I recommend for all FF fans, the gacha is fun, the battle is super fun, I’ve been using Prompto a lot and having a blast! I only wish we had easier access to rewards as F2P. But great game!
If you don’t pay, you won’t win
Just another Gacha game. I love Final Fantasy games in general, always will. This game is a joke however. If you aren’t willing to spend the money to buy the crystals for max stats and upgrades, you will quickly get overwhelmed. Losing matches does get you something, but it is a joke. You get matched against teams ranked way higher than yours. They tower over you in strength and power that you feel like a level 1 going against Omega Weapon at the beginning of the game. Matchmaking has no real rhyme or reason, just teams of random people going against each other. You get ranked with people of similar strength to you but not necessarily against similar strength rivals. If square enix is just trying to make money, then they are doing good. If they want to keep their fans, they better fix this hot mess. Seriously, it’s an absolute joke.
It’s pretty good
It is a really good game me and my dad really enjoy playing final fantasy together so I really like how you join with another persons game although I wish it was easier to get summoning tickets
Good, not great
Not really a big fan of how this game turned out to be. I played it since release and it’s just..weird, The story of it I mean. I’m not sure what the goal was of this new DISSIDIA but it’s just not for me, I know others enjoy it though and that’s great. I was just expecting something more like a mix of the original PSP DISSIDIA and the mobile Opera Omnia version.

ピックアップ20連何度もしてるけど、大概ピックアップのものじゃないのがまず当たる。ついでに言うと20連してもUR確定ではない。ガチャはかなり渋いです。あとブロックしてるのにブロックした相手とチーム組まされること何度かありました。 ゲーム自体は面白いのに、ガチャ当たらないからキャラの戦力が周りに追いつきません。今から始める人はかなりきついんじゃないかな。
Love it
Huge FF fan. It’s nice to see a lot of my favorites joining the fray. Mostly all the characters are viable to shine in some way in battle. Its nice that there is no “best” character. The game is fast paced and fun and it scratches a collectors itch by providing you with plenty of resources to bolster your characters and abilities. Sure, there are overpowered whales but even with the occasional whale encounter I still find myself loving the game and hopping on it daily .
Unfair Matchmaking/Biased towards the girl characters
The matchmaking is insanely lopsided and players who pay to win crush normal players. The devs also are clearly a bunch of men obsessed with cute girls so Rinoa/Terra get endless buffs while Sephiroth is left for dead with no real passive at all. Please stop making this game with one hand and actually be fair.
One of the best
The mechanics are similar to Final Fantasy series like FFVII and FFXVI. The game makes a little nostalgia about characters but characters like from original Final Fantasy 1 are Remake Styled (Light Warrior, Farron and anyone from same series) About new abilities in future: anyone would like to have a parry attack, materia from FFVII (but I think we already have em) Minuses: everyone knows Burst Attack, and when you activate it you can attack the boss but if you don’t the time is unlimited if you don’t use abilities (so basically you can defeat enemies with 2 or 5 hits!) that’s cheating cause you can’t survive or defeat the people who haves it activated Pluses: game has 60fps and 5 level of graphics (I don’t know if it’s HD or HDR cause this game doesn’t really explained it in settings) and one of the big pluses is that you can have iconic ability’s for characters Thanks for reading

思ってたよりも楽しいけど
ff7ECの終了のショックを少しでも和らげようと始めてみたら、思ってたよりも楽しい。 しかし、操作性の悪いPvP要素は勝敗が納得いきにくいので、毎回しこりが残るし、お気に入りのキャラが無様に負ける姿を見せられるとやる気を失くす。ストーリー的にもPvP要素は全くもって不自然。せっかくのキャラを存分に活かすなら素直にPvEのゲームにすれば良いのにと思う。ていうかディシディアで協力型ゲーム出してくれたら嬉しい。

Fun game for life long final fantasy players!
The Game Is No Longer Fun. Don’t Bother Even Downloading It.
Been playing since Day 1, and it’s only been going downhill. The controls are still bad. PvP is unbalanced. Matchmaking is terrible, you’ll always end up facing the same team that are stronger than you who are planning the match out on Discord. Everything has been gatchafied, outfits, abilities, medals, characters. But what’s worse than all of it, is that the game has been stuck in a repetitive formulaic pattern of making everything limited time only. So if you miss getting a character or ability, then you lost your only chance of ever catching up to the rest of the whales who bought all the game breaking abilities. It’s gotten so bad that they ran 4 gatcha banners at the same thing and all were limited time. It’s so aggravating, and just no longer fun. It feels like work just keeping up with daily missions that could take multiple hours.
Fun but a little too much micro transactions
I have personally been enjoying the gameplay loop. It looks very pretty and plays well once you understand the game mechanics however I do not enjoy the monetary system. I will most likely only put in the $20 that I felt the game deserved but I will not put in anymore unless it is for a character that I really really want. It is difficult to get power in this game without paying for it and that I don’t agree.

You guys keep creating new mobile games and then users have errors. Cant even get a match going anymore. Get your devs in gear

Great take on modern FF characters
They transcribed them very well. I also love the clothing designs for the game. Very fresh, not overwhelming, overall fun and clean.
The developers don’t know what they are doing.
They don’t listen to player feedback. The matching system of this game is an issue that needs to be fixed for several months now and they do nothing.
Surprisingly Addicting!!
Got into the game because I love FFX and Tidus especially, but while the tutorial seems a bit lackluster, the game itself is pretty straightforward and fun thanks to the clashing of playstyles in pvp. When I heard it’s Mainly pvp, I was worried about gacha elements making things lopsided, but there being a cap on levels and consequently stats with each rank does away with most of my worries. A casual player will be reasonably rewarded with consistent play and the learning curve isn’t terribly steep. Meanwhile hardcore players that invest A Lot of time and money will primarily be the ones up top but I think that’s to be expected. But even for a casual player there’s many opportunities to gain high rarity skills that aren’t gatekept by the gacha. Every battle will give you a chance to gain a UR skill, which is a plus to any casual player. I’ve lost the time and energy to engage in most gachas so this is just my speed. I’m a big fan of the FF characters getting to just hang out, but I do wish there were a lot more opportunities for them to visualize things like Cloud taking classes or Tidus attending modern real world sports games. Maybe not as full cutscenes but maybe special illustrations that could serve as new skills down the line. The FINE conversations are still delightful at least! I hope this game does well enough to expand a bit!! I’m having lots of fun with it and I’d love to see it grow and learn!
Pay to get anything
This game was ok when it first launched but it's almost impossible to get character tickets even ability tickets cause this game is so stingy the free to play login rewards are garbage I had to spend money just to pull the new Titus unit shouldn't have to spend 8 dollars to get one character it's absurd dole out some better rewards or make the paid passes last longer than a week jerks

コンパスプレイヤーです ステータスや、キャラ毎のメダルによる強化システムはあちらと同じ 違うところと言えばバトルシステムですね PvPvEで戦うというちょっと珍しいシステム 相手チームよりも先に、ボスへ目標数値までダメージを与えれば勝利となります ディシディアらしく、ブレイブを溜めて、9999まで溜まればボスに攻撃可能な状態へと変化可能 相手プレイヤーを攻撃するのは、相手のブレイブを奪ったり、行動を妨害する事が目的になります ただ、ちょっと気になるのがアビリティ (これはコンパスで言うところのカードですね) まあソシャゲらしく、アビリティはガチャで引くのですけれども、キャラ固定のアビリティがあるという事にちょっと危うさを感じてます キャラ固定なのに、ガチャで引かなければならないのです 消費者的にはちょっと危惧する点かなと思われます まあまだ出たてのゲームアプリですし、どうなるかはゆっくり見ていこうかなと思います それよりも、PSPのディシディアで遊びたいのですけれどもリマスターまだですか？ 3作目からの3v3なのも別にいいんですけれど、1v1のバトルも好きだったのでお願いします というかその形式でさらにキャラ増やしてください 4月2日追記:ディシディア半年サ終とウワサされてますけれど、運営がスクエニなので全然有り得る話です。 アビリティ周りは改善した方が良いかなと思われます 個人的に、FFやドラクエは好きですけれど、スクエニは嫌いです ケシケシがサ終したの未だに恨んでますし、オフライン版でも全然遊べる内容なのにそれすら無かったのが不満ありあり まあ、のんびり遊ぶといいかなと、気軽に遊ぶ分には楽しいですよ 4月9日 ドローは廃止でいいかなぁと思いました 4月24日 シーズンが終わりエンジョイ期間で遊んでいますが、おかしなプレイヤーが目立ってきたなという印象です まあ、基本的には煽りプレイヤーなのですけれども、それとは別で、BOSSを勝たせる事を目的としたプレイヤーが出てきたように思われます 8月14日 しばらく様子を見てましたが、やはりAIがいる事がかなり多いです 「AIが」というよりも、オートプレイにしてるプレイヤーですね 対人ゲームであるなら、少なくともオートはいらないのではないでしょうか？ チャレンジだけでいいと思います とにかく、オートプレイヤーが多いせいで、バトルをする楽しみというものがとても薄くなってしまいました それと、キャラクターやアビリティの調整も怪しいものが見えてきた様に感じられます やはり、というか、どうして使用回数でしか調整理由を見れないのか きっとこの先、壊れたアビリティや能力を出して、環境が壊れていくのが目に見えています 星を1つ下げさせていただきます

For the love of Dissidia!
Been a faithful fan of this series since its conception for the PSP platform. Very fun, surprisingly great combat mechanics for a mobile format. The reasons I’m not giving it a 5 stars are the pay-for-win aspects of stacking skills stats which you draw at random; and the small roster. It needs more antagonists there. Glad they put a bit more love into the story mode, compared to NT days. Still mourning that one.
Final Fantasy Meh
Honestly I love pretty much all final fantasy games. But slow loading times regardless if you’re on WiFi or not. Very few character draw cards. I would’ve much prefer a 2D game with og sprites meeting in a new world vrs this 3d rank game. That being said once in a game the combat is fun for the most part and being able to change out characters abilities does add a nice twist to the game. However if you’re looking for a fun Final Fantasy game experience to play on your phone I recommend playing Final Fantasy 1-9 that can be purchased on iOS. P.S I only know that those games are there because this game bored me.

It’s not bad , but it’s a good jump in game. Late game is for whales as they don’t give much free in game currency or ways to unlock abilities for characters you like.

as much as i wanted to like this game, it’s such an obvious cash grab. i wouldn’t suggest wasting your time on installing this game because it’s heavily reliant on the gacha system and the gameplay is very repetitive. you can only level up abilities through the gacha system so if you wanted to be f2p on this game then good luck. the game isnt really generous either, it essentially punishes you for not spending money. the less pulls you have, the weaker your characters aka pay to win. i guess they did try to fix the issue by allowing UR abilities to be unlocked in challenges, but you need at least ~20K power. as someone’s who’s f2p, it will take forever to reach that kind of power. for gameplay, its only ranked, casual, and challenges, but its all basically the same thing. a fun spin on the game could’ve been event modes where there are unique kinds of gameplay. for example, an all out brawl game mode or protect your teams crystal (think of LOL.) of course, there’s no love put into the game so these modes aren’t a thing. honestly, i just find it disappointing because i love how the characters look, and it was enjoyable when it was a close game. however, 99% of the time its just one team being completely overpowered. not to mention, making final fantasy characters like sephiroth and tidus limited is absolutely ridiculous. cloud and rikku are characters from the same games, what makes them different?? if they were crossover characters, i would understand but these are iconic characters from final fantasy games. why make them limited if they’re apart of the franchise and have appeared as permanent characters in prior dissidia games?? it’s bad enough that it’s been months since release and there’s still a small roster. the game has potential, but i have no doubt that this game will be getting an EOS by next year. if you do decide to play this game and “enjoy it”, be ready to spend money and don’t expect a lot.

Poor matchmaking and “auto” in ranked
Games suffers from multiple problems. Two major ones are the matchmaking and the option for people to use “auto” in ranked. Both of these issues cause a lot of one sided matches. Sometimes you will get matches where the difference in power is 10s of thousands making it almost impossible to win. Other times you have people using “auto” running in to feed enemy team. Would NOT recommend this game until both of these issues are fixed

Not What I’m Looking For
I miss Opera Omnia. That’s the kind of Dissidia game that I enjoy on the go. Maybe even more of the pixel remaster art style. This action seems boring and the game is bloated for what you do. Even playing an action Dissidia, it could be more fun with more of classic Dissidia battles.
Connection is Awful
I’m playing on wifi with an excellent connection, so why am I constantly losing connection in game only to reconnect and find myself dead cause I apparently don’t even auto attack during that. Even doing the challenges, where it’s fighting with and against bots, it can’t hold a connection for a full match.

It’s fun! I think it takes time finding who plays best for you. I just hope movement works better for characters like prompts where placement is key
Greed Unbound
Let me preface this by saying I don’t mind buying a season pass monthly but limiting F2P players to THREE out of six crystal slots is insane. Not sure why we are in this era of extreme cheapness with switch 2 re-releases being full price and penny pinching gachas worse than usual.

Good game with trash gacha
Put in hours of grinding and real money just to not get the costume I wanted with 60+ draws. Uninstalling until more ffiv characters are added 👎
Fun and addictif
Even if it is a gacha game, the gameplay loop is pretty good and addictive, the gacha aspect is not as bad as Ever Crisis. There is a good element of teamwork and strategies. I love the concept of the story, the graphics are really good and the animation is also good. Now, the only thing missing is the return of Dissidia on console .
The controls are atrocious
The art of the game is good and the gameplay looks like it can be fun, but the controls are atrocious. Not sure how this was tested and decided it was a good experience. It also makes no sense there’s no landscape mode for this type of game.
Another ruined MOBA
Somewhat enjoyable but bottom line is another greedy MOBA that splits premium currency that is ‘Earned’ & ‘paid for’ - No ability to grind & claim ‘season battle pass’
Fun game
This game is really fun. As always the gacha is annoying but it’s not as bad as others, I got my favorite characters and their abilities pretty easily with just the free beginner gachas. The crystal system for abilities is fine. And I hope they add more features, overall it’s a good thrity minutes every day not something you could play for much longer though.
Garbage gacha wearing your best friend’s skin
This abomination has no right to exist as an official Squeenix release. The gameplay gets old REAL FAST, it’s primarily pay-to-win, and the story is worse than someone’s fan fic. It’s an insult to the Dissidia name and should be sacrificed on the dumpster fire with the rest of the mobile slop SE has tried to convince us isn’t terrible over the years, like All The Bravest and The First Soldier. May it languish in silence and die without a whisper.
Unexpectedly fun and easy to pick up
Fun and easy to pick up, tho the ads and push to sell sucks for gotcha games, which is expected and the main reason it is 4/5 and not 5. Would be great to have a local coop or 1 v 1 or 2v2 locals or free for all. I could see that being an all platform game
Competitive is a lost cause if you’re not lucky.
Been playing a lot of this game. Graphics are good and the gameplay is smooth, but if you want to get to the top of the leaderboards, save yourself the headache and don’t try if you don’t pull the right skills. Can’t compete without certain OP skills, and you cant get them if you’re not lucky. Doesn’t matter how much work you put into it. If you have the money to spend and want to play a competitive FF game, try the MMORPG, FF14.
