They have a new film glam scam issue every other month.
Every other month there's some data leak, or they're changing companies and interface it's awful. It unusable and logs you out or glitches in high volume days anyways

The app is good overall. It offers many options, and the AI makes bot setup very easy. However, there is no way to monitor what the bot is doing in real time on a chart or graph when using a Binance sub-account. If this feature existed, the experience would be much better. Aside from that, the app works well.

Best app I have ever used
Most useful and powerful trading tool I have ever used. I gladly pay for the premium service and it is money well spent. Pays for itself many times over. I have never left a review for an app but felt motivated to because of how great this service is. No complaints whatsoever.

Does not work over data
Although I have permitted the app to use cellular data, it refuses to function at all and only works on wifi. This app is useless for anyone looking to use it to heck in on their profile and act on timely trades while on the road.
Please remove the "new" from the app icon!
This app hasn't been new for years so why does it have to say this in the icon!

Update: customer service still ask g if I need support and the bug has cropped up again and again…I’m looking elsewhere and I suggest new users reconsider. Specifically “jojo” telling me that a serious issue I’m having after 2 years as a customer is not an app issue. Look elsewhere this team doesn’t care about your service
Cool, but if my automated trades worked, it’d be cooler
As described in the title, my DCA bots regularly initiate trades and then they fail because there’s not enough funds… when there clearly is enough funds… I’m not sure what that’s about, but it certainly doesn’t make me want to pay a subscription for 1/10th of my trades to go through

I am using the bots, smart trades of 3Commas for 4 years.. I am so happy with the system as well as customer service who are ready near you always.. I like it and gives 5 stars
Best trading bot
The best
Not worth it!
3Commas worked well during the free 2-week trial. They automatically charge your card for the full year ($455+) after the 14th day, which would have been fine if their website worked. The bots I had set up could no longer be edited and I was unable to create new bots because of an internal site error that said “Something went wrong. We haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause of this error.” I reached out to customer service, they made me record videos of the error, open up coding on my screen and eventually (after 5 days of asking them to help) said “there is no issue on our end.” I removed my wallets and cancelled my services with them. Use any other app to avoid this headache. They clearly do not have proper tech support on the backend and def not worth the cost.

My iPhone app wasn’t working properly and I think Apple was hacked, after initiating from my laptop and using my phone to monitor and edit instead of initiate everything is ok.
Disaster
Huge disappointment. I started the account, but you don’t get any customer service. They won’t let you login. It changes your IP address. I’ll let you login there and you change the password won’t accept your password. You can’t get any help from any person. No one’s gonna get back to you, they give you a run around. I wouldn’t trust them with their money if they can’t even get their business model, right
Tablet version
Please release tablet and macOS app version like Binance app. Mobile app so simple and useless.
A good upgrade but needs some features
The positives: having the ability to edit and control your bots in a mobile app is a great addition to the old version. Negatives: sorely missing the function to be able to quickly turn on/off bots. It needs the option as available on the website to select bots and enable or disable them.
API key mess
About every other year the platform gets broken or hacked and then pretends that they need to update the keys and create a huge mess when it comes to orders and bots. Unprofessional!

Support is disgusting
They pretend to solve the problem, but in fact they stall time and eventually close the ticket, with the result that the problem is in the user and not in the system.
Not as good as the old app
The widgets are a good addition, but the summary screen seems erratic. The grid bot totals don’t seem to reset (but the DCA bots do), although I have three closed deals in profit on my deals screen, but zero profit in the summary screen. Overall the older app was better, but there are some good additions with the latest app (widgets and more detailed trade data).

Missing functionalities of the old app
It’s very strange the 3commas elected to release this new app when it’s missing important functionalities of the old app; why not just wait to release this one until it has everything the old app could do? Most important missing element: aggregate exchange balances. Inability to look at portfolio changes over different periods of time. Next is flip to hide balance amounts. Some credit is given because it now has a dark mode that follows your systems setting, which the first version neglected.
Not much better than previous version
Although there is some added functionality, the app contains multiple errors. I have logged out and reinstalled the app without success. I am unable to see closed trades, I am met with a “failed to load“ error. The app also does not show the levels at which my safety orders are placed. And accessing the DCA trades that are currently open requires far too many clicks.

Missing and delayed functionality
First off I love 3 commas and a huge fan! But the new app has some bugs that I am hoping can be fixed. The notifications at times are delayed by hours verses real time. If you in the app watching a bot, you can’t see the orders being completed you have to leave and manually refresh sometimes it’s taking up to 10-15 min to refresh. Also I miss the news articles from the old app. Excited to see these improvements in future updates.

Newbies read this
If you are new to trying out the bot trading do not and I repeat. DO NOT use this waste of time. Once you connect your account and go to a different page in safari. Your api key will be lost and can longer do anything at all with the app or the web browser! Waste of time and effort and such a discourage for someone who wants to try it out. Redesign and redo it for a simpler setup.
