off my brain type that there’s a lot in here that can help me, but I wanted to point out that there’s no dark mode which is surprising to me considering how tuned in Dr Amen is with ADHD and light sensitivity and blue light blocking so I wanted to submit feedback in the app, but I didn’t see anywhere to do that so I just figured I would do a review. If you guys add that feature I will likely update this to five stars. Thanks
Buggy App
There’s not enough happy saffron in the world to keep me from getting frustrated with how many times this app crashes. Tonight the heavenly relaxation hypnosis just spun and spun and would not play. Now my sleep score is gonna suffer! Please put some effort into de bugging this app!

This app has users, answer, quiz questions about themselves, and then gives results as to what type of brain you have and ways in which you can improve your life through diet, exercise, supplementation. My results were very accurate and I felt the suggestions for improvement. We’re very helpful.
Lied and stole my money.
When getting the subscription the app claimed I had a free seven day trial. They still ended up charging me and apple denied my refund request. Will be telling all my friends about this scam. So much for fix your brain fix your life because you are ruining mine.

The quiz results were on point. I’m going to take the advice they offered in regard to eating better, supplements and exercising.
Tutorials are non-existent
There is no help whatsoever on how to play the brain games. Therefore, you don’t even know if you’re doing what you’re supposed to do.

We spend a lot of time on our phones, but it is mostly wasted. I believe this app will provide targeted wellness based on your unique brain type.

Spam calls
I signed up for this app and within a day my phone number started getting spam calls and texts. The timing feels more than coincidental. I rarely get spam, and it suddenly started right after registering. It makes me question how well user information is protected or whether data is being shared. Pretty disappointing experience

Unannounced subscription after you download app
Apparently there’s nothing to participate in until you subscribe. You can find out about the app at all until you subscribe and pay. I did see that there are nap purchases. But I never saw anything that said this is strictly a paid subscription exclusively, meaning there’s not any part of the app you can access or learn about what it even is without answering a bunch of questions/survey. It looked like you could access some app function by just downloading the app. But that’s a no-go. They require you to do a survey. Another tricky sales tactic to get you hooked. There is no option to delete account information on the app. You have to contact support. They repeatedly ask for your phone number when you contact support on the website and in the app. Assuming that’s so they can talk to you and talk you into their paid programs/apps/courses. And going to one of their clinics. I saw that on their website too. I prefer to communicate with them via email so I’m not a target to be talked into something. I’ve contacted them via email and on the Contact forms in the app and website and included my email in hopes they will delete my account information off the app. I really don’t like tricky marketing of vulnerable people. They should say upfront there’s nothing to access on the app unless you subscribe. And they should allow you to get more information about the app before requiring you to do surveys and give your contact information, and there should be a way to delete your account off the app without having to contact them.

I learned a lot about supplements that can help improve my brain in a healthy way. It looks like a lot of research was conducted in order to create the quiz. I understand more about the brain!

I signed up for free trial but it keeps taking me back to purchase app page, now allowing me to explore anything on app in free trial!

I can’t even check out the tools without handing over payment details for the 7 day trial. This feels like a sneaky tactic aimed at hoping people forget they signed up then charging them for a full year. No thanks.
