overall great app! just wish there was garmin integration (and possibly any other wearable apps), beyond just the fitbit one. otherwise flawless and excited for the future of the app

Buggy and exercise selection isn't great. The UI and scheduling feature is good. Best way to describe this app is jack of all trades but a master of none.

Glitching, regressing my progress
I’ve had it happen more than once where I’ll log a workout, go back to look at the overview and it straight up just didn’t log any of my sets or reps. Now I can’t refer to my previous workout to track progress. Extremely frustrating. Do not recommend this app at all. Counterproductive to progress I’ve invested. Fix it guys.
Perfect except…
One of my overall favorites, but I consistently find that they track food items incorrectly. Why do Rice Krispies have a weird nutrition label? Could’ve easily been the goat app if they had a better food database (I loved macrofactors). A UI makeover would be nice for some parts (dark blue and minty green?)
Good but buggy
Great app, very simple to use except there are many bugs that just don’t get fixed. Every so often my lifts just don’t get recorded and my lifts are recorded like to the sets I did two weeks ago. Quite often a lot of the buttons don’t work either and need me to close the app and load it up again. I also think the session expiring is quite annoying needing to do it every day
Amazing
It is genuinely so easy to say how good this app is. It has so many features and options to choose from. If i had to nitpick i would say the food options arent great but everything else besides that is incredible
Unusable
I’ve tried giving the app a second chance many times and have come to the conclusion that it’s unusable. Once every other week it randomly deletes exercises from my workout plans and all of my tracked progress is gone when I re add them. The app is also very laggy and signs me out for no reason constantly.

really like the app, especially with the wide selection of exercises. my only issue with the app is how it is difficult to search for a food.

The best app for fitness
Genuinely idk what I’d do without this I can’t workout without it. You can track everyone fitness related, I would recommend it to anyone that goes to the gym even a little bit
Minimum requirement
What do you think the minimum requirement is for a fitness app? For me it’s to track my progress with my fitness but I can’t even do that with this app why, cause I won’t pay 84 pounds a year to just put a number in for my progress, absolute scam, it’s the bare minimum and it can’t even get that right.
Amazing but. . .
It’s definitely vibe-coded, you can tell by the obsession with pills but it still smokes every tracker out there. Every feature someone who cares about SBL will ever need is there and they keep adding more to hit every corner, but that is also a bit of a problem in terms of app bloat. Still gas, love you Keenan

I can’t sign in the app because of “network error”… I have tried making new accounts and deleting and reinstalling…nothing…
“End workout”
for some reason when i press end workout then try and go like to the home it doesn’t end the workout and it also randomly doesn’t save the workout

This app is significantly better than Cronometre, I love all the features and i do come across bugs from time to time very rarely but when I reach out and leave a ticket in the discord Jackson reaches out normally within just a few minutes and resolves the issue very quickly, you can really tell how much work and effort they put into making the app as best as possible. Overall it’s a great app and it feels like there always making it better with new features
I’m glad I didn’t upgrade to the paid version
Tracked stopped syncing, and popped up with a message to log out. Now I can’t log in. It takes my email address, never prompts for a password and gives me a screen where I can open my email. Support never responded
Great app, few things missing
Fantastic app. Simple and faster than other split-building apps I’ve used in the past. Great scientific markers in the metadata and deep analysis and breakdown that I appreciate in science-based lifting. There is so much potential with this app as it gets further developed. I messaged Keenan on TikTok about this and didn’t get a response, but the client page is essentially useless. You can’t share workouts or programs even as a premium user. Other than that, strong service.

Impossibile to create a program
Every time I try to create a program, the app automatically enters and exits on the subscription screen (which I paid for but apparently you can’t use it) this not only does not create the program but also deletes the created exercises. Time and money lost!
Best app OAT
The free features are INSANE. It already explains NEAT and some other energy expenditures that some people don’t even think about. The excercises are well thought out and the nutrition and calorie set is perfect! Try it out and maybe even go to the pro version
