Ad bugs
I don’t mind watching ads to get free energy or get bonus coins or cut back on build time. I actually look forward to these bonuses because they increase play enjoyment for me. Since the new update the ads no longer work for me and it makes the game move slower than desired, which means I am less likely to play as often and I will likely only play during the refresh times. Updating my review- august 2025 still having issues with ads and now there are issues with screens freezing or not loading so I end up having to leave by closing the app then restarting. Just the past hour I had to do that over 20 times! Updating my review June 2026 - game has been offline for 28 hours and support is not giving any response. I have spent money on this game so I might file a complaint if it is not working again soon

I’ve been playing this game for a while and last few months I’ve had a few issues where I purchase more diamonds the night before and when I play in the morning, they are gone. It’s 11,000 diamonds and would not be used in 1 day. More recently I’ve emailed and submitted requests to add them back and get no response.

Game won’t update to the latest version. Email notifications are missing unless your phone is rebooted. Now I can’t make a purchase. I’ve upgraded my phone, updated my phone and it’s the same thing

Not happy.
I have been playing this game for over a year on my IPhone , and unfortunately, I continue to experience issues. I recently unlocked Kate and Rodrigo and paid $14.99 to upgrade them with the character pass. I played with these characters for several days, but when I logged in today, all of my progress with them was gone. The upgrades I paid for have disappeared as well. I have attempted to contact support multiple times, but the virtual assistant will not connect me to a live representative. I also emailed App Support and have not been able to get help resolving this issue. As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to lose both purchased content and game progress with no clear way to reach customer support. I hope this issue is addressed and that players are provided with a reliable method of getting assistance when problems like this occur.
Fun but laggy
I really love this game with the merging, the rewards, and all of that stuff. It’s just… I’m not enjoying the pop ups that ask me to use money (real) to get rewards, and it’s also very laggy. Like, let’s say I press the little book icon because it has an exclamation mark on it. I press it and nothing happens, so I press it again, nothing… then a few seconds later, it pops up without the background. It’s just floating as I’m merging my wheat. Like, what? But other than that, it’s a pretty good game.
Crashing constantly
I played every day and found this very addictive, but the game completely crashed on opening every time, going to offload and give up. Cannot access the game at all, really disappointing.
Constant loading issues
Every few days my game does not load. It get as far as 94% then stops. Another thing is if I do get into the game is that nothing happens when I tap on objects to merge or collect items. This happened three or four days ago then again yesterday.

More ads than game play
Constant ads for other game, the ads crash the game constantly. Bombarded with in game purchases. Huge time sink!

Forces closes a lot
Ever since the new update with the toy games, the game force closes every few minutes. I can’t seem to get very far in the game at all with having to constantly reload it.

I really enjoy this game when it’s working. The continuous pop ups to purchase things when the place I need to click lines up with the “Buy” button and it pops in mid- click and I have to wait for the apply-pay page to pop up so k can close that, and wait 30 seconds for that to close so I can go click what I needed to click… really annoying. Other than that, it’s fun when it’s up. Since the most recent update, I’m frequently having problems with connecting The initial loading screen gets hung at 94% and sits there at 94% until my phones screen dims out & turns off. I’ve tried all the tricks u can think of, try on just WiFi, on just cell signal, on hot-spot; restarting phone, restarting network, etc. and there’s no consistency n how to log in. I can only get in about 10% of the time now. Please fix?
Good for Stress Relief!
This game is awesome for stress relief! I work a busy 8+ hours each day and while the screw puzzles aren’t a daily thing, merging things and doing math (oddly enough) is so satisfying seeing how I can optimize the layout of each category of items!
CONSTANTLY CRASHES!
Incredibly annoying! Been playing for a few years but an update a few months ago started causing the game to crash. Many people are reporting the bug FOR MONTHS but it hasn't been fixed yet. Maybe if Devs focused on the game and not all these stupid side games they could fix the problem.

i loved playing this game but now the new actives confuse me for example the cat one where you feed the cats food it makes me loose interest in the game,, also th card upstate where you get cards of different places with 1-3 star rating i domt see the point and it distracts me from playing the actual game
The game has become all ads
Credit Karma ads will automatically open App Store and their website on Safari to get you to buy. Some of the ads have a timer that are misleading (I.e. saying the ad is 30 seconds, but then new timers for 3 more pop ups for the same ad. Some ads are over a minute, when they freeze your phone you have to shut down the app. So many broken ads that waste your time. So many ads!

This app was fun until it wasn’t. Information did not transfer to new iPad and all in app purchases were lost. Dispute filed, hopefully they will make it right.
Great Game, Hate the update
I’ve been on this game for some time now but I hate the new layout… just got used to where things were and now have to figure out where the buttons are again.. really annoying as not all the same features are present… I’ll give it another go but considering deleting it now..

I thought I came here to play the unscrew game but it forces you to pass levels of cooking and harvesting before you can unlock the unscrew game… uninstalling the app…
Ads Not Working Properly
I have been playing this game for about a year and have spent money on it many of time! It is a very enjoyable merge game and I appreciate the features it does have. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and I have to rate it lower. It has a terrible ad problem. I used to be able to watch ads anytime I wanted to, but for the past month or so I have been unable to watch any. I have tried reporting the problem, but I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I am a non-European player, so all they say on their FAQ Page is that I need to fix my network. I have tried multiple times on many different networks, but I still am unable to view any to get rewards. I have tried contacting them about the issue as well, but all I get back is an automated robot telling me the same information of it being my network that is the issue. I have not seen any improvement for over a month, so I hope posting a review will get them to notice and fix the problem for non-European players.

Enjoy the game. The glitching is wild though, unable to load the game at all. Soooo many ads. And a giant money grab.
Great game
I check this game about 3 times a day, it’s actually quite addictive, love that on the dice mini game you’ve sped it up!, the only issue i would have really is having a mini tutorial for every new travel island, for players who have had it a while maybe have the option for no tutorials & having a pop up every 5 seconds is very annoying especially when you click it whilst clicking something else, apart from that, i love it!!
Worker changes
Not happy with the new changes that have occurred over the last day. Shovel to remove unwanted items is gone. Can’t get the proper conditions for the workers to work. Rules to certain events are unclear. The game has gone from enjoyable to tedious. I’m out.
App crashes with new game update
Ever since updating to this newest version with the screws (mind you I have yet to see that mini game at all), the app crashes constantly. The new toy battle side game is super confusing and not entertaining.

This game is very addicting and I enjoyed playing and spending money every now and again. But, with all these new changes it’s causing my phone to overheat and freeze my entire phone. It’s now becoming hard to play. No other game I play freezes and overheat my phone but this one! Please fix this and take the game back to how it used to be. Use to love playing this game.

Went from great to okay
I’ve been doing playing this game for about 10 months now. It started out as a great casual game to play to relax. They are constantly making “updates” to the game that are not value added and the game is becoming less and less enjoyable to play. The latest update took away energy opportunities at a absurd level. For example I used to be able to watch ads from balloons several times a day for 30 energy each. Along with that they had 14 different times throughout the day to watch videos to earn energy, that opportunity had been decreased to 3 lousy chances. The gift energy chances went from all energy opportunities to a mixture of diamonds (small amount, not worth much) and small energy prizes. This game is less and less enjoyable. I’ll be looking for a replacement soon.

Worst game
This starts off fun. As you level up, more and more side games are added. You have to do the side games to get the rewards for the main game, but the rewards are paltry in comparison to the effort and time invested. The game has become extremely slow and glitchy. It causes my phone to lag and overheat. I deleted it for a while, hoping it would be improved. It's worse! They added more side content, which has nothing to do with the main game. And the "screw jam" part is also a mini-game in which new levels can only be accessed by leveling up in the main game - whatever that is at this point.

Good app but
Like this game easy to use and understand but the pop ups are so annoying. Trying to merge items and then something pops up time and time again. Since the latest update the free energy seems to go nowhere which isn’t helpful unless you are willing to pay money for more energy you just wait hours for it to increase again. Please fix it
