Please help me
I really love this game but today something happened, when I tried to play it had restarted even though I linked it to my account in order to save my progress. It won’t let me get my account and progress back, am I missing something?!
All progress randomly deleted
Don’t get too attached. Like a few other reviewers, I opened the game as normal and I was back to level 1. Don’t bother reaching out through Apple or the developer. Infuriating and no idea who to contact for a resolution.

Game won’t load anymore
Loved this game but as of yesterday, the game won’t load and has been stuck on the main page “link account…” please fix asap. I have also reached the max level at 80… please add additional levels!
Where are the new levels?
Completed through level 80, and have been waiting for updated levels to be added, but it’s been almost 6 months since they added new levels. The mini mahjong type side game also haven’t had updated levels in a long time too. I love this game but at this point I have nothing else to do. Please update soon!!! Other than that the game is great It’s now December almost a year with no new levels added. I’ve been waiting and I even emailed them a few months ago and they said soon but still no update with new levels past 80.

Love the mini games especially the one you collect cards. I noticed this time around for the holiday life event that when reaching the specific milestones I wasn’t receiving the bonus energy. I just completed all the cards hoping it would give them all at the very end but it seems that’s not the case either :/
Stuck
I love this game. Have even spent my real money on it only to be stuck in level 80 until who knows when. As a person with serious OCD I look for these types of games to play as a coping skill and its disappointing to not be able to finish my store. It’ll let you keep playing but you can no longer build anything only decorate whatever you already have. Don’t waste your time.
Max out at level 80
No new levels after you hit 80. And not really any incentive to continue. It’s a good game. But wish there was more.

Lost account data after update
After two updates ago, I lost all of my data. This update was supposed to get my data back, and it’s still not there, telling me to start all over
Doesn’t make sense
Love the game but it doesn’t make sense sometimes , you still have more baskets to merge and upgrade but cannot get new baskets because you max out at 80, that just doesn’t make sense. They also take incentives away, you used to have 10 try’s to grab an item that spawns, you can choose to let it turn into a coin or watch an add to get that item, now it’s 3 tries, you used to get diamonds every time you unlocked a new item or character in the game now they just give you 2 lightning bolts. Theres always been a lot sudden, unexplainable changes in the game but they’re getting worse.
These mini games are rigged
I’ve been playing this game MULTIPLE days in a row doing as many daily tasks as I can to get the tokens that allow you to play the match tile mini games. I have only won ONE. The beginning level it literally forces your win. No matter how many ads you watch for all the boosters available in one level, the game genuinely rigs it so hard against you even if you only have 10 tiles to match it will make you lose. Over and over again. I’ve been so frustrated by this I’ve had to stop playing multiple times because I’ll finally start tricking myself into hoping I’ll get it this time. They genuinely don’t place the tiles in a way to make sure you can actually win, even after using the shuffle power up. Craziest part to me is not seeing more people complain about this. I did however see a review by another player from closer to the beginning of this year having not only the exact same problem specifically with level two being rigged and not being able to get past it but the cherry on top of that is the other person was actually willing to spend the money for one of their bigger in game packs, worth $8.99. Guess what happened even with all the powerups they bought? STILL COULDNT BEAT IT. It’s made me want to uninstall the game even though I enjoy the majority of the rest of the game. I don’t have as many major qualms with the main gameplay, beyond the fact that anything that isn’t the games base decoration is very overpriced and just not available in the slightest to new gamers. You have to play for a very long time and watch countless ads to even get close to unlocking one unique decoration, and that’s the ones that aren’t locked behind a paywall. I just wish that this was though about from more a consumer standpoint, instead of “how much more can we get from people” with the amount of individual packs it’s trying to advertise to you way too often and for things that won’t even get you anything in the game like with the powerups. If you’re selling something, make it actually desirable. This is a joke.
No more levels?
I play this game constantly. And have for over a year. I’m stuck at level 80. None of my xp stars count towards reaching level 81. I am simply stuck. Please help!!!

Best Game Ever!! gone wrong
I played this game every day for almost a whole year. I was addicted to it. It’s so much fun and it’s a good way to pass time. It was also great because it said it saves ur data. Unfortunately this morning i woke up and i found that my whole account has been whipped and it’s making me restart. All my progress i made just gone and disappeared. It’s so heartbreaking because I loved this game.

I have no clue why I’m addicted to this game but I managed to get to level 50! Please come out with more levels. Also the reason why I only gave 4 stars is because the happy farm prizes are so cheap compared to how hard the levels actually are. I spent months trying to beat level 2 then once I did, I spent MONTHS trying to beat level 3… I managed to actually get to level 6 & guess what! I’m now stuck again. I think you should get way better prizes when you beat the levels.

I LOVE this game and play it all day. But I don’t feel like I should have to buy a pass monthly to skip the ads. Other games you pay once. I’m done playing now due to the amount of ads and having to pay monthly. I’d rather pay for extra gems or coins etc and would probably spend more money on the game that way.
What happened?
I’ve been addicted to this game for months! I got all the way to level 56, even spent money, and boy was it hard. But then I just logged in and it deleted my whole history! I tried logging in with multiple accounts, I don’t remember which account I did to log into the game. Now I’m hurt!!! I can’t figure out how to get my account back!! This game was so much fun but if it’s going to delete everything after I got as far as I did, I want my money back!!!
Maxed out at level 80. DURIAN?!
When is the next level update?!? I’m just collecting money because I want to save all the blue stars when unlocking furniture for leveling up. Eventually I’ll get tired 😅 It’s a fun chill game. Not pay to win. I’ve unlocked every thing max level except for the category chests which take the longest. I was pleasantly surprised when I guessed the last fruit correctly hehehe. I wish we could customize the furniture more. I have so many decorating tickets but no way to use them. Suggestion: make the supermarket more color customizable. More available themes for the furniture. Make storage space in the backpack slightly more affordable. The ability to skip a countdown for an item in a bubble and make it a coin immediately.

I love this game, this store was my baby. I played it every single day. FOR MONTHS. I worked so hard on this game and i was so far into it. On this very day, I opened the game and all my data was GONE. It started me from the beginning. My baby is GONE. GONE GONE GONE. I want it back. I'm so unbelievably disappointed in this game. Mini Game - Tiles
I really enjoy the main game. It’s simple and the graphics are adorable. Watching the supermarket grow and collecting new characters is really fun. I love how you can gain energy & gems quite easily, it makes the game more addicting. There are also a lot of side events that can be engaging, but my main focus is always on the main game. My biggest issue with this app is the Tile Match mini games. Level 2 is actually close to impossible to complete and is way to complex to enjoy. I unfortunately got so frustrated and just wanted to pass the level, that I spent about $8 on power ups & still cannot pass. I have also had multiple experiences of the level ending after making the purchase, which has genuinely frustrated me because i have to start the level all over again. I have probably played Level 2 100x or more and I really wish that was an exaggeration. I feel like it’s pointless to have mini games that are practically unbeatable and it feels like a shady money grab. Would love to see the app developers redo this aspect.

Addictive and fun
I really enjoy playing this game and it's pretty addictive and fun for anyone looking for a game to keep you occupied and entertained, i do have one complaint though.. I have been trying non-stop for days to get past level 2 of the three pieces puzzle game, but it's honestly really difficult to even get close to completing this level without purchasing some type of booster to help. I do wish the levels were just slightly easier to get through so i could play more of them.
Deceptive Ad
I downloaded it for the tiny room decorating that the ad suggested, only to discover it’s another merge game. I played it for about 20 minutes to check it out anyway because the art style is cute. It does technically have options to personalize the space as you complete the supermarket but all of the skins are ridiculously expensive in real world money. I find this especially wild when there are other merge games that offer a customized decorating element as part of the base game. I’m so tired of micro transactions that aren’t micro at all, and deceptive advertising.
A bit too much…
Too many reminders on mini games already played. Some of us don’t need the reminder repeatedly. The price of things are too much and only lasts for 30 days.

Game Deleted My Progress
I have put blood sweat and tears into this game for months - I watched so many ads and grinded so hard. And I made it pretty far, all the way to half way through the gardening department and I had tons of stocked up items! I LOVED my hippo supermarket. Today after work I opened up the app only to find that my game progress had reset all the way back to the tutorial stage. I tried restoring my progress with my Apple account but nothing has worked. Literally sobbed and deleted the app. Don’t waste your time getting invested.

Okay so i honestly am addicted to this game i saw it on insta and its really good! Not too many ads (only if you want more bolts or gems) and the puzzles are entertaining and actually hard. I’ve been stuck on level 2 on one part of the game… but i hate the consort of the bolts because I want to keep playing but I run out of bolts

Newest update causes glitches
With the newest update that dropped a couple of days ago, there have been some interesting and inconvenient glitches that have come along as well. You can not collect some of the daily rewards and some rewards disappear altogether if you log out before using them. It’s become very frustrating in such a short period of time.
incredibly fun main game, disappointing mini games
Let me start off by saying I already have an affinity for merge games. i adore simplistic merge games because I don’t always want a story. this game allows a bit of skipping through dialogue, the items have cute art work and although cooldown takes awhile, I don’t really mind it because it comes with the merge genre. So far so good right? Well here comes my dilemma with this game… While you wait for energy to recharge, you’re offered to play mini games using coins you can earn from the merge game itself or even achievements in the mini games. Sounds great right? Did I mention it’s 3-tile match? Another genre I enjoy! I was so excited. The mini games are unwinnable without power ups. Plain and simple. I’m not an expert at the genre, believe me, but I’ve been playing for awhile now and I know for a fact it’s unwinnable without power-ups. These power ups are only obtained in two ways. 1. You can watch an ad for a free power up (not that it helps you) or 2. You could pay for it! Do you see where I’m going with this? I braved the ads to use every possible power up in one match but the tiles were never ending. They also snake in a way that only allows you to pick from 2-3 tiles that you do not need. The tiles underneath the top layer aren’t even the ones you would need to complete a match. It’s just madness. How is it this long of a puzzle on level 1 or 2? I hope they at least add solvable decks in the future. Not every deck has to be solvable but a certain percentage provides a tiny bit of hope to your audience!
