Lorsqu’on consulte nos ordonnances et qu’on appuie sur le bouton « Retour à la liste », c’est notre navigateur internet qui s’ouvre . Aussi bien ouvrir une session directement dans notre navigateur internet et désinstaller l’application…
Good for now
I was getting a lot of errors while I was shopping during the Bonus points event. When I entered a filter while shopping, it would give me an error when I would click on the next page. I don’t know if it’s because a lot of people are using the app or if the app just needs to be updated but it was giving me a lot of errors. It didn’t prevent me from buying or anything, checkout went well and no errors there. Very useful app on the phone when you don’t want to use your browser!
App crashes constantly
Can’t even look at a product page, the app crashes instantly. If a product is added to favourites - it crashes again. Logged in with items in my basket? Trying to check out triggers a crash. I guess you don’t need my money (?) I’m going to have to shop elsewhere…
Impossibilité d’ajouter des échantillons gratuits
Cela fait deux fois que j’utilise l’app pour passer des commandes, et chaque fois, je suis incapable d’ajouter mes trois échantillons gratuits, car j’obtiens un message d’erreur. Vraiment ennuyant…

App is not working when I try to add products in my cart it never adds them

I will change my review if it decides to let me in. When I open app, it takes me to browser …no other app has ever done that I was excited to see this app since I’m in QC I use the shoppersmart app but don’t seem to get all my points and was hoping this app would help
Compliqué
Ça me prend au moins 2-3 minutes pour trouver la bonne adresse et de plus dans l’application ça fonctionne jamais. En tout cas j’aime la Pharmaprix et le système de point qui, soit dit en passant, est celui avec lequel on accumule le plus de point sans dépenser autant que les autres. On doit juste attendre et vérifier dans optimum, on peut aussi demander de recevoir des courriels et ou des sms. Ça c’est fantastique mais le site internet pour acheter est pas toujours évident
Impossible to checkout
I add items to the cart, click “proceed to checkout” in the cart… Nothing happens. The screen loads the loading circle, then stays in the same page. Deleted items and added other items. Clicked “proceed to checkout”. Still the same issue. Updated to the latest version, nothing changed, still impossible to check out. Impossible to buy anything through this app.
Frustrant
Impossible de retourner en arrière, on doit toujours recommencer au début quand on fait une recherche ou qu’on navigue dans notre liste de souhaits. Incapable de voir tous les favoris 🙄

Il se ferme peu après son ouverture iPad 2019 mis à jour
Ne fonctionne pas
Incapable de chercher ou magasiner, j'ai toujours le message "Une erreur est survenue. Veuillez réessayer". Mon application est à jour, mon iPhone 15 pro aussi. J'ai essayé de désinstaller l'application, vider le cache, redémarrer mon téléphone, sans succès. Ça fait plusieurs mois que le problème perdure, donc les mises-à-jour ne corrigent rien. Je vais envoyer un courriel, en espérant des changements à venir!
