Pay to win garbage
Exactly what you expect from these lazy slop games. They give you a decent amount of content for 2 hours then shove ads in your face to purchase packs to do literally anything. I understand it’s a business and needs to make money but this game goes way too far. Every event is literally buy new character or you can’t play.
It‘s great, but it could be so much better
Firstly, the rogue-like horror story aspect of this game is phenomenal. The combat system, even more than that, is its greatest strength. It’s what differentiates this gacha game from most of the others with the way it’s done; it’s very interactive, strategic, and aesthetically pleasing. There’s a lot of uniqueness this game provides that makes it one of the most unique in its own right, like the trauma system. However, even though revealing clothes is very common for female characters in gacha games, it’s just off-putting in a game like this that’s supposed to be more serious. More despairing, and more ambitious. The storyline was fantastic, especially at the beginning when you’re first starting. But as time went on, and especially in present times with more provocative female characters… it’s not working out. Do you know how amazing it would be if the storyline got even darker, and if new characters being released had more personality, story, and goal than just their bodies being revealing at every movement? This game would skyrocket in value. It’s that good otherwise. Please. PLEASE don’t forget the potential this game has beyond typical gacha objectifying women. Please.
The character designs bruh
I can’t take this game’s horror seriously when I’m getting flashed with chest and buns 24/7 😭 AND the designs don’t match the atmosphere. Update: the plot is buns. New character outfits are just…ya I’m quitting

I like this game, the cutscenes are nice, but can we have more normal, unique character designs like heidimarie and not just gooner slop, (arabella)
Chaos Rewards Hero
This game has so much going on. At first the learning curve is pretty extreme with all the upgradable stats and multiple menu screens. Thankfully there are tutorials to guide you through the options and a helpful Help section that covers all the details you may have missed. As far story goes it’s fair but there is a lot of voice acting that makes the quality of the overall game pretty expressive. Character design is rather “ecchi” and if you know what that means you probably are already playing the game. All in all the game is fun to play with generous rewards, seasonal events, plenty of combat engagements to test out your teams and robust in the customization for skill progression and characters galore.
Cannot load game
I started playing the game a few weeks ago. While the game has been a lot of fun and I was looking forward to the second part of the new story, I am unable to load the as of today. I always get the “patching” screen and after any period of time (3-30 minutes) there is no change. Is there an issue? Are there any fixes that I may try on my end (I have found none)?

I played the game since launch day and stopped playing for a while and was logged out of my account and lost everything I do still enjoy the combat and visuals but I just lost all my progress

タイトル通り ゲームがスタートしてからそれなりに経つけど、実装された男キャラが最初期の数人しかいないってマジでなんなん？？ 定期的に実装されるキャラが全員女。戦闘キャラも装備枠のキャラも全部女 どいつもこいつもどっかで見たような量産型メスでおもんない シビアな世界観とキャラクターデザインがあってない キャラクター設定とデザインがあってない その胸とケツで戦闘員は無理があるだろ、家畜かよ その露出度でその性格は無理があるだろ、淫売がよ さらに言うなら、 ストーリーも設定ばっかり凝ってて、肝心のキャラの使い方や文章がなろうクオリティ ゲーム性だけはたしかに面白いけど、そこだけでいいなら、Steamのゲームで良くないか？ってなります もういっそ、既存の男キャラ全部消して、量産型発情雌豚ホルスタイン乳揺らしハーレムゲーにしたらどうでしょうか？

I love this game and I’ve played it daily from launch, I’ve also spent a considerable amount on the game. But my point of revulsion in this game is the character design. It’s made to be overly sexual and it’s low key embarrassing to play/ see some characters. Could you give us the ability to toggle between cn version of characters?

Visual quality needs to be a priority.
The resolution problems outside of iPhone are a severe killer. Running the iPad app on MacOS forces the 4:3 aspect ratio, with severe letterboxing and subpar zoom. There’s no “MacOS” client, and the actual PC client also seems to have resolution problems as well. The dev team needs to contract someone to mitigate these issues. In a game where the art style is what separates it from something like Slay the Spire, the visual quality needs to be a priority. At the bare minimum, the game needs a 16:9 option alongside the 4:3 option, and an in-game toggle/optional download for 4k textures is necessary.
Definitely a must play
I have played since launch and it has been nothing but good content since its release. The dev team listens to feedback, and corrects any problems we have in a very short amount of time! They are extremely generous in terms of rewards, and each update brings something fresh and new to the rogue like horror experience.
Stupid concept.
Why make it where you get hardstuck??? Lame then your summons are absolute scam. Can’t even enjoy the game anymore because you’re going to go broke trying to get a 5 star unit and you’re only guaranteed one after summoning 60 times. Then there’s the partner summon system. Too much no pay with hard sticking time limit side missions. Waste of time.

Decent Game, with a warning
Gameplay is fun and I don’t mind the grind too much. The story is okay, feels kinda messy. However, if you are picking up this game because of characters like Hugo or Kayron and only because of them…just leave. The game heavily favors fanservice, with their season 4 characters essentially being almost entirely naked. Completely clashes with the horror aspect of this game. Overall, really disappointed with the artistic direction of this game as of now and will likely be uninstalling in the near future as I really don’t feel seen as a player anymore. I know the devs are going to either not see this or ignore this review which honestly wouldn’t be shocking.

I may have lost my game file! I use Gmail to log in, and I’m completely unable to do so now. That option just gets stuck in the middle of loading and refuses to allow me to choose an email account to log in with.

Amazing game, would recommend if I could recommend
I love card rouge likes, this to me is like the ideal of what a card rouge like should play as. They took the traditional formula and then added to it and elaborated to it in extremely creative and intuitive ways. This by far is an amazing rouge like I hope many take inspiration from in the future to its approach in deck building and character customization. The thing is the character designs themselves. I love them, they are really hot but can I go up to someone looking for rouge like recommendations and drop this without looking like an extreme pervert, no no I can’t. Which sucks sometimes because genuinely I love this game so much but also it really is hot wish I could randomly drop it as a recommendation though without looking like a perv.
Worst update every single time
Promote a god tier element at the beginning of the season and force you to farm it. Nerf right after, so everything become useless immediately
amazing game marred by bugs and crashes
this is the best most original gameplay i've seen from a gacha game and all the story fluff is easily skippable. however this game crashes a lot esp after every new patch and there has been a bug for months where text disappears on cards in battles
Ruined by greed
After we’ve swiped (not everyone can grind for 8 hrs a day) to level our favourite chars, Smellygate proceeds to gleefully NERF them into oblivion (Tressa) or maliciously tweak mechanics to render them completely USELESS (Sereniel). white knights wd say “oh game wd die if one build solves everything” well what else do we have now but Beryl’s retain meta steamrolling EVERYTHING? get the hell out of here

Wanted Sexy Girls, Received Peak
As the title of this review suggests, I saw the trailer and was immediately… intrigued. I downloaded the game, played it, and was only drawn in by the opening sequence; I wanted sexy girls. But then as I got into the gameplay and story, I stopped about thinking of the girls—though they were still super sexy. The card combat is fun and well-executed, with good mechanics and great presentation. This was, of course, an unserious review—this is a great game, and I see why it holds a 4.9/5. Well done.

To rng dependent to get good save data does not respect ur time can take so much time. Game is fun but realistically has no content. Grinding is not content. Also the gooner stuff is a major turn off if you look past it still can be a fun time

Id rather play other games for now but will definitely reinstall once auto is added on all game modes

Devs do not understand the players
The game as a whole is very similar to slay the spire, except there’s the concept of “saving” decks that you created after a run. If you’re into that, it might be worth a try. The past two seasons (2 and 3) of the game have introduced a lot of new and interesting cards. However, after the season is over, those cards are nerfed to the point that the decks you created with them are no good. A lot of the players are very frustrated because creating a great deck is very time consuming. To make matters worse, the developers do not signify that things were going to be nerfed suddenly, so players spent a lot of time building the decks and they’re shocked all that effort is wasted. The only people that were not affected by this change were those who barely played the game at all. I feel a game should be able to cater to both parties, those who play very little, and those who play a lot. Neither group should be penalized. I’m lowering my rating for this game because I empathize with those who spent a significant amount of time grinding for a deck. Smilegate needs to either offer better compensation for this change, or undo the nerfs that happen every season. Otherwise, what’s the point of playing, if your deck keeps getting ruined every season.

Can’t be used in certain parts of the game. I like setting up, not learning how each character fights, they can do that on their own. Game breaking. Horrible decision.

put 2x, 4x speed in combat, lets us auto any fight, let us fail if we fail. i just like organizing characters

Game’s good, no complaints aside from one. PLEASE STOP MAKING PLAYERS USE YOUR PREMADE TEAMS. THEY ARE USELESS, WORTHLESS AND HAD NO SYNERGY BETWEEN CHARACTERS. Base deck with nothing in it is simply pathetic to play.

Le jeu n'arrête pas de se fermer, ça brise l'expérience de jeu quand il faut le relancer plusieurs fois par jour pour y jouer. De plus pas de traduction en 2025, et la traduction anglaise n'est pas non plus très bonne. iPhone 12 mini, iOS 21.6.

240 energy for daily is not enough for most of the challenges and it take super long to lev up the characters and helper . Can you make it like 10 energy for a single fight ?
Gacha + Slay the Spire
If you’re a fan of Slay the Spire or similar games, you will love this. The gacha aspect is also fun. Absolutely no need to spend money because all the strong characters are on the standard banner.
Critically buggy
Unfortunately there is a bug where a resource for going on “excursions” doesn’t actually replenish daily, even though it’s supposed to, and there is NO OTHER WAY to get it. The mechanic itself is not important, but it is tied to dailies, weeklies, battle pass, and events. This bug HEAVILY gates progress and is INCREDIBLY annoying. Do not play this game until it is fixed.
Overall very good
Game is very good, mechanics are fun, character are awesome and the gacha is pretty decent. My only complain is the screen resolution on iPad, leaving 2 giant black bars on top and bottom. Other than that it’s a really good game.
Too much.
The character design is the biggest flaw. It’s not inspired in any way, maybe 1/10 characters are even semi unique and the style they draw the characters in is just horrendous, actually just flashing you when you try to use an ability and im sick of it. Played this game for weeks and it has some cool gameplay and awesome monster art but every story mission takes away from so much of that, after nearly every battle an unnecessary cutscene, not to mention the dialogue in the UNSKIPPABLE cutscenes tend to have nothing to do with the actual story and just try to boost the ego of whatever insatiable gooner actually reading it.
Very low 5-star rate
I’ve saved over 100 pulls and only got two 5-star characters. The drop rate feels extremely low, which can be frustrating. However, I still really enjoy the gameplay and the art style — both are beautifully designed and make me want to keep playing despite the tough luck.
