Gacha system might look weird at 90 pity. You are guaranteed an ssr every 30 pulls and 30% it will be the featured character. BUT the game throws pulls at you. A few weeks ago, I already got all 5 teams I needed for the endgame mode, and I get 380/500 points. Remaining rewards aren’t significant to miss out on. That explains the game’s gacha system on its own.

Why Even Auto Anymore
After the INSANE NERF they did to Affinity, nerfing Auto is just a spit in the face, punch in the groin, and a slap in the… well a slap there would constitute a lawsuit. It’s one thing to make Affinity essentially cost a lifetime and your generation’s offspring to complete. But now adding Insult to Injury to Infinity with the newly added sparkling 16-20 Affinity being the equivalent of RuneScape 95-99 (which is 1-95 5 TIMES) makes it so NO ONE IN THEIR LIFETIME can EVER reach it before the heat death of the universe. Unless you start now that is. Gl hf. I get it was maybe a little too lenient on giving rewards and hurting the bottom line, but this is just the first nerf of the inevitable down the line to slowly drain the game of its essence for the sake of profit. That’s the curse of popularity I suppose. I hope you at least reconsider what the term “Affinity” even means. Because doing (with an average of now 20 based on the current Max Average Affinity w/out Auto) 7500 Battles for Max Affinity 150,000 on ONE AWAKENER. M A N U A L L Y. You might as well quit your day job and make this your new one. I hope you’re happy. Because if your Awakener wasn’t sick of you fighting the same enemy before. They will be now.

One of the most best gacha ever!
Love the game, big issue
I cannot log into my account using Google Sign-In. Clicking my profile icon immediately triggers the error: "Third-party service login failed. Please check third-party service information." Because the login screen only permits manual typing for official Qookka Accounts, I cannot even attempt to manually enter my Google credentials to bypass the glitch. I have restarted my device, reinstalled the app, and cleared my caches, but the game's authentication handshake remains entirely broken. One star until the login system is fixed. Also, a small suggestion let people manually put in their account credentials to further avoid errors like this.
No sound?
I have sound when I initially open the game but after I download resources all sound goes away. I already tried the fix button and I get the same issue.
Game is crashing every 5 to 10 minutes
Love this, absolutely love it. But it keeps crashing. I’m using an older iPad but come on, it’s not a very graphic intensive game, not too much happening at one time. The cinstsnt crashing makes it hard to keep playing
Genuinely great gacha but…
The short: Amazing gacha game. The iOS app could use some stability improvements. The very long: I wish I could give this 5 stars. It’s a great game with amazing art direction, writing, and isn’t afraid to explore mature themes, given the Lovecraftian nature of the world. And everything you need to deep dive into the world is in the game itself. A whole library of terms, stories, and radio dramas can be easily viewed within the game. The gacha itself is pretty generous. To fully unlock a character’s potential might take a lot of duplicate draws but to get the characters themselves, you get plenty of resources to do so. I only wish the game didn’t crash on iOS like it had a DUI quota. On the plus side, the game is very proactive about saving where you are so a crash loses you no progress. But when I’m going back to the iPhone home screen literally once every chapter or 3 times in a long boss fight, it becomes a very frustrating experience. Using the fix button on the login screen also did not help the problem. I truly love this game, but I love it a lot more on PC.

This game is good I have no words… it gave me an auto feature for battle but it’s so addicting thinking with these cards that I forget about it unlike other gacha games like this
Below average event
500 bucks for event. The anniversary is for spenders 250 pull of 60 dollars. This events are pay heavy. I recommend choas zero nightmare for a different games. Morimens sucks and probably one of the worst gacha games out and no wonder and YouTubers help me make decision how bad it is. Just started playing to. I quit. I recommend people to quit also. Game probably not going to last long from this point. If you enjoy the game. Then play.

Really hard to get the one character Always get the one I don’t want. Really annoying.
Fun but flawed
The game itself is very fun, but there are a few infuriating issues- I crash at the end of non-combat story stages, plus the game always launches upside down, needing me to manually rotate my phone to get it back to my desired screen orientation

A critically underrated gem.
Morimens is a gem. I’d go as far to say it’s one of the best gacha games out there for gacha gamers who want something more than just run-of-the-mill waifu collectors. This game is hard as nails. It has countless grotesque, terrifying, Lovecraftian scenes. The number of people who beat the story’s hard mode is in the double digits. It will grind you up to dust and spit you out. Yet, I keep coming back to it like a drug. It’s a card battler that plays a lot like Slay the Spire. It has a steampunk aesthetic. So why is it so addictive? It’s simple- it’s a roguelite that you have endless variety with, with so many bosses and lovely gimmicks. When you have a boss standing over you with over a thousand health and an attack that can one-shot you, you only have one option- see what you can do to get out of this. If you want a hidden gem that’s so satisfying to play, Morimens won’t disappoint.

I’m really upset I can’t get into my account it says something about age well over 18 I login using my Apple account that has my correct birthdate but it doesn’t let me what the heck is this.

Buggy issues
I don't write reviews often, but this is what I have to say about Morimens. Like a few others, I haven't been able to log onto my account. I only use my iOS account to play. I've purchased some stuff from this game in the past, I'm definitely above the legal age— and yet, I still can't log in. I always get an error on the login screen despite no previous problems in the past. I've tried restarting my device, reinstalling the game. Still the same problem, every time. If one of the devs can reach out to me, I would love that. Or maybe I'll try reaching out myself in the discord. I'm in no immediate rush to play Morimens again, but I do enjoy the game whenever I come back from my gacha hiatuses. But this bug is rly disappointing to deal with, and to see other people going through the same issues makes me not want to play. Restarting a new account doesn't sound appealing to me either. If my issue is fixed, I will change the rating. But for now it will stay at 1 star.
Skip the board
Art style and combat system are pretty decent, could use a skip fight option for some fights. The progression system is slower than your average mobile game with each “level” being an entire dungeon board to navigate through in order to clear said level. It can be a slog to get through if you’re not 100% invested, hopefully the developers make it slightly faster to get through.

I want to enjoy this game.
But trying to play it on my phone has been an absolute headache of it ether not logging me in, half the login options when I started it not working, and now just leaving me stuck on the title card after launching it. From what little I was able to play it’s an interesting setting, art style, and concept but to many technical issues within the first roughly two hours of me trying to play really killed my interest to keep trying.
THIS GAME IS SO GOOD!!!!
the art and cutscenes are insane, the ui is very stylish, and i love the character designs ^_^ it reminds me of reverse 1999, chaos zero nightmare, and path to nowhere.. but id say its still very much unique! PLEASE TRY IT OUT. its genuinely so cool
Unplayable
I really wanted to like this game, but unfortunately I can’t even get passed the login page. It keeps saying I am under the age requirement no matter what login option I choose (I am 25) and everything I’ve seen for how to fix it requires going to settings, account, and contact support. There is no account or contact support option in settings. I imagine there is when you’re actually able to get INTO the game. I’ve tried restarting the game 15 times (yes, actually. I started counting after a few times of trying to get it) in an attempt to get in. If this gets resolved, I will come back to edit this review, but until then it will remain one star for being literally unusable.
Avoid installing on Steam/PC?
UPDATE: I submitted a new ticket and my account has been reinstated. I am leaving my original review here for posterity, but updating the rating to reflect the reinstatement and the fact that they fixed the issue. Sadly, I wasn’t given a reason as to what happened, but for now I am NOT going to install on PC/Steam since that appeared to trigger my original ban. Thanks, dev team. - - - I was initially captivated by Morimens' premise and story—exactly the kind of game I wanted to support. When I discovered they used AI for translations, I winced but gave them the benefit of the doubt, believing the developers' passion would overcome technical shortcuts. That goodwill evaporated when I learned their Discord moderators were embroiled in serious online misconduct. I should have walked away then, but I stayed—until they erased me without explanation. After a failed PC installation (tried both their site and Steam), I returned to mobile only to find my account permanently banned. My support ticket waited four days for a response that offered nothing beyond "we reviewed and are upholding the ban." No reason. No evidence. No recourse. Just a template response vaporizing hours of progress. - - - UPDATE: Fortunately this has all been fixed, so my hope is this won’t happen again.
Fun Game! Although….
4.5 hours in, pretty fun game! Although coming from Limbus and Reverse1999 as well as path to nowhere, the gacha system threw me off. They do give you a lot of standard pulls, though most of the cooler characters at least in my opinion are in the other banners. I haven’t been able to pull any of the characters I want from the other banners and have already spent 20 bucks on the game. Removing two stars because of this. Thinking of deleting my account and starting over because of this. I wanted to be fair and not buy an account in this game, but honestly? If I can’t get ONE character I want I’d rather take the risk ban. Or just drop the game altogether. :/

Hands down the greatest Gacha game I’ve played, never been so addicted.
They had some problems at the start, but they are on their feet and very generous, incredible gameplay and character design is amazing. I only wish they would balance the gender ratio like they said they would. This needs more popularity.

Played the game for a few days, spent a little money. The game crashed every 10 minutes or so, but was fun enough to keep playing. Today when I logged in, it told me my age does not meet requirements. No option to report or any methods to fix the issue. Game is too buggy to trust. Just don’t spend, or you might regret it.
