Very good app
Very good app, no adds and helps me keep track of progress very well. Highly recommend
App is not free as people say
Sad because i finally thought that a gym app would be free. But no its not.
Great simple to use app
I like the app and think it is easy to use and keep up with progress, the only thing I wish I could see is workout plans that others have created, to have examples of workout plans that others use.
review
annoying that it tries getting you to buy the subscription all the time but it’s a good way for me to track all my workouts
Amazing App!!
I love tracking my workouts and progress in this app. It’s super user friendly and helpful. If you aren’t familiar with an exercise, there is a clip of the movement as well as directions, which helps a lot

Zegt dat je niet hoeft te betalen voor … vanalles. Letterlijk het eerste wat je moet doen om te starten is betalen.
Bit complicated
New to the gym so logging my weight training through the app. Works fine but probably a lot more than I need. Probably 5* for a more dedicated weight trainer.
Good app with scope of improvements.
Needs improvement in some areas but overall useful app. The app size is relatively big, hopefully it can be reduced to make it lightweight.
10/10 product
Amazing app, I would love to see more calisthenic exercises incorporated into the exercise library.
It was best but now it’s don’t
It was free app but now the developer becomes same like other apps. Still shows his promise that it will be free. But now things got changed. So people can find another options.
Good, simple training app
Very good, clean training app. Simple interface. The chime at the start of the rounds is great. The only hitch is when you’re doing timed on/off sets you have to interact to end the round. If it was able to chime at the start of rest and start of set (for timed sets only) I’d be made up.
Almost there!
A very promising app but some glitches: doesn’t always save when you want to. The ‘placeholder’ feature for substitute exercises would become very useful if placeholders could be given a custom title eg. Horizontal Push, Hinge Extend or else Lower Core, Upper Chest that would describe the kind of substitute. and also the ability to Superset placeholders. That way a generic routine could be used the same way as a specific one.
Easy & Free!
I love, love, love this gym logger so much. I’ve struggled for months trying to find one that didn’t have me pay to unlock certain amount of routines. It’s very user friendly and I love the ability to add your own workouts. I love the UI! My only issue is Strive not having a widget I can add to my Home Screen that way I can see all my progress without having to open the app. It’s less of an issue, more of a quality of life deal. However, I still love this app!
Latest updates broke the app
On opening the app, it keeps loading and does not proceed to home page. I am on the latest version and the issue is still not resolved. This is a shame because it is an amazing app and I have rated it highly previously. Please fix.
Great app for minimalistic tracking.
Have been using the app for a while and it suits my needs well, which is just recording the workouts everyday, and referencing the previous workout. One feedback would be, when saving the workout the app prompts to save the current values or adjust them, it would be cool if there is a button which lets us save the higher value of the two.
Great free and user friendly
I’m enjoying this app thank you
Why is everyone saying it’s free?
I’m confused by this.. I downloaded it after thinking it was free but a lot of it requires a subscription
Simple design and very effective
I’ve been using this for about 3 months and I’m fairly impressed with the quality and design of this free app. The charts and analytics it gives you after your workouts helps me stay consistent! Also enjoy the rest timer and it gives me notifications on my Garmin. I’ve recommended this to a few other gym goers and they also love the ease of use and overall design.
Great app!
Great app for all lifters and is very useful even as a free app.
Perfect workout app
Does everything you need and does it well. Does not drown you in functions or lock what’s important behind a subscription.
Simple yet effective log app
No nonsense app, just easy to use with some quite essential features and with easy to use interface.
Best free option available
Developer continues to improve
Almost perfect
Has a bit of a learning curve. Unrealistic expectation but would be great if I could log my diet too. Would be great to see a chart of that along with my workouts.
Great app!
Downloaded the app today and it is exactly what I was looking for! I have been using notes on my phone to log my workouts: reps sets notes on each exercise and after a while it gets a little messy but this app will be my go to app now! I already built my own routines for the next couple of months and can’t wait to track my workouts more efficiently and see my progress!!! Will do a follow up review in coming months
Individual rest timers per set
Please add individual rest timer for each set, not just per exercise. For example I’d ideally like to have 1 min for a set of 10 reps and 3 mins for a heavier set of 5 reps
10/10
Great great great app could not get any better. Only thing is could you guys add incline Pushup and diamond Pushup as well.
My workouts are getting tracked better now
The app is amazing, i can track my workouts better now. I love the fact that i can add my own exercises too based in the equipment available at my gym. The app is totally free and allows you to add enough routines. 2 suggestions - 1.can you add in the rep max calculator? 2. Make the metric system switchable for each exercise and convertable so that its still trackable when i go to another with where the weights on the machines are in a different metric system
