Janitor cards
I started playing RCTT on Netflix and had to switch to the App Store version. It’s too hard to get janitor cards to be able to profit from buying land upgrades. In the App Store version, there seem to be more janitor cards, plus there are “small janitors” that don’t seem to exist in the Netflix version. Do better, Netflix!
Recent issue
I’ve experienced a recent issue with the items that I have in storage :( it says that I have reached my limit, but it not the case. Otherwise it’s such a fun game!!

Love the app but can’t log in past the loading screen, of course during a weekend where promotions are double😭

Moves too slowly
This plays like a “Pay to win,” except you CAN’T PAY to win! This game would be fun if it didn’t take 30 years to earn money and tickets,and EVERYTHING you actually need costs tickets, which take AGES to get. You typically only get 3 or 4, every 4 hours. Do the math on how long you have to wait and save to get a card pack that costs 200 tickets. Unless you whip this game out every few hours, even at work, it takes weeks to get enough tickets to buy a decent card pack! Then the pack might have 200+ cards, but 2/3 of them are just the same 3 cards that you already have and don’t need. Just today, I got a free pack with 21 cards. It was 7 copies of the same 3 cards that I don’t need. I got another one with 16 cards. 8 copies of two cards. I already have 50+ unused copies of those cards, because to use those to upgrade any further, it would cost 5 million coins, which also take forever to earn! Tickets and coins need to come much faster, and card packs need to have MUCH more variety in them! This game would be so much more fun if you could actually build or do ANYTHING consistently, instead of just waiting around. I loved this to start, but now I’m genuinely getting bored. As a casual gamer with a full time job and kids, I only get about an hour of time to myself in the evening to play anything. This moves way too slowly to actually accomplish anything.

Terrible support
I have to keep recording and taking pictures because the casino feature and the collector do not actually give you money. It completely scams you. now I have sent them two more pictures of money being scammed from me by the casino and they are refusing to you give me the millions of dollars that the game has scammed me out of.
Love the game , keeps making me go back levels
This game was one of my younger days game. Although this is a lot easier , I am a lot older so that’s good. Sadly I got to level 68 the last two roller coasters I needed and re did my whole park to accommodate them which took 2 1/2 hours and two days later it reverted back to my old park . I had upgraded a lot of my food carts alas everything had reverted back .

Good game but can be a bit slow and a few bugs
I really like this game (or at least so far) and it gives a fun, theme park game. The only problem is that I sometimes get sent to my homepage when I edit my rollercoaster design. You also have to wait hours before doing anything fun. Overall this is a great, fun game, but at times can be a bit slow👍🐌🐢👍
Unable to progress
This game is pointless, it doesn’t give you enough services to expand. I’m spending all my token on service packs and can’t get ride maintenance cards. Will delete
Kicks me off in editors mode.
I downloaded this through Netflix games and honestly was really enjoying it, up until I unlocked editors mode so I could put everything in storage and redecorate, but now I can’t because every-time I got into editors mode and try place something I have already brought, it kicks me off the game and says to refresh because of an unexpected error. Please fix this. Would have been a 5 star as it’s a good game and a love the Netflix inspired rides and stalls, + the other themed items.

Crashing frequently
When it works is a good game. Lame that special seasons keep giving the same thing a year later as “new” when I’ve already got it. Feb 3/26 still crashing often, lost more tickets. … please fix. 3 more crashes today .Cannot do the weekly coaster challenge. It’s crashed 4 times today and yesterday while editing the coaster. Crashing very often mid game and losing credits for missions

Need help
I am trying to like this game. The Janitor and restroom cards are never given. Money and tickets are to slow to get anything accomplished. How can I have a park with 20 rides, 29 shops, many food stations but have the inability to more than 1 restroom even though it is labeled as a common card. I’m level 15 and have not received 1 restroom card yet, but this a “common” card. 3 to 4 tickets a day will take a month to accomplish a new ride or get more land. Please get this fixed.

The game rarely gives you its rewards, don’t even get me started with the casino. Too many flaws to enjoy. Good job making a slop version of the original.

Big Park = Too Slow
The bigger your park the longer it takes to load. My park is about 90% maxed out with a few pieces of land to still buy. It takes 5-10 minutes just to load. It isn’t my internet, or my phone because the smaller water park and scenario park load within 15 seconds. This is extremely fruiting because half the time I get to play is on a break at work or away from the kids for a minute. It’s takes that entire time just to load.
UPDATED: 130+ Levels Later …
POSTSCRIPT 5/2026: While seeking gameplay information I tripped across several posts stating/speculating that this game would stop receiving updates as of 10/25. If true, this is very disappointing, but it would explain the lack of new items and attractions. Will try to obtain confirmation before shelving this entirely. Slytherin loses one star for lack of support. But what do you want for almost-free? POSTSCRIPT 2/2026: I’ve reached level 100 and am disappointed that, aside from coaster challenges and seasonal items, there’s nothing new in the way of attractions, just stamps and aquacoins. I’m also bummed that, despite that, I have to keep playing the main game to generate substantial tickets and cash for my water park and scenario, otherwise building those takes forever. And scenario research is TEDIOUS. When research was conducted in old-school RCT, I had plenty of tasks to do in the meantime. Now, no (and without so much as a single janitor or mechanic available to begin my scenario; really?!). As I said before, I love RCT, and this version has LOTS to recommend it to old-schoolers like me, but I was hoping for more of a challenge at the upper levels that didn’t require me to bounce between parks. At least I didn’t have to buy anything with real money. Thanks, Netflix! ******** As an RCT player from the first PC edition, let me say that I’m enjoying the game immensely. However, I miss some of the classic RCT features like being able to relocate workers (love that claw), having many more pre-made coasters (because I could never build my own),and being able to secure loans. (I’m at level 20 and haven’t come close to $2MM, much less $2.4MM for a bubble tea stand or $3MM for a much more useful item, a log flume.) I also find the cards system a little confusing, but I’m getting used to that. And the side quests outside the park are a nice distraction. Aside from the stuff I mentioned (and some of the outrageous prices), I think this iteration truly captures the spirit of Chris Sawyer’s originals. If you liked those, try this.

Takes 30 minutes to load each time - unusable!
This has been issue from the get go, but has been gradually getting worse and worse to the point where every single I open the game I have to wait for it to load 20-30 minutes, sometimes more. It’s made the game entirely unenjoyable and a complete slog, and now I can’t even be bothered to play anymore. DEVS nobody is going to wait 30 minutes for a game to load!
Love this game
Never will get tired of this game I love it so much. If I were to have a comment about something it would probably be about the mini games; especially while playing the card flip, when moving onto the next level, the time should pause and then resume once all the cards are flipped. At least players can utilize their time right and get as many cards correct as they can.

I wish there was more to do… once you buy things and spend your coins… there isn’t much left to do.

I’ve reached level 26. The “peeps” were asking for a Mexican restaurant, so I purchased one. They are still walking around saying they “need a Mexican restaurant” and that there are none in the park. It’s been in the park for a few days now. I’ve tried moving it, I’ve tried selling it and buying it again, I’ve stored it and then placed it again, I attempted to contact support and gotten nowhere. It’s really just annoying at this point. It honestly makes me just want to delete the game.

There’s a huge bug in the game and I lost about 1,500 rare red tickets. Sloppy development. NO customer support. The Netflix help centre sent me to the privacy email address who can’t help. So upset I’ve wasted my time with this game.

Doesnt always work
Fun game when it works. Dont do the challenges though you’ll waste significant resources for no return. The promised rewards NEVER work and the game suffers VERY long load times (im running iphone 16 pro).
No real updates anymore
It’s cool but there’s nothing really new. Arcade games are impossible to reach max score. And there is a new park that’s coming soon but I won’t hold my breath
