Perfect in almost every way
I love the concept and it's definitely worth using however I find it ridiculous how you can only purchase one Photocard at a time and with each order you are required to pay a $1 fee

I ordered some photocards some time ago but I didn’t know that the payment of the shipping was NOT included on the first payments. So, I payed the photocards but never got it, the photocards and the money, and I can’t have the money back. I think that this app can be good if changed. If you can pay the shipping WITH the photocards, it would be more efficient. And for the last thing, the photocards where maybe like 18 (example) the shipping was the DOUBLE.
I love this app!
I really do love this app, I’ve used it a few times now and I have almost zero complaints. The only things that I really don’t like are the fact that the only currency available is USD (I live in Aus). It’s not the worst thing but I can’t ever charge my wallet because the conversion rate is so freaking high that it’s just not worth it, particularly when most of my fees go towards a transaction fee. I just tried to buy a photocard for 17USD but the transaction fee was 5.10USD. I really hope that in the future they will add more currencies but for now I’ll just watch the price of my dream PC go up.

i brought the photocard thinking it would just be delivered as no where does it say otherwise then i click on my oerfect to see i have to pay and additional 20 pounds? not happy at all.

Love the new update love the fact you can wish list cards and check on them too see if they gone down in price search groups or members up only down fall ima say is…. Why do you keep logging me out I get so stressed out because I find a card I like gonna go buy it only for me to be signed out, log in card not available no more l….. I don’t like that at all

I believe the app would benefit greatly with a cart system that automatically adds together the funds to show the viewer what photocards are in there basket and how much it will total together it would also make it easier to actually purchase photo cards😭. Also it’s not letting me Sign in with Apple ID so I can actually get into my account.
RANDOM free photocard
so when I downloaded this app there was a promotion saying ‘You can get a free photocard’ which sounded amazing to me (a new kpop fan with no merch or anything) so I decided to download it and sign up. At first when I made my first account my phone was lagging and so it when it selected explore photo cards it picked a random one and I assumed I misclicked, I decided to make a new account and when I read the explanation of the free photocards it said something along the lines of ‘you pick your group and bias and we give you a free photocard’ but when I tried yet again it gave me a random photocard for a group I don’t enjoy properly and the member wasn’t even my favorite! Its very misguided seeing as a free photocard seems like a good deal but it isn’t really if the photocard is of someone you don’t really care for..

Refund please!!
I bought a photocard and it went to my collection. Good. But when I went to go ship my photocard. The shipping is $9?! It would be better if you put the shipping amount with when you buy a photocard! Now I want a refund but CANT because of your ‘rules’.

Terrible app with significant hidden fees
You can’t login with gmail and logging in with twitter kept failing. When I finally logged in with Apple, shipping was around £9 (expected) and a fee for a single card purchase was added (£3.50). On top of that, money must be loaded into a wallet which also incurs fees. The whole thing is a money grabber and I did not complete my order. Just terrible.
