Best platform
I’ve used this app for a few years now on and off, it’s my favorite out of all of them. I e never experienced any of the problems people have said in the review section, never had issues with orders being filled, I have had bad connection a few times but I also live in a area with spotty service so that’s on me. All in all it’s a great platform and wish any and everyone happy trading 🥰

Great flat form but they absolutely kill your profits with their fees. Extremely high.
Disappointed
The app works great when it works. When the bull run happens the app gets locked or logs you out. I’ve noticed it with Coinbase and other exchanges they do the same. Seems like they are liquidity hunting for your stop loss or just simply don’t want you to get in on the front run. Devs you know what to do.

I use several platforms and this exchange and it’s Ui, although sometimes a little glitchy, is by far the best. I say this with experience on various platforms trading perps. The fees are incredible, the support is super fast via chat, and they’ll look into any issues, or answer any questions. I had some difficulties with my settings and they’re quick to recreate the issue and work on it. My friend put me onto this, and the fees + rewards made me switch quick.
Customer service is the worste
So I forgot my password to my account and I had issues with trying to get the reset password or code verification code sent to my email. Every time I went to go forgot password and did their little picture authentication. The next scene was a verification code, but not that I know that the verification code was for Google Authenticator and I’m using iCloud account so when I’m requesting the verification code is going to my iCloud account it’s really a Google authenticator that doesn’t even say is for Google then when I look down for the other options that there is they finally this is for your email verification. Why would you have Google authenticator the first option for your verification code to reset your password? That’s the most stupidest thing in the world and then when I contact customer service and let them know that hey I figured out that the verification code was not for my iCloud email. It was for the Google verification thing turn it off. They told me they can’t. It’s gonna take 1 to 5 business days. What a piece I will never ever trust this app because one they literally will not let me get to my funds, and they are purposely trying to make sure that they scam me out of everything.. this app is a scam

Trying to do my taxes and they only allow you to see your history of any kind three months back. Ive asked several times for different reports and they send me the same one with 0 info that is useful. Very disappointed and honestly feel like they are doing it on purpose. Seems very sketchy and would not trust these people.

Google Authentication
The google authentication (required) for withdrawals and now to login has a major flaw. Do not trust your funds in this exchange; their support is not helpful and the security features can easily lock you out of your own account.

Just know that if you decide to use this app, you will lose 100% of the money that you put into it. This app is filled with scam coins that just freeze trading in an instant and you lose all your funds. There is no way to do a stop loss or otherwise recover any money that you put in. I’ve been doing crypto for almost 10 years and this app is 100% a scam.
