From hopeless to happy
Unbeknownst to me the beautiful home we were renting had a history of water damage and current leaky roof. Mold in a forest is part of nature but in a home it’s a very different situation. I was diagnosed with CFS, MCAS, POTS and fibromyalgia. My whole life changed over several years until a Dr tested me for mycotoxins. We did an ERMI in the house and found many species of mold that matched the mycotoxins present in my body. We moved but not in time to prevent me from developing CIRS. Supplements and mold illness protocol helped significantly but after a year from moving to a new home I still was weak and often depressed. Within weeks of the program I had hope of healing and a plan of action. I felt much lighter. Most weeks there are small progress - thinking more clearly, less anxiety about health, improvement of symptoms. There’s so much support in the program it gave me a way to rebuild my life. A few months later I noticed a significant increase in mood, more lessening of symptoms and better energy. I’m enjoying life more and looking forward to continuing on my healing journey with the Gupta program.

Cannot access program on new iphone app. Keep getting an error message with a swirling circle with each update.
Brain Retraining is not "Positive Thinking"—it is Neurobiology
I am writing this review because this program saved my life, and I want more people—including the medical community—to understand why it actually works. First and foremost: "You can't think your way out of a disregulated nervous system." Often, the Gupta Program is wrongly dismissed as mere "positive thinking." This is a fundamental misunderstanding. This isn’t about psychology; it’s about neurobiology. Following an infection (Post-Covid/ME/CFS), my body was trapped in a physical survival mode. Organically, my organs were "fine," but my nervous system was stuck in a chronic stress response, leading to severe fatigue, extreme light and sound sensitivity, and total collapse after any exertion. Why I recommend the program: The Neurobiological Explanation: Ashok Gupta explains that the brain is stuck in a physical feedback loop—constantly firing alarm signals for a danger that is no longer there. This logic provided the first real stop to my downward spiral. Rewiring instead of Avoiding: I used to think healing meant avoiding all triggers. But true recovery means teaching the nervous system that these stimuli are safe again. This is functional neuroplasticity in action. Addressing the Root Cause: Medications can mask symptoms, but they don't reset the "operating system" of the brain. Through retraining, I regained control over my biology instead of waiting for a pharmaceutical miracle. My Result: At my lowest point, I had to crawl through my house and live in total isolation. Today, I can walk again, listen to music, and enjoy family dinners without noise-canceling headphones. The upward spiral only began when I consistently applied the neurobiological retraining techniques. Bottom Line: Dismissing ME/CFS recovery through brain retraining ignores the science of how our nervous system functions. It is a rigorous process, but it is a biological path back to health. It is far more than a mental exercise—it is a physical reset.
Decent content, problematic app
The Gupta contact has a nice progression of information and meditation videos. However, the UX is challenging. It doesn’t look like someone who understands chronic illness built this application. Information is convoluted, hard to find, and it looks like they took an outdated web interface and just slapped it on an iOS app. Id love a way to access the content without having to use their disjointed application. I’ve been talking to their customer service and it’s equally frustrating.

Deutsche Version leider gar nicht ausgereift, es sind einfach viel zu viele Englisch Anteile enthalten für Menschen die kein Englisch können. Trotzdem sind jedoch die Übungen und Meditationen klar mit sehr angenehmer Stimme übersetzt und sehr gut durchführbar und entspannend. Allerdings gibt es kein deutsches Chat und nur ein ansprechbarer deutscher Coach, die wohl ausgebucht ist. Somit lassen sich nur Teile der App nutzen, was für den Preis eigentlich nicht akzeptabel ist. Ansonsten finde ich die Bilder und die (männliche) Stimme wirklich toll und die Erklärungen zur Entstehung und Wege zur Heilung super interessant und verständlich beschrieben. Wäre die deutsche App Version also vollständig ins Deutsche übersetzt, incl. deutschsprachigem Chat, weil so kann ich mich natürlich mit niemandem unterhalten, gäbe es von mir sicher volle Punktzahl.
POTS/Dysautonomia Recovery
I am a functional practitioner with a history of overcoming serious illness. When my health took a turn for the worse again and I became bed bound, house bound and highly reactive to everything I tried I began to lose hope. Being a practitioner, I already knew what was out there and had tried everything but I was so reactive to even the most minor intervention I began to lose hope. The Gupta program was my last ditch effort because it involved not having to take anything or exert myself physically. Finally I have some relief. I'm not out of the woods yet but no longer suffering mentally is more valuable than anything. I'm out of my bed now and my condition isn't scary anymore and I have hope again. I feel indescribably grateful to Ashok and the comfort this program offers.

The price for this is insane but to even see the price you have to create an account and now they’ve got you on their mail list. The reviews feel fake or paid for, although this program was recommended to me by my doctor it was with the grain of salt just that she’d heard good things not from personal experience. I think the baiting with deceptive pricing is enough for me to run elsewhere
Life-changing
By far one of the best and most important decisions of my life was to start Gupta Program Brain Retraining. I am 6 months in and seeing so many shifts. It is not a quick fix— you need to be patient, dedicated, and devoted. But with repetition, you truly feel your brain shifting (the power of neuroplasticity!). There is SO much you get for such a reasonable price- the powerful tools and techniques, and access to a community of retrainers and coaches who understand! Truly, I could not be more grateful for this program. It is one of the most valuable investments you will make for yourself in a very holistic way: it’s not just for regaining your health, but also for your sense of joy, happiness, and engaging in life authentically. Best MECFS/nervous system dysregulation program
The Gupta program is the best program out there. The textbook and the app are first class. Their platform is incredible. This is the only program that have clinical trials proving that it is effective. My recovery is coming along nicely. The exercises, techniques, and meditation, helps with all aspects of life.
paid for old app, they changed to a new one but won’t give me access
Their support doesn’t respond (mighty networks and Gupta) — I paid the $350 but don’t have access to my account, and can’t get in contact with support

Approach this prograom with an open mind and apply all of the tools that Ashok teaches you. You will begin to notice the healing transformation happen right before your eyes. If you truly want healing make the commitment to yourself to stay disciplined and stick with it. Let go of all judgment and expectations and just trust the process. Be a good steward of the most important gift you have by practicing self-care and love yourself just as you are.
Can’t get past login
I downloaded the app because of research published in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine Journal that showed good results for people with long Covid. I created my account and copied my password before submitting it. When I tried to log in, I pasted in the password I had *just* created, and I got an error message. Ridiculous, but ok—I used the “forgot password?” link, entered my email, and the app was supposed to send a magic link to allow me to log in. The email never came. It wasn’t in the spam folder, either. I tried again a few days later. Still nope. I tried my backup email address. The magic link never came to that address, either.

After 10 months on this program to treat mast-cell activation syndrome, I reached 60-70% recovery. I’ve suffered symptoms all my life, and this program is the best treatment I’ve encountered in a lifetime of seeking relief.

Highly recommended
The Gupta program can be done all on a laptop but this App is very useful! You can just do free mediations if you don’t purchase the entire program, and do not need to have a chronic illness to use the meditations. The GUPTACISE meditations are awesome and the Gupta coaches that lead them are so kind and gentle. The meditations are recorded so you can listen at any time or can do them live. The App works very well.
If you are thinking about should you….do it!
I wasn’t sure about doing the Gupta program initially but figured with the money back guarantee why not just give it a try. I am now in my second year - not only is the material and training wonderful, but you get so much more. The webinars, daily “guptacise”, the forum- it comes across very strongly that Ashok Gupta and all of the people who work for this program are truly invested in your success and well being. It’s been effective for me as a support in healing and I highly encourage anyone to give it a try.

Gratefully, I found the Gupta Program, and by being consistent in neural brain retraining techniques, I can say that I am finally well again. After 22 years of having very challenged heath, which actually disabled me, I am able to live life again as a healthy person. I went from doctor to doctor, and fully followed their protocol, but couldn’t get well. Three and a half months, I was able to eat anything I wanted. I had been on strict elimination diets for many years. I meditated for 20 minutes twice a day, and most of all, did the Seven Step Technique daily and throughout the day I would say “Stop!” to stop negative thinking, take a deep breath in, and refocus. I was committed to the Gupta Program and also attended Ashok Gupta’s Webinar Series and implemented all that he suggested. When other people who were retraining would ask me how I began to recover so quickly, I’d say, “Just do it!” I said this in reference to taking all of the suggestions that Ashok Gupta provided and implementing them. No excuses—just do it! I no longer live in fear of never getting well again because I am well. I like the fact that Ashok Gupta is not dogmatic to his approach to his Program. Recently, he started Zoom meetings for meditation and retraining. This has helped keep me from making excuses to myself not to do it. After spending a huge amount of money on my treatment for 22 years, I now had a program that was inexpensive and it offered everything I needed to be well again. There is also a Gupta Forum which is monitored to ascertain that the comments that are posted are up-lifting. Sometimes questions are asked by retrainers, and a moderator may provide information regarding where they can access information posted by retrainers who dealt successfully with their particular issue. The Buddy Program is especially helpful (you can have another retrainer with whom you make contact weekly or more to stay on track with your recovery). I found that having a coach was especially helpful. As you can see, the Gupta Program is comprehensive, and it is presented in such a loving and supportive way.
