Frequent Login Required and Immediate Logout Issue
It asks me to log in every day. Sometimes, even after logging in, it logs me out immediately.

Bus arrival times are bad and incorrect, in addition to the small number of buses compared to competing companies.

The user immediately getting logout by the app itself after logging in, needs to fix issue team.
Worst
QR code takes too much time to generate also the scanner, app not working then forced to pay by cash. It’s a complete failure.
Worst application please dont buy your monthly pass from city bus it will ruin your journey
This app is insane it doesn’t work at all every time i want to scan the code it doesn’t scan properly and we feel embarrassed at the door by other people standing behind us and every time i open it to scan thecodeig askes me to login and when we login it shows your monthley limit is reached who put login limits to the app which we are paying to use its benifits please dont buy your passfrom city bus and ruin your day start by this bus when your are going to your office
Pretty good for the initial release
Honestly, shocked that the app pretty stable for a initial release. The dev team takes the users suggestion and feedback into consideration and puts a fix in place. Hopefully there’s a Apple Watch companion app which would be really great. Hope to see more good updates

If I didn’t used the app why I need to keep log in even I didn’t log out

From Kuwait... when this error will resolve.. i took pass till March 12. But this not showing barcode. After this 12 how i can get pass . Pls do something for us

I bought a monthly pass for 10 kd on 19th nov 2025.. from the day i bought this app is not working properly and i thought its only for me but its a problem for everyone .. even it's working fine also scanning the barcode through machine is another chaos's.. try to fix this issues orelse refund the amount
