Yall complaining about the app when u can just sign into browser it works way better or call them n do it over phone simple . Apps can b buggy but as of recently last 6 months ive had 0 issues making monthly auto pay on the app n 30$ a month no contract for 300/300
Link Account
Using the app is a waste of my energy and time. Putting in the correct information to “link account” does nothing but ask me to do it all over again! I have called support services and thought it was fixed. But, nope it’s not.
what happened
the app was working fine, but now when I log in I get a message saying the site is down. It has been this way for weeks.
Helpful but Incomplete
I was able to post my bill and link accounts fairly easily. I can see my service appointment and status immediately. However, I downloaded it for the toolbox feature which should let me release my IP address according to their troubleshooting guide (which is even on the app) but it’s not there. Also, chat doesn’t work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I loved this service when it was frontier! I absolutely loathe Ziply my internet is incredibly slow not only that I’m paying for fiber optic internet and not getting fibber optic internet I pay $186 for something that I’m not receiving when it was frontier I was paying $90 for high speed gaming internet as soon as I can find something better I will be canceling my plan
Stupid people
Can’t believe people think they should 1 star an app just cause they’re having service issues. It’s a totally fine app.
Atrocious App
One would think an internet provider would make a decent app. It’s difficult to use- and that’s when it works. It takes forever to load and today it’s been loading for over five minutes. I simply want to pay my bill and can’t even do that.
The app is so slow
It takes forever to open. Super huge lag time. What’s the deal with that?
App Stinks
Updating my review to highlight how terrible the app is, thankfully my service has been fixed. For months, it had been impossible to start a chat as tapping the bubble leads to a blank page. Want to check if there’s an outage? The “check” button the app tells you tap isn’t even a button, it’s just text on the page. There’s apparently self help options users can do such as rebooting their network from the app but that option is also not visible anywhere. Ziply has known about this issue since I’ve spoken DIRECTLY with their social care team and have clearly done nothing to fix these issues.

Please click to refresh->clicks refresh. ->… This is what I get the last five months I’ve tried to use the app. Absolutely useless. Ignore this “app”.
App doesn’t load most of the content
Most of the content just constantly shows that it’s trying to refresh and doesn’t load.
Don’t do it.
In all honesty this is the worse internet company I have ever had.
Never fix broken
I agree with this person and same for last three months! keep saying refresh and deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work… And numerous problems on the website for over three years! Seems like you guys ought to quit outsourcing or hire more experienced tech help! I won’t even go into the website problems it’s all just too much… I too am awaiting some other company with a low price to which I can jump over to and get away from this mess!
Stinks
One star only because that’s as low as possible and still leave a review. This app flat out just doesn’t work. Use the website. Of course, parts of the website don’t work either. But at least it will tell us the total that will be sucked out of our checking account. Hey, revenue is important to Ziply!
